What a phenomenal experience! Had a facial with Frank and a massage with Antonio. Both were nothing short of AH-MAZING!! Front desk help was courteous and professional. Place was clean and they really observed covid precautions and protocol. Will definitely visit this location again!

I have been a member for some time now and love the exp I have had with massage envy, but today’s appointment felt rush. Not sure if COVID plays a factor, but I came in 15 mins early for my appointment, was seen 10 min later after the start of the hour and ended 5 mins before the hour. So why promote 60 min massages to only receive roughly 45 min. Overall love going to massage envy but don’t rush one appointment to make another.

This is a great place! The front desk associates were very welcoming and you can tell they want you to be as comfortable as possible. Maria did my massage and it was wonderful! She asked questions so she knew what I needed and she made sure everything was to my liking. I left feeling extremely relaxed and even smiled when I walked out because I was surprised I was so at ease and felt so good. A very nice plus was Maria giving me a small bottle of the lotion she used on me during the massage to take home. I had picked a blend of essential oils, so now I can still have some relaxing vibes at home too! Overall great experience, will be coming back!

I just had an amazing facial with Loren this afternoon. And I also can’t say enough about how great the front desk staff is at this location. The girl that was supposed to do my facial wasn’t able to make it in do to the bad weather. The girls at the front desk did whatever they could to make sure I was accommodated. Loren was willing to stay later and take me as her last client even though the weather was getting bad. She took her time and gave me the most amazing facial experience. I highly recommend her and this location.

Great service! The front desk staff is very helpful and reliable. They always try and accommodate you when something is unavailable. The massages are amazing and the facials are great too. I recommend doing dual sessions because you get both services in one day! Massage Envy is also a really great gift all times of the year! Massages are really beneficial for everyone and can help you when you are in pain, or if you just want to relax. My favorite part about Massage Envy is that everything is customized and you do not have to pay extra for anything, pressure wise.(Light to medium, medium to deep, deep tissue etc.) Another great thing about Massage Envy is that their enhancements are to die for! You can add on a sugar foot therapy, aroma therapy, or deep muscle therapy. The best part is their membership, I have been a member for 5 years and I love everything about it! The best massage I have had was with Kristen. Shes professional, works with you to hit your target areas that are causing pain, and time and time again delivers superb massages. The place is clean and well kept. The remaining staff is courteous and friendly.

I see Lauren for massages - I had several other therapist but wasnt sold on any of them until I had her; Ive been seeing them for the past year and I cannot say enough good things about her. Incredibly dedicated and professional; I moved recently and still make the trip to see her because shes that good. I recommend her highly.

Horror!! Would never recommend this facility. They have a person named Dana who works there that is rude, disrespectful and a liar. I called to book my 2nd of 3rd massage from a package that was purchased for me for Mothers Day and was told my membership expired 2 weeks ago and she would not honor it. I explained that my dad became very ill with Leukemia and I was staying at his house with hospice and the massage was last thing on my mind. My dad did pass away within this 3 months and I asked she extend my membership the 2 additional weeks because of the circumstances. She refused unless I purchased another years membership. Truly showed to be a heartless person with customer service last on her list.
