The parking lot is torn up I dont usually judge a business by their parking lot, but when your business is to be a parking lot.... Scanner didnt work when entering the parking lot so had to call and read my number to get in. They said the bus is every 10 minutes but it took a little over 20 minutes. Plus 5 minutes for the driver to write down everyones car make and color. So a good 30 minutes from entering to leaving. Thats fine, just advertise appropriately and dont lie.

I have used Canopy before and I was really disappointed with my most recent experience. It was as if a completely different company was running the show. I really enjoyed being able to make advance reservations and I got a great discount on my rate, but that was about the only positive on my visit. It took so long for a shuttle to arrive that I was worried about missing my flight. Many people in the group that had gathered were calling the main number to request updates on when the bus would be there, and others were just walking up the main road to flag down a bus. The bus did not drop off at each airline, just did one big dropoff. My return trip was fine. The other thing that concerns me is the state of the parking lot. This lot doesnt have potholes, it has craters. Some are so deep that there are cones in them to prompt people to drive around. I felt extremely uncomfortable driving my vehicle through that lot as it seemed easy to accidentally damage it. The bus drivers were wonderful and very professional, but I am not sure if I will use Canopy again until their lot is repaired as just driving through it seems like a hazard.

Convenient affordable place to park for vacation. The shuttle drivers were overwhelmed with passengers at 04:40 am, and werent concerned with a prompt pick up & delivery to the airport. Good folks but build a little extra time into your schedule.

Note: I contacted Canopy first before writing this review, no discount was offered for the experience although they did remind me they have hoses there to clean off bird droppings 😭 1. departure - no clear instructions where shuttle will pick you up. we walked around in the cold until we finally flagged a driver down. 2. arrival - horrible line just to get on shuttle due to DIA traffic at night and only 2 shuttles running, 45 minute jammed shuttle ride in bumper to bumper traffic 3. when we finally made it to our car it was covered in bird droppings, the passenger door was stuck shut.

Dangerously large potholes that would bottom any car out every 6 feet in the open air park. I don’t think a 2 year old would be able to touch the bottom if they were full of water. Machine took 5 minutes to read the QR code to leave from a prepaid reservation (happening to everyone as the likes were backed up at every exit gate)

Very disappointed. Busy travel day being Sunday evening and not nearly enough transport shuttles to handle the amount of travelers. Waited nearly 1 hour as a group of 50+ people kept stacking up - only 2 shuttles in that hour that filled up right away leaving us waiting once again. No one at customer service to take a call either. We noticed other companies like Fine, WallyPark, etc. coming every 5 minutes - we will book with either of them next time around.

We have used Canopy for years. Our experience this past weekend was the worst weve ever had. Our drop-off was ok. Although we had to wait longer than usual for the shuttle to pick us up and get us to the airport, the driver was very friendly and efficient. The shuttle back to Canopy Sunday night was a complete mess. There must have been 100+ people waiting at the Canopy pickup on the east side of the airport. We ended up getting an Uber from the airport back to Canopy rather than wait in what Im sure was a 2-3 hour line to get on a shuttle. Sad to see this happening to what used to be a very good shuttle service.

BE PREPARED TO WAIT! My wife and I travel often, and Canopy has been our go-to parking spot. We have not had any issues until about a year ago we noticed wait times were getting to be outrageous. Waiting for the shuttle after a flight is annoying but I can get over it. But when it comes to waiting by your car for the shuttle to get to the airport for 20-30 minutes it is a little ridiculous. And if you are the first pickup, driving around the complex to pick up customers to fill the shuttle it is another 15 minutes. You basically have to add 45-60 minutes to be safe for the parking aspect of getting to your flight. Sometimes you get lucky and time the shuttles well, but there is too much variable in wait times. We will be trying other parking spots. 2 starts because the drivers are generally kind and polite!

All of a sudden this place has gone downhill. Used to have drivers waiting to pick you up no the wait is insane. 45 minutes for a 530 am pick up in covered parking. 1 hr wait at the airport... Had 30 angry people behind me at pick up. Saw every other should come through 3 times before a single canopy shuttle. The worst is dispatch lying about shuttle times. I feel bad for the drivers.

This is a great place to park when you leave town. Indoor or Outdoor, there is also Valet service, and even a Detailing service for Valet customers. Very affordable prices and I feel confident that its a secure location. Easy ingress / egress. They also have a rewards program for frequent travelers. Highly recommend!

