Alpha replaced the old wood shakes with new vinyl shakes across the front of my home. Once they had all the materials and an open date for install, the guys started work and finished within two days. They cleaned up all of the old shakes and had a dumpster cart them away. Overall it was an easy and simple process in changing the look of my house.

I wish I could give it less than one star but unfortunately that’s what I’ll give it didn’t even get to make the actual appointment person to person Gary was extremely rude and I can’t even believe they actually have business with how he talks to customers. Had an appointment set up and he made it mandatory for my wife to be there meanwhile we know everything that we already want. Who tells a possible future client that their time is precious and they’re not going to be wasted. I hope this review opens other future clients eyes on choosing someone more professional.

Extremely pleased with the workmanship from the Alpha siding crew. They were really courteous, meticulous and very respectful towards me. There was always a channel of communication to speak to anyone I wanted to. I was between a light color of siding or a dark color, but eventually stuck with the dark brown/walnut, but the trim was white so there’s a distinguished look to my home. There is a positive difference than before and out of all the homes on the block. I’m very happy and will use Alpha again in the future if I need any other work.

From the minute we contacted Alpha and spoke to Gary to the minute they were finished with the work we had not one second of aggravation. The crew was reliable, efficient, clean and pleasant. Alpha came over earlier this week to replace the old windows on my home and did a great job from the start. Gary knew how to answer all of my questions when he first came over and explained how everything would be done. Billy came a couple of days later and measured everything, and within 3 weeks he called me to schedule the installation. Gino and his workers were professional and worked all day to finish the installation. Everyone I spoke with throughout was excellent! The windows look and feel great!

My first home they did a great job. My next home I hired them again. I came home from work and I heard birds outside with all windows closed. My old windows and storms were tighter than my new windows. They came back many times. Was told they never were corked or sealed. Nothing worked.Had illness in family and gave up. When I called again for another broken seal was told alpha was out of business and reopened as alpha window and siding. And could fix my window for 350.00 . Life time warranty useless. Should of posted this years ago. Just learning now how to. Think about alpha and the terrible job they did every day when I hear outside noise or drafts. Hope they have gotten better

Absolutely love my new windows from Alpha. Alpha did a great job replacing the old aluminum windows in my home with new their top of the line energy efficient windows. The windows have made a sudden and noticeable impact compared to my old ones, doing their job and then some. The men fixed a small issue with one of the locks and they all operate smoothly. The install took a total of two days and all of the rooms were left cleaned.

Alpha did an outstanding job remodeling the front of my house. The bay window was replaced with a triple casement and then we added a small portico and sided everything with monterey shakes. It took about two weeks to finish everything, but the installers were a pleasure to have over. I am very happy with how my home looks and can’t wait to show it off to friends and family.

Alpha came highly recommended to us from my brother who did work on his house several times with Alpha. Many years back he sided his home and put a new roof on it and has been attesting about how great its been in the long run, so it was our turn. We felt appreciated the whole way and always had a say in what we specifically wanted done. For example, when everything was finished and we decided we wanted different color shutters because we thought that the blue shutters were too light in color, Alpha came out and switched all of the shutters to a darker color. The guys who did the installation were extremely accommodating, and not to slight Billy since he was constantly stopping by to deliver things, he was excellent as well. If anyone asks, we know who to recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Alpha and we would recommend them to any of our neighbors. Maryann was a pleasure to speak with on the phone and Billy was helpful in addressing any issues to complete the job on time. Herman and his co-worker were a delight to deal with as they always showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day to make sure the siding was installed well. We already received a positive response from our neighbor and are pleasantly thrilled to have our home look brand new again.

Had Alpha replace the windows on my cape and had a positive experience with the company. Everyone I had contact with was professional and courteous, including the men who installed my windows. The new windows look great and work great. Theyre a huge upgrade from my old single pane windows and hopefully theyll be making a huge difference in my energy bills.

We had Alpha replace the windows upstairs in our home and we will have Alpha back to replace the windows downstairs as well. John was very courteous when he came over, professional, skillful, efficient and competent. He went over the differences between what we had and what we were getting and he was very transparent in all of the information. The windows were installed three weeks later and now we should be better with energy bills for the summer.

Alpha replaced the old aluminum siding on my home with storm colored vinyl shake shingles in the front and storm colored vinyl dutch lap siding on the sides. Gary suggested we trim the front of the house with the sterling ledgestone in order to accent the storm color. The two colors ended up complementing each other really well and our home looks beautiful. The men who did the work were very nice to us and accommodated our small requests. We would recommend Alpha to anyone.

Alpha did our roof and replaced our patio door and kitchen bay window. Everything was as described, high quality and impeccable work. I highly recommend them!

If you do not have any problems....Alpha is ok to use. HOWEVER if there is a problem and you are paid in full , you will not get help.I hired Alpha Windows to reside my 4 story home. The job cost $37,500.Alpha sent a team of good workers BUT did NOT send anyone to supervise or inspect the work. All decisions, cosmetic or functional ( How to mount the fireplace exhaust vent ) were decided my MYSELF ( with no knowledge of siding) or the workers. As a result, I am extremely disappointed in the result.....AND i will have to hire another company to fix all the problems left by Alpha.Once I paid in full I could not get them to honor the 10 year warranty and fix the problems. I also just called the siding manufacturer. When i complained about allthe seams visible all over the front of my home, the owner said there is nothing we can do siding ONLY comes in 12 panels. This, sadly, is NOT TRUE. The siding comes in 12 16 and 20. So either Alpha siding did not know this OR they lied.either way if they had used the longer siding my home would not look as horrible.BUYER BEWARE

I want to take this moment to commend Alpha on a job well done re-siding my home with their canyon drift shakes and ledgestone. Gary is knowledgeable in what he does and he has a good sense for color patterns. His overwhelming job portfolio (which he has at his fingertips) really speaks for itself. It helped make my decision on which colors to choose from because he has just about all of the possible color combinations in actual pictures. The workers showed up every day on time when they could work, minus one day with heavy rain, and worked well with each other to finish the job efficiently. I requested they change a couple of details, and they obliged without hesitation. They were very easy to talk to and honest individuals, and completed the work as I expected.
