I would absolutely NOT recommend this place, based on my phone call with them this morning. I originally called because I read some Yelp reviews that were positive, and they are in the neighborhood of my car that needs repair. The girl that answered the phone told me that they may not be able to diagnose or repair what was wrong with my car. I asked why, and she said it was because they currently only have one technician. I get having only one technician, but shouldnt he know his business? When I asked if she might be aware of any other facilities, she said when we need our vehicles repaired, we go to a guy named Charlie I asked what the company name was, she said she didnt know. I then asked where it was located, and she said Colorado Blvd I said, Colorado Boulevard is a long street...do you have an address? She said...somewhere a mile or two around Vasquez...I said...do you have a phone number?...she said...No. Im immediately thinking, why would she tell me all that if she has no information? How do they get their vehicles repaired if they cant get hold of Charlie? She then tells me shes new there, so she doesnt know much. IF SHES THE FACE OF THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE IN DEEP TROUBLE. This was one of the worst examples of a business encounter for customer service I believe I have ever encountered. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Steer clear of this place.

My first visit with All Auto was great after my check engine light went off on the interstate and my car started shaking. They got me in right away even though I was a walk in, had to order a part and it came in the same day. Every single person we interacted with that morning was super friendly and they have certified mechanics so I know they’re doing things correctly. Went for my second visit today for transmission fluid service because my first visit was so good. Today was quick and painless, Jake was friendly, respectful and even remembered what happened to my car the first time I had been in. Can’t wait to visit again for my oil change and have All Auto be my regular service provider!

This place is great! Good mechanics. Professional, courteous and extremely helpful! My experience with this place has always been a good one. Matt is a very good and handled my vehicle issues pretty quick.

If youre looking for a quality mechanic whos reliable and fair with pricing look no further All Auto at Stapleton Motors is the place to go. Ive been doing business with these guys for years and have taken all of my vehicles there for repairs and general maintenance Shaun is great to work with and delivers his promise through and through. Everyone that works there are best in class. Bar none. Its hard to find good reliable mechanics to treat you with respect and are honest. All Auto should receive an award for their excellent customer service and dedication to their customers. Cant say enough great things about them!

I was on a trip from Florissant, Colorado and headed home to Rapid City, South Dakota when my water pump went out on my diesel pickup truck. This shop went out of their way to treat me right and get the job done. I do a lot of work on my own truck, and I know that I was treated extremely well for both the service and price. It was an emergency situation and they delivered!You can tell a lot about a shop when they treat a customer so well even though they will likely never see them again. If you live near this shop and are looking for an excellent place to be your regular shop, this would be my choice! - Elden Rice

I will only take my X5 to the guys at All Auto. They know all about my car, and always are able to track down whatever is going on with it, fix it, and give me peace of mind that it is done right. Having a BMW is great when it works right, and they help to keep me and my Bimmer happy!
