I wont say its the worst. I think thats reserved for Associated Grocers🤭. But if youre parked on the street. Do the three mile an hour shuffle to keep your clock turned off.The office doesnt know what doors are full and what are full and what doors are empty. 🙄 So basically youre dealing with amateur hour.The 3 good things. Things that has nothing to do with the facility. The fact that theres parking out on the street about 1 block away. And theres a gas station 2 blocks down the road. And this Warehouse district is a good area to walk your dog.So the location is good. But the unloading facility is subpar.🧐

Would like to give less than 1 star make sure to confirm with the broker as they gona let u pay for late fees and lumper fees plus extra 5$ for comcheck and broker gonna charge u extra 25 $ and they charge 170 $ for late fees for getting 2 hours late and even u waiting for there lunch time to get finish ,1 st time some one charged me late fees that too rescheduling the appointment for 1 day early and for bringing there product 1 day early .better to avoid MClane

My appointment was for 2130 hours. Checked in at 2000 hours and got a door right away. Staff was very cool. Got unloaded in an ample amount of time. Not a bad place at all.

One of the slowest places I go. We have an 8pm standing appointment on Tuesday night. Rarley do they even touch my trailer before 10pm. This place is turning into an absolute joke. The receivers are good people. It is just terribly run and managed. Its disappointing because it used to be a great place to go.

Overnight parking on the road. By appointment only. 4 hours unload. Receiving was really rude. They check seals very closely.

This is to the drivers new an old timers when coming here pull up to about 20 feet from the curve befor the gate you cant park going around the curve 1 way in 1 way out if your on the curve people coming out cant go around the curve you sitting there ..... an if someone in line an a big gap between them an the curve dont go around they are waiting in line

Its too easy to unload here. Sometimes it can be a bit slow but its because they are slammed. GE is next door, if thats what you are looking for. I wouldnt approach the gate more than 30 or 40 minutes early. They might let you in, they might not. It depends on how busy they are. Can be a bit tight in some of the spots. The check in door is all the way at the end after you put it in a door. Smoking area across from there for those of you content to die young. Bathroom next to the check in area.

Giving this place a 5 star today..I showed up a day in a half early was parked outside on road and a guy knocked on my door asking did I wanna get unloaded early..I said why hell yeah..I got unloaded 24 hours before my appointment time..I was immediately given a dock door...unloaded and paperwork back within 2 hours...they all had a sense of humor..I have zero complaints

Friendly, big parking lot for easy backing. Quick unloading time. Saw others parked outside on road so may allow parking. Entrance is to the left as you are looking at the building. Looks like a employee entrance but there is a small sign that says trucks after you turn from intersection. Follow around building docks are in the back.

Street parking on 81st. Appointment for 22:00. Arrived at 21:00. You have to call a number at the gate to get in. They tell you door number to back up to, but not all the way. Then walk in to finish check in. Had taken them another 4 hours after my appointment time for someone to come out and break my seal before they started unloading.

0130 apt empty at 3am now it 0534 and still waiting on my paperwork.... They have no regards to drivers and other loads we may have to pickup . They used to be decent here but have gone down hill. Also informed by night supervisor Mohammed, that he runs this facility not Corporate offices..down in Texas.....He stated he didnt care about what corporate had to say WOW!!!!

Fast service no complaints

I had an appointment scheduled 11pm. Delivery Instructions: CAN DELIVER SUNDAY NIGHT ASWELL ** 1800-0300 But I arrived early and dispatcher asked and find out I can deliver on Sunday between 6pm-3am. But they didn’t unload.

Took 5 hrs to be told to open doors, then they poked product bag inside box doing their pulp temp and had to take 2 small boxes back with refer for the weekend.

