My mother-in-law recommended we try Big Bobs so we stopped in one day. We worked with Dwaine to get new carpet on our second floor upstairs in all the bedrooms and some of our finished basement. The carpet and pad are fantastic and so comfortable! The installers were very hard working and kept working and working all day to get it all done in one day! (No promises that will happen for you but it was a nice surprise for us!) THEN, our basement flooded two weeks later!! Two of the rooms that we did NOT get new carpet in had to get new carpet and we had to replace our brand new padding of the two-week old carpet. We also got flooring put under our fish tank that we didnt have before. Again, Dwaine was super helpful and supportive. They got us on the schedule again ASAP and the installers were once again hard-working and fast. They didnt bring enough padding the first day but they came back the next day and quickly finished the job. Dwaine was so wonderful to work with and wed recommend Big Bobs to friends and family!

We purchased Rev Wood flooring from Big Bobs and had it installed on almost our entire first floor of our home. Hello my name is Tom, I want to give a shout out to Byron and Willian! I scheduled an install of carpet for August 18th 2021 from Mark at Big Bobs Flooring Outlet. Byron and Willian (installers) showed up on time they were very kind and professional. They did a fantastic job. (Im very picky). Mark was the salesperson that took my order, to be honest he is okay but could learn to be a little warmer with customers. Mark did come to my house on a Sunday morning to his credit. I do not remember him smiling at any point nor did he have any thing positive to say. Other than that I would have given Big Bobs Flooring Outlet 5 stars due to the outstanding job that was done installers, it looks fantastc, Im super thrilled! I would recommend Big Bobs Flooring for carpet and if they install other types of floorings as good they did the carpet than by all means they are a great company to go with and reasonably priced 👍

The staff is very helpful in picking out flooring. They also loaded the boxes in my vehicle. I did not need them to install; but would buy from them again. Great prices and invested staff.

After some shopping around for whole house flooring and carpet, we settled on Big Bobs. Theyre prices were the best by far for the same material as other places. Aaron was knowledgeable and helped us find what we were looking for. He kept us in the loop amid Covid concerns The installers (Luis & crew) were clean, professional and courteous. The finished ahead of time in spite of an issue that took most of a day to fix. Overall nothing but a good experience and highly recommend them for flooring needs.

This review is strictly for online shopping.Big Bob the website needs an up gradedesperately. The page acts like it might show you a price but never does. I think you might have more than carpet, but the site would never let me see anything. it hinted to it but never did. Online shopping is what people do. If their not buy online theyre using it to compare prices. Car lots have online shopping. They dont show all the prices of every car, but most prices are there. The Internet is a great tool dont be afraid to use it.

I have dealt with these gentlemen for pretty close to 30 years. It is the best deals on carpet on the planet. They have great prices on end-of-row runs. They have awesome prices on brand new big rolls which they will cut to fit. They can hook you up with installation. They carry more than just carpet. Wood floors linoleum. Everybodys always Pleasant to me. Always had a good experience in there. Plenty of off-street parking handicap accessible. The guy will jump right up and help you the moment you walk in the door which is very rare in this day and age as you know. Five-star place. Well worth it

I had my carpet measured by 2 competitors. They both gave the same measurements. I had big bobs ripoff company come out and measure and it was significantly more square footage. This company is nothing but high pressure sales with no concern or care for the customer. I would not use them if they were free!!

Mark Murphy and his rug crew did a wonderful job for us. We love our new kitchen floor and carpet. Mark was very nice and helped us understand the different types of flooring and helped us with selection. His rug crew (Luis) were very considerate and did a neat job and cleaned everything up when they finished. We are very pleased.....

This was an awkward experience. The salesman promised us they would move furniture but after the sale asked us to clear the living room out. Then the salesman came to take measurements and added on about 100 sq ft when he was given clear dimensions when we first talked. I went with it anyway. After the install was done I had 350 dollars worth of scrap. I called in and he said thats just how it goes. He then told me he would make it up to me and never called back. They should probably let the installers do the measurements and the salesman just sell. Never again.

Incredible! Went on Saturday scheduled for installation on Thursday 11 am, 10:53 am receive a call the installer was not going to be there but they were going to send someone else around 1-2 well 2 comes around and they call again and want to reschedule for 5:30 now at 6 pm I give up and call them to be told the installer was on his way then 8 minutes away well an hour later he showed up and done a wonderful job but I was held captive for a entire day with no apology! Needless to say I have 3 more rooms left to carpet and they will not be getting my business!!

Very pleased with my decision to buy my flooring from Mark and have it installed by Jason. Excellent price and amazing workmanship. He was able to match flooring that was only in 2 rooms of my new home and make my floors cohesive. My house looks stunning thanks to these guys. This would be the only place I will go from here on out.

I used this company a few years ago and was happy with the floors so I went with them again. This time was completely different. I felt something was wrong when I had to keep calling back about my order. Its like they had no interest in my business. I was completely disrespected by the installer. I wont go into details but you treat others they way you want to be treated. I wish I would have went some where else. I dont care to spend a little more somewhere else and get respect. I cant recommend this company or will buy from them again.

Couldnt Be More Pleased!This is the first time Ive ever done business with Big Bobs, but it likely will not be the last. I had a great experience from start to finish. The sales rep in the location was friendly and showed me al of the options in the style and price range that we were looking for. Fortunately, we found one of their current specials that fit the bill perfectly for us. I did a lot of price comparisons with other local companies from those specializing in carpet, to the big box stores. None of them could match the quality of what Big Bobs was offering for anywhere close to their price. BTW, this was not a remnant purchase. We re-carpeted our entire upstairs including steps. At no time in the process did they make me feel any pressure at all to Buy Now! or Dont miss this deal! They simply stated what they had to offer and then gave me as much time as was needed for my wife and i to make our decision. Once the decision was made they scheduled our install for the very next week when it worked with my schedule. The installers showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up after themselves each day. (The total install took 2 days) The quality of the install was top notch. One more thing Id like to mention, we had paid to have a big box store (HD) come out and measure for a flooring quote. When Big Bobs came out to measure they estimated 10 less square yards than the big box store had and our install had pretty much close to zero waste. That saved me from having to pay for 10 square yards of carpet that was not needed. Thanks Big Bobs youve got a satisfied customer in me!

Worst business front ever!. After less than a year the carpet they installed is coming up, why you ask? Because they used all the old tack strips to lay the carpet down. Oh and they did not finish my bathroom. Worst place ever bunch of crooks. They will be hearing from my lawyers soon! And go ahead and say Im lying I have all the proof to provide!

It was such a shock how our problem was quickly resolved. Most businesses dont care after they get their money but not in this case. Thanks guys. I went in looking for carpet.I asked the salesman about a certain type of carpet and the salesman got up walked away and started working with another customer and never spoke to me again, so I left.Worst customer service EVER, and I will not be returning there for ANY reason!!!If possible, I would give a ZERO rating!!!

Awful service I just had the manager Aaron hang up on me when I asked when a our project is supposed to be completed after they told us the flooring would be done on Saturday. The sales man Dwyane lied to us on several occasions. They have taken our money but have no solutions on when our church would be completed after they have told us different days. All we want is communication about when our project will be completed.

If I could give negative stars I would. my grandparents have been going to these guys for years in their own home and rentals bc they have the best prices but today when they came to install new flooring the men were apalled my 72 yr old grandmother hadnt moved her furniture and said they wouldnt install the floors bc of it! They then said they cant come back bc they had other work! Terrible young men with rude attitudes and we got the same attitude when we called the store to find out other options. We cancelled the order and we will never buy from them again!!
