Im done with this car wash. Brought my truck in after Id been upstate camping. Granted, there was a lot of dirt on it, but I paid for the top-end car wash ($33 or so) and my truck came out look like this...AFTER the car wash! Inside looked OK (some fingerprints) but carpet looked good. Outside though - horrible. No manager to talk to, everyone who worked their barely understood English. Just a horrible experience. Do NOT recommend them...

So for 10 dollars i got a regular wash and it came out good for that money saved me a whole lot of time as i was done in 5-10 minutes rather than the hour and a half it takes me to do the car myself. I vacuum my car myself so i didnt do any of the upgrades on the wash. Only complaint was the car wasn’t fully dry, but went home and wiped it down In like a minute and the car looked great. Only been once so i dont know if it was a fluke outing that the wash went so well based off how many bad reviews they have or what, but Overall for me a very decent experience

The car wash snapped my rear wiper arm right off my Jeep. Ive been getting the run-around since 12/8/19. I will update my review if the owner (who I have yet to meet) does the right thing and reimburses me.UPDATE:After a week long runaround the manager (same person I talked to each time I visited) paid for the replacement wiper arm. Ive upped my rating from 1 star to 2 stars because, all this nonsense aside, it is a cheap carwash and you get what you pay for.

I paid monthly for unlimited.. I have to say this place is the absolute worst car wash in Smithtown... I have been using this place since my car was brand new.. Used it for 10 months and lately notice a lot of scratches in the clear coat down low on both sides of car from front to back.. Owner is never on-site.. I had another issue with the microfiber drying roller ripping off my roof rack again owner not here today or you just missed him.... So today I called it quits with this place since multiple issues and never any resolve..I spoke to the gas attendant to cancel and there was another gentleman there complaining that the entrance gate just came down on his brand new truck.. shame on you Smithtown Auto Spa!! If you are going to be in business then you better do good service or things like this add up and eventually the whole Town knows you are terrible!!My friend goes there too.. The vehicle in front of him came out of the guide track causing a pile up inside the car wash.. Again they do not make good on any of these incidents.. Beware!!

Very professional and reasonable pricing

Had my car wash there today, got home looked on the inside of my car and it was never vacuumed my dashboard was dirty my windows were dirty. Very disappointed

Easy to get in and out of. System does a nice job cleaning the car, including the tires. Great value for the cost.

I signed up last year for unlimited exterior monthly washes for $17. it was ok, and worth the cost. all of a sudden the auto credit card charges popped up to $25 with no explanation or anyone contacting me. their phone keeps ringing with no answer. i am calling my credit card company now to reverse these charges. rip off.

This is hands down the worst car wash on Long Island. Never clean, never dry. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

I have a monthly exterior membership for the last year and at 16 a month is a deal. I will say if there is anything loose on your car will be ripped off. The wash wheels really bang around your car. A few times my wheels came out with a few bad gouges on the lip. Not sure how since the outside rails are padded. After I get out, I wipe the car down with a nice microfiber towel and it shines nice. My other car, a Challenger has a painted matte hood, roof and trunk for that I go to a touchless wash in Brentwood off Motor parkway.

Used to be a decent place before this new crook took over. Like other reviews, soap left on paint - poor vacuuming, confusing credit machine, no one in office to talk to. Just hoping they dont start charging my credit card monthly. It is difficult to get a car wash without signing up for a monthly charge. Best to stay away unless desperate.

Car is still dirty. VERY obvious dirt patches still on the exterior. Lousy service.

Crooks! They automatically signed me up for a monthly car wash subscription without informing me. They have charged me the last two months even though I have never returned. I have tried calling them to cancel and they have never answered the phone.

This is my wifes account but I wanted to write a review right away because of how mad I am. I only wanted a exterior wash. There were 2 chooses for exterior a 7 or 12 dollar. I specifically asked the guy I want my car to be hand dryed so he said do the 12 dollar one. After I was done nobody was coming to my car so I asked the manager is someone going to dry my car and he said no its only dryed in the machine. I said I specifically asked to get my car hand dryed and the employee told me to do the 12 dollar one. I said ok there was a miscommunication can you let one of the workers that is sitting on the bench do it and Ill take care of him(the place was dead so a bunch of workers were just sitting down) the manager said no. I said are you kidding me you going to let a customer leave here mad over something so small that was the mistake of your employer. He said yes and walked away. So this place I would not recommend going there..if you like being ripped off and lied to then you will love this place.

Not happy with this place any longer. They updated wash, but now its more of a self-service. Terrible! They just charged my card without my permission, so definately pay cash if you need to use this wash.

Used to be great. I agree with all of the other criticisms. The pricing is very misleading. The quality is terrible for a $27 full service wash.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible service. Its a rip off!!! I still had to go home to finish cleaning my car!!! I should have never given them my money... Its just keeping them, in business!

They dont have set hours, And they never pick up the phone. Never open when I go very frustrating.

Terrible car wash. I have been here before and always liked it. This was a different experience. Do not buy their monthly passes or gift certificates. They are on their way out and you will not get your money back.

They dont care about your car they just want your money they leave soap on the paint and they tell you they dont need your business. My advice is go to touch of class!

Tried this place for the third time today. My car is visibly dirty after getting it washed each time.

Broke a piece off my car. Claimed to not be able to find it in car wash. Come back next day before it’s turned on and they all acted like they had no idea what i was talking about.
