TLC Landscaping has always provided quality work for us at a very fair price. So when it came time to do a much larger project they were our first and only call. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and oversees all aspects of the job. His men are punctual, courteous and very neat. I would definitely recommend TLC to anyone seeking a beautiful outcome.

We have been using TLC for lawn maintenance and clean ups for over 10 years. The crew always did a wonderful job and were very reasonable with price. We have since moved and are not in their service area for lawn maintenance, but I still use them for other services (such as trees, planting and other hardscapes). They recently removed some very large overgrown shrubs, and planted more appropriate evergreens to line my fence (looks amazing). The owner always calls me back within 24 hrs, and is very helpful in all my wishes (and time frame). I am always recommending TLC, because its really hard to find reliable and fair contractors.

Would certainly not recommend. I used the services of TLC for several years until recently. Initially, TLC provided decent and reliable landscape services. The owner would personally oversee the work and positively respond to any concerns or shortcomings. Over the more recent years, particularly the last 2 years, however, the services of TLC have significantly deteriorated. The TLC crew has become very careless, even damaging the property, and the owner has become irresponsible. Services are not delivered as promised. Furthermore, the owner bills for services which have never been authorized. And when the owner is contacted, he screams and uses foul language to intimidate you instead of trying to resolve the issues. In short, just beware.

They gave me an estimate and I accepted and I called them seven times and left seven voicemails requesting service to start. They have come and cut my neighbors grass several times but ignore mind and refuse to answer phone calls even though their voicemail says they will respond within 24 hours. Extremely unprofessional. Even my neighbors were shocked. such a waste of time when I could have found a good landscaper.

Horrible service from beginning to end.I called them numerous times and left them numerous messages, never to get a response!!!!once the season was done they called me and asked me if I still needed plants!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!terrible terrible terrible customer service! and the work that they did was far from good!