Drive down on 81st Ave turn left (south) on Quintero St & make quick right turn heading west around building until you see a stop sign, press intercom provide order number. Staff assigns door, back into space & leave 5 ft from dock. Walk towards numeral fifty, turn in BOL, forklift unloader will meet to verify seal. Once trailer is mt pick up documentation & drive out same way you came in. Time: 1.5 hours from when I checked into facility until I received paperwork. Great work receiving 👊

Parked on the street outside of facility. Staff knocked on my door about 4 hours before appointment to see if I wanted to get unloaded early. YES!! Fairly quick unload and guys in shipping were super nice. Finished my ten back out on the street.

I really appreciated whole team. My appointment time was 02:30. I check in 6 to 7hours ago. They unload my trailer within hour and give me paperwork.

Im still here. Appointment at 7pm. Its 1206am. Been here since 9am they wouldnt take me early so I park on the 81st street in front, came back at 630pm got a dock door but read the first sentence. They shouldnt park those refer trailers in front of the loading docks it makes for tight maneuvers getting in and out. Other than that and the 200. Lumper fee and the first sentence everythings just wonderfull (sic) they got an extra star because the rest room for drivers is clean.

What a joke of a location. You line up in the driveway and when you finally get to the gate they just open it and don’t give you any instructions. Then when you park your truck you’re just supposed to know where to go. Then you get assigned a door but if you have a seal on your trailer you park about 5 feet before the dock and wait for them to verify seal. I came in with what I was told was a 2130 appointment but receiving says it’s 2230, now it’s almost 0030 and they have yet to verify the seal. I read some good reviews about this place, now I’m just wondering if they are fake ones written by employees.

Rude window lady. 04/26/20 at 2300. Had 2330 appointment. Gate had sign saying to ring bell to get door. 10 minutes no answer so I drove thru (gate was broken open). Park and walk to receiving office and immediately old woman catches an attitude yelling about being on lunch. So I ask her if its OK if I park in the lot then since no one answered the gate. Rudely ignored me and proceeds to mutter under her breath while pretending to do paperwork. Ive been to good McLanes. This aint one of them. I bet shell mark me as late once I come back at 2330.

Yeah my drop time was at 1:30 in the morning but they got me in there about midnight got me in the door unloaded me I was out of there by 12:30

Quick unload but it take awhile to get through the intercom so they can let you I dont think it work good because a worker came out to open the (gate) with their pin number and they say they will call you when your good to go but thats BS if you dont pay attention to the green light youre going to sit for a while haha especially if you have more stops

Well, 2 stars.. I read all the reviews and came here hopeful.. 8pm appointment, trailer full of paper products. They only unload this type of product in doors 47, and 48. 48 has a dropped trailer that isnt supposed to be there, and wont let me move it. 47 has a driver in it. So, they make me wait. 2 hours and 11 minutes so far. Meanwhile, there is 20 doors open. At least accommodate instead of making me wait. Not to happy here. However, staff has a nice attitude. Not the fault of this place as the trailer was dropped, but still, adapt, and get me unloaded...Update: arrived at 8pm, unloading finish 0230

Appointment time 11.30 pm. Try to chek in 8.15 pm but she say no come back 11pm . Again come back 11pm she give me door 47 and start unloading 1am and she give me call 3.45 am to paperwork ready . Good luck

This is a great McLane! Lady at the desk super mellow, smart and friendly. They usually unload you super fast unless theres a problem. Please dont mess this place up,, its a great place to deliver.

Usually takes several hrs to unload me. This morning was unloaded in less than an hr after my appointment time.

Dont show up in the middle of the night whatever you do. Sat for over an hour at the gate with the intercom buzzing and no one answering the receiving telephone. Finally walked all the way around the warehouse to the receiving office where the person got an attitude because they had all apparently taken a lunch so there was no one there to check us in. The entire department shouldnt take a freaking lunch break when more than one truck was trying to get in the gate. I never ever want to come back to this location. So incredibly rude.

Street parking PARK IN THE MIDDLE. Check in 8 pm. My appt time was 2 am. Checked in 9 pm was put in a door right away and was out in less then an hour. Quick fast and efficient. Definitely would come back. Office lady was nice and friendly also. More places need to be like this one!