Do not park your car here. Return flight and stood at the pickup island fire almost an hour without getting a shuttle. Finally took an Uber over to the lot and had to walk back to my car with luggage. Called multiple times no answer and left many messages on assistant manager Dennis voicemail with no call back. Horrible customer service recommend USA Park, Fine Park, or Parking Spot saw multiple shuttles come and go for those lots while I was waiting.

Canopy is terrible now! They used to be fantastic but on my most recent trip they had hardly any shuttles running. As a result, there were 50 or more people waiting to get the shuttle back from the airport and we eventually had to give up and grab a Lyft back to the lot. No other parking lot company had nearly as many people waiting for it and some airport employees told us that Canopy just hasn’t had enough shuttles running for months now. We are never parking here again.

AVOID! Melissa and her team are the worst. Called three times and was told, theyll be there in 3 minutes. We waited patiently at Island 3, while watching multiple Canopy shuttles drop others off and skip Island 3 over and over again. After almost 1 hour, I flagged a Canopy Shuttle driver down... had no idea we were waiting on island 3 (like we were told to wait on). Lazy drivers were skipping it and incompetent managers not following up. Melissa even threw her other manager under the bus and blamed every one else for not following up. Even Melissa didnt follow up. It was 4 AM and there werent any other customers waiting to be picked up. Terrible all the way around.

First time trying it and so far loved it. We got a spot under the canopy. I was thinking that we would park close to the spot that they pick ppl up. I didnt realize they pick you up at your car. I would of parked more in the middle of the covered parking. We didnt even fished stretching after getting out of the car and they were there to pick us up. The driver was super friendly. We unfortunately didnt have any cash for a tip on us. It all happened so quick, we were just surprised at the speedy service. Will update if the service changes on our return

Trash parking lot with potholes every 6 feet. Trash service. Waited for 4 buses until we got a ride To the parking lot. Most buses already full when they arrived to pick people up. Not at all helpful on the phone. The guy “T” was absolutely no help and wouldn’t help with our bags at all. Complete garbage company that will need new owners soon

Canopy used to be great... huge emphasis on USED. We have been parking there for over a decade and the service has declined over the last 5 years.Less people working and less shuttles, their sign says they are fully booked yet they only ran 2 shuttles. So we waited for over 30 minutes for a shuttle. Very disappointed, this will certainly be the last time we park here.

Planned to park here until I called to ask a simple billing question and was met with a rude tone from someone who acted like I was inconveniencing them. They advertise a rate of somewhere around 7 dollars but there is no way for you to get that price, even if you call to ask for it. They will always charge you nearly $11/day for self park, even though prices are advertised at around $7.When on their website, I was prompted to enter my email to receive a discount code to park for $5 a day. I copied the code from my email and it never applied, still wanted to charge $11. When I asked about this they said “Oh yeah we don’t offer that anymore.” Then WHY is it still on your website?! Terribly misleading website and awfully rude customer service. Very relieved I chose to take my business elsewhere. I recommend you do too. These recent reviews are very telling…

I have been waiting 30 minutes for a bus to come up, at the “pickup point” where there is absolutely zero signage to know where to go after parking. Right when I was walking up to the pickup point a bus drove right past me after picking 3 people up, and ignored as I waved them down. There’s also the absolutely massive potholes due to bad drainage in the lot that almost bottomed out my truck with 3 foot ground clearance it is crazy

As others have mentioned, their pickup schedule from the airport is terrible. They should have a general idea when people are coming back so there should be no reason why we had to wait in line while 6 shuttles took the people ahead of us in line before we got our turn 45 minutes later.The employees were nice. But perhaps they dont have enough of them to run the shuttles at busy times

Absolutely terrible. I bought a parking reservation here and arrived 15 minutes early. The reservation was at 5 A.M. so not a time I would think busy. I waited on their bus for 30 minutes before they even left. Had to run through security and was literally about 20 seconds away from missing my flight despite showing up to the parking lot about an hour and a half before takeoff for a weekday 5 A.M. flight. If you find something that’s more expensive it’s worth it. This place was literally 20 seconds away from making me miss my flight.

Cost is good but I would not use them again. We waited over 20 minutes for the return shuttle when numerous other parking shuttles came/went. There were so many people in line that many did not get on and had to wait again for another shuttle. The savings in money is not worth the aggravation of the wait.

Never again will I park here. First it is pretty far from DIA. Secondly there is no clear signage or instruction as to where the shuttle picks you up. I finally found a running shuttle that was sitting idle of course no one inside. When someone one finally came out instead of letting me on he said I needed to go over that way and pointed south. Long story short I ended up walking ALL OVER the lot until I found the same man and shuttle parked. He then directed me to yet another shuttle. I was so frustrated. I walked all over the place. This parking lot is not at all organized and a waste of time.

When it comes to airport parking I generally am only concerned with two things: price and efficiency.While the price at Canopy was comparable to other places, the efficiency of the service was appalling. On our trip out we waited 45+ minutes for a shuttle because they kept filling up before they got to us (and were not frequent enough). Also there was no signage or indication of how loading works, so we ended up wandering the lot trying to figure out where to stand so we could get picked up, but eventually just banded together with another group to try and increase our visibility.On the trip back we waited 30+ minutes for a shuttle for similar reasons - i.e. because we didnt know where the shuttle would arrive, so we missed the first shuttle because it filled up with passengers who hadnt been waiting as long, and shuttles arrive only about every 15 minutes.Essentially, they are understaffed and their systems are poorly defined. At the end of the day, using this company increased the stress level of our travel 10-fold, so I highly recommend that other travelers opt for another company.

We were surprised! I usually dont write reviews but feel they deserve it. Our first time and bummed that Pikes Peaks in Denver was closed we tried this place. Easy, We joined the 5280 club and got an additional discount. They send you a QR code which gets you into the property gate. This apparently alerts the driver that someone is there because as soon as we parked (outside parking) there was a shuttle to pick us up. Wow. The driver reminded us to get our car charger etc. They give you a slip of paper with your exact location so the driver when you return knows where you parked. When we got back a week later we had a delayed flight and did not get in until midnight. no problem they were there 5 mins after we called (you have to call them if its after midnight) IN short we will use them next time.

Used to love canopy parking but I don’t think we will be back. The potholes in the entrance and open air park are massive. Big enough to do serious damage to your car if you don’t pay attention. Also, they wait to fill every shuttle so you can expect to wait a bit to get to the airport if you are first on. We also waited awhile to get picked up. As others mentioned, we saw 2-3 shuttles from the other companies. We waited 20 min to get picked up. There was not enough room for everyone so some people had to wait longer. I called the pickup number and main number multiple times and got an full voicemail box. Finally someone answered and said a shuttle would be there in “3 min”. That was not true we waited much longer than that.

I travel for work and have parked here many of time, but this will be my last time parking here. I have literally been waiting for a shuttle for a half hour. As two shuttles have road right pass me. I’m so confused are you all no longer picking up the patrons at there vehicle? If so my email confirmation did not provide that information. The lady who answers phone acts as if you’re bothering her and informed me they are picking up in row K. Not sure how that helps me if I parked in A why would I walk to K. This information should be put in the confirmation email. So that people don’t miss they flights. This is by far the worse service I have received and you only have to tell me once that my contribution to your company is not needed. No problem with me taking my business elsewhere. You have my contact information so don’t can phrase my review telling me to reach out to an email that will never be answered. Communication goes a long way, not sure why not one person in this company could come up with. “Let’s put pick up information in the email confirmation since we no longer can pick up at each car” the driver tried to tell me they don’t know where I park when I come in. Sir check my records I’ve parked here many times for me not to even be out of car completely and shuttle waiting for me. But when you pick up from airport you pack us in like sardines to collect tips. This parking company has turned into a big joke.

Do not make the mistake of using this parking lot. Flying back to Denver after the storm, the shuttle took one and half hour to pick up from the airport. They did not clear any snow from the parking lot. Dont ever park here, their service is horrible. They do not maintain any limit to passengers in a shuttle so they dont have that excuse.

Very affordable airport parking with very friendly amazing staff on the shuttle buses. Only suggestion I have is the surfae of the uncovered parking is in pretty bad shape with many large potholes. Otherwise I really enjoyed the service and would definitely use again.