This place has really gone down since MBM moved in it was a great place to deliver to now it seams like the people who work here hate being here and they take it out on delivery truck drivers not our fault you hate your life if it is so bad quit you are in Colorado dems have made sure welfare is easy to get

I check In thirty minutes before my 3:00AM appointment . Take a few minutes at the gate but after that I got dock immediately at 2:55 am . I was out at 4:40 AM.

Easy to get to. Once you make the left by the 7-Eleven just go all the way down to the 2nd stop sign and make a left then right and follow around to entrance gate.I had a 8am appointment and arrived at 2:30am. Was able to get checked in and unloaded within 1.5 hrs.You can park on the street but hopefully that changes as they start building more businesses in the area.

Check in/out auick and easy. Unload time was within 2 hours of check in. Pretty fair.

8/23/18 checked in at 19:45. Given dock immediately. Unloading began around 23:00. Empty by 00:00. APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 02:00. Unloaded early.

Great place to deliver... fast in and out, no nonsense. From I70 take Peña Blvd north to exit 5 (Tower Rd) turn left at light at end of ramp, go 1mi to 81st (7-11 on corner) turn left. Go all the way to the end, turn left and make an immediate right into the driveway.

Fast unloading most of the time. No overnight parking in the median is allowed anymore. Had conversation with local police lady today, 2/6, she said mclanes has been getting complaints, they are going to start issuing tickets out. Be careful drivers

1st visitEntry not marked well, when you use the call box to be let in it rings for 45 minutes. Once inside they mark you late. The personnel act like they are doing you a favor.2nd timeThey are the same dont care how long they hold you at the dock (5 hrs). Avoid this place!!!

This facility is brand new. GPS has a hard time taking you to the right place. Typical big warehouse. By the airport so be careful not to turn into one of the rental car lots.

Extremely slow I arrived at 8 p.m. and did not get out of there until 3 a.m. and they changed the amount they wanted for the lumpers to unload it went from $210 to an additional $150.

2000 appt and it took 2 hrs just to get the seal broke. Not impressed. Bad attitude from employees.

This place has gone downhill. In the past I could get in and out in 2 hours. I’ve been here for 2 hours past my appointment time just to get a door. Walked in asked how much longer it would be. Was told there is 14 trucks ahead of me.

This place is what other mclanes should look to be. My appt was at 2am. 815pm the day before Im in a door. Manners and being polite go a long way.When you pull in, take a right at the first split (car parking is the other direction) and it goes around the building to a gate. Go through the gate, take your first left and past the dock doors until you see a ramp, thats where you check in. Yes, lumper fees, but at this point Im glad to not miss an appt and waste a day sitting for the next available window like at other mclanes.

I was on time for my appointment and it took them 6 hrs to unload 26 pallets, others came after me and left before me. I ran out of hrs while waiting and was told that I could not stay on the lot for 1 hour that I needed to gain back some time. This is a piss pore place for unloading, and believe it was because I am a female.

Too picky about their drivers. Arent we all wanting to make money?

I have delivered to a lot of McClanes From the worst in new Braunfels Texas where they used up my entire clock even though I was there earlier than on time. Now, I can say even though Sergio was not all that friendly bit this was the best McCains that I have ever delivered to. They were quick and offloaded me quickly.For the drivers who might be reading this, you can park there in the turn lane of the street it will fit about 10 trucks if I counted correctly. I did a split break and was not bothered once.Off of tower road take 81st ave. If you turn where youre supposed to there will be a 7-Eleven on your right. Go past the huge parking lot for the airport on the left & at the end of the road will be McClanes. When you enter make your first right and drive to the back of the facility. The driver check-in door is around number 50 dock.Again, it is a new facility. Even the truckers path app shows it as a dirt field. Its right next to that airport parking.~TravelingGypsy