We’ve been standing here at the airport for over half an hour waiting to get back to our car. The first shuttle was full when we got out here. The second shuttle (that showed up at the half our wait time mark) was half full, and we couldn’t get on from people walking in front of us. I understand being short handed, but we have watched numerous shuttles from other airport parking lots come several times since standing here. This is ridiculous. The parking and riding to the airport was fine, and the driver was courteous. But this is just asinine. We won’t be using Canopy again.

My usual lot was full, so I scheduled with Canopy instead, for only slightly more than I would have spent at the other (5-6 bucks). I was a little worried, because it is a little further away from the airport. I shouldn’t have worried. We pulled in, the shuttle picked us up immediately. The driver wrote down our parking location on a sticky note and we were on our way. There was construction on Peña Blvd, but our driver knew the back ways to avoid it. We were directly to the bag check ahead of schedule. I think I found a new car park.

Highly suggest you pay the extra difference for any of the other parking company options.... we called at 12:30AM the manager on duty said 10-15 minutes. Needless to say an hour later we are still waiting. Saw another similar review two weeks ago. We had the same experience in March this year. They are clearly short staffed.

I am not one to complain but given our horrible experience at the Denver Airport with Canopys service and the fact I sent this review to Canopy to explain and never got a response felt I needed to post this.We parked in the covered parking area at Canopy at DIA on 6/2/21 and after waiting for 15 minutes for a shuttle to the airport flagged a van down. This was irritating but not worth complaining about. However, when we arrived back on 6/7, we went to the assigned pickup area, and after waiting 15 minutes and seeing 3-4 buses from other parking services go by, a Canopy bus finally showed up. It was full, the driver rudely said we couldnt board, then said a bus would be there in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later, no bus and I texted their service number Been waiting for 15 min, driver just left, was rude, bus full & said another was coming in 2 minutes, still not here. I called twice, talking to a person who said bus is coming in minutes which didnt occur. By this time there was a crowd waiting, including a lady with health issues and 2 children. Finally another bus arrived which was full and only four people could board. We got on this bus, I called in again to complain, no one answered and was routed to a message that said mailbox full. We saw two empty Canopy buses parked at the entrance and exit of the airport, then another empty one at the facility.To Canopy, if you cant provide service please do not advertise you can and leave people who pay you hanging out at the airport with no customer support.

Online booking, Ease of finding on Google Maps, plenty of Covered Parking, 2nd shuttle came within 10 minutes, both drivers, and getting the second shuttle from DIA back to Canopy Parking was ALL GOOD. BUT, leaving the structure out both gates was confusing! Then, at the PAY GATE there was No instructions to scan your PREPAID QR CODE ALONG WITH SCANNING YOUR BARCODE TICKET. THE GATE WOULDNT OPEN UNTIL WE PAID $28 MORE, OF $72.00 PREPAID ON CREDIT CARD! I THINK IT WAS DECEITFUL!!! AND MOST PEOPLE WOULD JUST PAY THE EXTRA DOLLARS OUT OF FRUSTRATION FOR THERE NOT BEING A REAL PERSON IN THE PAY BOOTH. I feel sorry for the people that get ripped off.

Not a terrible rate if you reserve ahead of time. The reason for the two stars is because of the 30 min wait to get picked up. We watched the other lot’s vehicles pass several times while we waited. By the time the shuttle showed up these were 25 people waiting. I had to leave my family at the airport and drive back to get them.

Weve used Canopy for years but are officially done after our recent trip. Previously, using indoor valet we felt well cared for and like a valued guest. This trip we reserved indoor valet, but due to full shuttles had to drive through covered parking to make pickups. People there reported they had been waiting an hour.On the return is when things went really south. We were waiting on Island 3, west side, across from door 504 for over 20 minutes when Mohammed pulled up to the next island in front of us. There were at least 20 people waiting. Once they were on board, he announced he was full and proceeded to YELL at me for waiting in the wrong place, and denied that we had been there for over 20 minutes! We promptly got a in a taxi (the driver said this happens often). I had tried calling Canopy several times and nobody answered the phones. I finally got through during our drive asking to have our car ready, which it was.I suspect their short on drivers (maybe shuttles too?) and thats why Mohammed felt he could treat paying customers this way. I do not appreciate the way he spoke to me and due to the lack of anger management he exhibited would also be afraid to drive in a shuttle with him (dont cut him off!).The one thing Canopy did right is reimburse us for the taxi ($30), no questions asked.Im reading the same canned response when management responds, and that may be helping the Google review rating somehow, but it is evidently not helping your customers given the timeline of reviews.

We travel once or twice a month. Once finding this parking near DIA after using others I highly recommend. Hopefully they will get their parking lot redone. Lots of deep potholes. Last thing at airport put up at sign to start the line. This is confusing when people come later and automatically try to cut in front of others whom been waiting.

Waited 45 min for a shuttle. Came out door 513 to island 3 on the east side as instructed. Waited 45 minutes, after being told it would be 15. When the bus finally did come it had room for 2 when there was 12 people waiting. Then had to wait another 20 minutes. Traveling with kids this is not convenient or preferred. Will not use them again. All the other parking places had 3-4 busses come through will we waited for 1.

I had the worst experience leaving the lot and coming back to the lot. Potholes everywhere so watch carefully. They start from when you pull into the entrance. We had to walk all the way up to the front of the lot to catch the shuttle; they don’t drive around like they used to. People were waiting for at least 30-45 min to catch the next shuttle and we never knew where they were picking people up. One time in was on the side of the building, another was at a stop sign, and finally we had to go inside the valet to find the shuttle. After returning from my trip, the driver never asked where our car was located so we ended up getting out and walking to our car.

Will never use Canopy again. Took over 20 minutes. I called them at 3:18 and they said 6 minutes...called again at 3:24,a couple more minutes. And said it hadnt been 6 minutes since I called, funny that I have the proof on my phone! Saw 3 Fine and 3 USA shuttles while we waited in the rain. Will go somewhere else next time....and you shouldnt call your customers liars when they proof...

Sadly, their service seems to have really gone downhill. Ive used them extensively in the past, generally in valet. But even in valet, service was not very good and I waited for something like 15 minutes for my pickup on the way out. Buses were full so there was absolutely no spacing. I thought it might be an anomaly so I waited to see how it worked out on the return and it was even worse. Despite their driver calling in when they were unable to pick us up (due to full shuttle) AND me calling the dispatcher to warn them how many people (16+) were waiting, they didnt seem to send any extra shuttles so people were waiting two or three shuttles in order to get back to the lot. Every other parking service was going fine except for canopy which had a line of 20 some people waiting by the time I squeezed onto a shuttle.I dont know if theyre understaffed or having financial problems but this is not the business that I had experienced in years past. There are also significant potholes even in their main drive so I worry that theyre also deferring maintenance. As much as I like their toll pass service, I think its time to find a different parking lot.

Drivers were nice and helpful but the facility needs attention. HUGE potholes throughout - the buses have to drive super slow or the potholes will knock everyone out of their seat. A couple are so big they have had to put traffic cones in them. The exit signs are so faded that at night you cant see which way the signs are pointing.

Pretty good service overall BUT I was charged unexpectedly when leaving the lot. I checked in 10mins later than my reservation required and checked out 5 mins earlier than my reservation required. Not really sure why on earth I would’ve been charged more for my stay when I booked online and used the service as recommended. Might go somewhere else next time tbh. I was only parked here for 4 days and it charged me an additional $10 (not much i know but that’s also not what I agreed to.)

Disappointed. Have used Canopy since they opened. But this will be our last time. Long line at the open air parking to get a ride to the airport. Potholes everywhere in every row. If you want to miss your flight, choose canopy. 45 - 60 minute wait for a shuttle to get to the airport on a random Saturday morning. 100 people standing in the lot all twiddling our thumbs in the heat. People were walking out of the lot to call ubers just to get a ride to the airport. I got in my car and left after 30 mins to find a new lot and still got charged the full 5 day amount on my reservation. Absolutely unacceptable. Ive never seen such a disaster at any park and ride Ive ever used. Never again. This place is going downhill rapidly. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.

November review... Crazy to pack the shuttle seats despite an on going pandemic, literally over packed since we have kids sitting on their parents laps, great way to protect customers. You have to stand 6 feet apart at the counter but lets pile 4 people on a bench seat.May review... Its OK, but I had two problems:1) I paid online, ahead of time. So how come when I got the emailed barcode to enter and leave, did it say I still owed $12+? I had to pay it to get out. I dont mind the price, but I expected to be billed initially for everything, and be done with it. It obviously detracted from being able to scan and just leave when leaving, when Im tired and ready to be out of there.2) RUN SOME MORE BUSES, GUYS. When I am waiting to return, I always watch *two* Parking Spot buses, and two of other parking places, go through while Im waiting for one Canopy bus. This is not a new problem. Its been the case for years.

Absolutely, do not use this parking service under any circumstances. This business is about 5 minutes away from collapse. None of their facility is maintained (weeds everywhere, nasty busses, little to no response when waiting for 20 minutes). The whole parking lot had holes the size of full sedans making it literally impossible for the busses to run on time and effectively. Not to mention, you would have to have 4 wheel drive just to get out of the parking lot. Yes, this place is cheap, but stay far away if you actually care about your car, your service, or being on time for your flight. I wish I would have snapped a picture of the holes because Im still in shock.

Beware of valet theft! A friend of mine used their valet service. Not only were things were stolen out of his car, but since he left his garage door opener in the car, his garage was also cleared out. They also lost his garage door opener. Canopy has been completely unresponsive. I will never use them again.

We have used Canopy on several occasions in the past since closer airport parking spots have been closed due to Covid and were pleased with their service. This trip we were very disappointed. First, the parking lot is FULL of pot holes. I’m talking craters!! Upon return to the airport on a Sunday night at midnight, there were close to 50 people in line waiting for a bus and there was only 1 bus running and it took 15 minutes for a 2nd bus to come. More buses were needed on a busy travel day. There were several other parking lot buses around that were larger and half full. Next time.

I waited for over an hour for a shuttle to get back to my car. The line was 3 times as long as for the other parking lots. I watched 5-6 shuttles for other parking lots go by while Canopy only had 2. I won’t be parking here again.

On June 7th 2021 at around 10:50 am we were subjected to a bus with broken air conditioning. This is unacceptable. We have been loyal customers for years. We overlooked the large potholes that swallow cars up but this is ridiculous. There are many more satellite parking companies near DIA that treat their customers better.

I have been using Canopy for years and the experience is souring. The potholes are outrageous and the airport pickup time, which I have been told, is every 15 minutes, is not reliable. I have had to call and request a bus on several occasions where I have waited 30+ minutes before calling, then sometimes waiting an additional 30 minutes. The driver this past Sunday evening never got out of his seat, never helped anyone with their bags, either on or off. If the intent is to stay a viable operating company, you must focus on the base of your operations and your roads.

Parking is easy and price is cheap but in no way worth the wait when you get back we was waiting over half an hour on Saturday and had one shuttle come Wich couldnt even take a quarter of the people waiting given we was near the end of the line I wasent prepared to wait anoth hour to get to my car with to young kids that had been traveling all day We paid 40 dollars for a cab to the parking lot. Also I tried calling the helpline number twice and left a message about pickups and knowing git back to me. Very disappointed in the service to get back from the airport but if you want cheap rates and are prepared to wait a long time when you get back then go.

The employees here went above and beyond the call of duty to make an incredibly stressful situation manageable and even pleasant for me. I cant thank Sandra, Han, B.K and a couple other employees enough for their outstanding customer service. I had car issues that caused me to camp out in their lobby for hours and without their wonderful, personal and thoughtful service I seriously wouldve had a meltdown. So grateful!!!

Super disappointed with my experience today. Was crammed into a shuttle and drove around for 30 minutes in the lot picking up people. Driver stopped and talked along the way and didn’t seem concerned about getting us to the airport in any timely fashion. Won’t be using this lot again.

Come to Canopy parking for a bad time.I used this lot a few times pre-pandemic and generally had positive experiences. Unfortunately I think this business is now on the decline. The condition of the lot itself is just awful; there are large, deep potholes everywhere and it’s almost impossible to avoid them. The shuttles I rode kept hitting them in spite of all efforts to the contrary. It’s unpleasant.In that vein, know that the suspension on their shuttles is gone. You’d be no better off riding down Peña in a wagon. Much like someone coming down off of their antidepressants, be prepared to feel *everything.* By the way, before my flight they took extra time in the lot to pick up every person they could reasonably fit into the shuttle. That took a long time, and so while I boarded the shuttle that morning with a “I have plenty of time” mindset, I finally exited at the airport with high anxiety about making my flight.My last criticism, from after my trip: in the time I spent waiting for their shuttle to pick me up at the airport, multiple shuttles for their competitors came and went. Canopy simply isn’t running very many of them.Positives: their shuttle drivers were friendly, and when their receipt printer was broken they agreed to email me a receipt with no hassle.It doesn’t seem like a bad business fundamentally, but sadly I doubt that they have the significant cash they would need to remedy all of these problems quickly. Between resurfacing their outdoor lot and filling all of the holes, replacing the suspension in their shuttles, hiring new people, running more shuttles at once, etc etc ... I don’t know. Given time I bet they can get there.

Waited on the East side for over 20 minutes for the shuttle. There was roughly 24 people waiting. Several people called and were told to Be Patient. When the shuttle arrived there was only room for 6 people. I have noticed over the past few years that getting picked up from the airport is slow. I usually see at least one if not two shuttles from the other parking companies before Canopy. The roads within Canopy are getting much worse, there are large pot holes everywhere and it is getting difficult to go around them.

Do not park here. It took 40min for the shuttle to pick me up. Pot holes EVERYWHERE! Plus there are no signs directing you where you should go after you park. You’re left to wander the parking lot looking for a shuttle. The “24hr” phone service doesn’t answer the phone.

I flew back to Denver after the storm, and the shuttle took one and half hour to pick up from the airport. Canopy did not clear any snow from the parking lot. That evening was truly awful for everyone (other companies were struggling too), but it seemed to me that Canopy truly left their customers out to dry. I was trying to shovel my car out at 2am with no help. When I called the office, no answer. Bummer!However, I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because when I called today asking for a full refund due to my experience, they gave it to me. I think I might park with them in the future due to the very cheap prices, but probably only in the summer.

I parked in the valet parking. When I picked up my car it was covered in snow and there was snow inside of the car. The driver was using a push broom to remove the snow from my car which was scratching the paint. I have this all of camera and made a claim to the company - they did nothing. So I stopped using Canopy. Fast forward 1 year. My credit card was just charged a 4 day parking fee for parking at Canopy. I have not used this company in a year and my car was parked at home. They would not return my call to clear this up as to why they were randomly charging my credit card. Never never use this company!!! They will not take care of you if you run into a problem. The worst customer service ever!!!

Three strikes you’re out Canopy. If I could leave -5 stars I would. Three trips in a row I’ve been stranded at the airport for hours waiting for a bus. One time is excusable, maybe understaffed? Three tells a lot about the company. They don’t come every 15 minutes until midnight as they “guarantee” but more like every hour. They do not plan accordingly to their parking reservations either. They had 3 buses running at peak arrival times. After waiting 2 hours unable to get on their bus I decided to take a taxi which cost me $50. But since it was already 12:30am and the crowd of passengers waiting was growing, myself and several others opted to taxi on out. I wouldn’t park here if it was free. There are other parking options and I highly encourage people to take their business elsewhere. Their rates are average, their buses falling apart, hit and miss with decent drivers, management does not work well under pressure.👎

They took care of us from the moment we pulled in until we left 4 days later. We got there at 2 am and they had a shuttle waiting on us. They even turned around since we forgot a cell phone in the car. The pick up spot was plain to read on the receipt and they were there with in minutes of us landing. Save yourself the headache. Pick up from the airport back to your car takes forever, you’ll be waiting with 60 other people and end up taking a $35 taxi back to your car like we did. We encountered 3 other families that took taxis back. Had to walk back from the front gate all the way to our car because they wouldn’t let the taxi into the lot. Ridiculous.

The parking lot is very dangerous, the potholes are getting larger and its difficult to walk or drive without the chance of falling into a deep hole. Used the lot during a snow storm, could not locate the holes in the lot and almost landed in a snowy hole. Whos responsible for paving the lot? Who will cover the expenses when someone falls and breaks a leg or worse? Missed flights from a fall?

Have used this parking for quite a while. The service and condition of the lot continue to get worse. The parking lot is a disater, potholes everywhere. Catching the shuttle to the airport was good this last time but that varies. The major complaint is the amount of time waiting for the return to your car. I saw several of everyother shuttle company before Canopy showed up. Not sure if i will be back even with my CSU discount.

Parking price is about the same if you sign up for the 5280. The buses seem to be older. Both buses I was on there and back did not really have working AC in 90 F. They did drop you off right at your car.

Although the drivers were very nice the parking lot is a mess, pot holes everywhere. This could do serious damage to your vehicle its that bad.
