To make it easier for the drivers, call the number give them the po# and they will tell you what to do, the staging area is past the building on the right and it’s tight so if you can’t drive don’t bother trying to get in or turn around, other then that it’s in and out if you’re on time.

I had a 1a.m. appointment. I got there at 1:20a.m.(late). They worked me in and got me backed in a door by 2:10a.m. I was empty and had paperwork in hand by 2:40. They are good in my book. They have a small waiting lot up the street. I would definitely come again.

Because of construction I knew I was going to be late. I called to let them know. He said as long as you’re here before 3:00am. I got there at 2:59😳. He gave me a door🙏🏾. I thanked him. After a lil conversation He said I knew it was you when you came flying in the door😂. But next time I know to call again before coming inside. Great customer service✅

1st time here.. I was nervous after reading reviews but.. Got here on time. Checked in on time. In door 10min later. Unloaded and headed out 1.5hrs later. Awesome. No attitudes People were very polite.

1st time here.my appointment was at 10pm but i decided to come a little early after reading the reviews about the small staging area.called the # to check in around 8:30 and was told next time to only call a half hour before my appointment time but still checked me in and said they would call me when they had a door.i wasn’t looking to get unloaded early so i was kinda like okay.went to the staging area and they called me maybe 20 minutes later for a door.so you tell me not to check in early but you give me a door an hour early.a bit backwards but whatever.guy in receiving was nice.took maybe 2 hours to unload me.didn’t have any problems at all.not sure why they have so many bad reviews!!!

Didnt have a bad experience here. Little nervous with all the reviews, appointment at 2300, docked 2030, paper work in hand 2300,. Only advise is what everyone says and park in the dirt lot and call to check in, seems a lot smoother for everyone who does this.

There is one Sygma Ive been to, where people arent rude and get you out quick, but this one is not it. This is your typical Sygma where you spend 5h and the staff acts like youre bothering them being there. Extra star for dirt parking area up the hill outside of their property.

Strict appointment times but you still have to wait in staging lot. Take a nap while they unload you.

Damaged my trailer on door 19. Trailer #032381 for truck 5138. No one said anything to me. I called office and left message and my contact info. This is unacceptable and someone needs to be retrained on unloading trailers.

Checked in 4 Appt man was a Rude Prude. Place not well lit on Entry which is a safety issue. Noticed YARD 🐕 operating without No Freaking Head Lights on in the Dark, afraid of seeing a Zombie maybe. Yard has trash by docks.

0200 appt. Arrived at gate/speaker box at 0135. Was given a door at that point and was unloaded and out the gate at 0240. Entrance is a little tight and also serves as the exit. Take paperwork, with seal to door 19. Slide tandems and disconnect red air line. They call you when paperwork is ready.

This is for truckers.App time 1:30 a.m. Checked in at 1:00 a.m.To check in you have to call a phone number that is on a man door by the will call dock and give them your PO#.I been told to park on the gravel lot just west of their facility which was actually full. Thank God they called me in like 10 minutes and gave me a door.To enter use the east side gate and docks will be on your left. Brake the seal, back in your dock and take paperwork next to door 19 to receiving.They will call you when they have your paperwork ready for you.I was out of their facility at 4 a.m.I was like 3/4 trailer full.Pretty decent experience...

1st time was not good experience. As usual no signs clearly marked. For the 1st te drivers. After 30 minutes figure out where/ what to do . Now I know where to go what to do. Hopefully next time I get it rite.

No place to park, while waiting for a door. For some reason we cant wait inside the gate. And only one exit and entrance. The tiny overflow parking area has a huge pothole. When I was finally unloaded at almost 2 in the morning, 4 hours later. I had to travel 20 miles away and park on the shoulder.

This place was very good. The guy at check in was actually very nice. It is pretty dark here but doable. They started to unload within 5 minutes of hitting dock. Would have given 5 stars but they have a need for lighting.

Who ever unloaded my reefer trailer # 032381 truck 5138 dock door #19 has damaged my trailer and said nothing to me about it. This is unacceptable!!! I called and left a message. Someone needs to contact me to pay for damages. I left my contact info on the voicemail.

Appt time 1am...got here at 12:35...backed into door 1:15...unloaded immediately after backing into door. Dirt lot to park in with pot holes...go slow..but not too bad. Paperwork in hand by 2:20.

Apparently appointment times mean nothing here. Been here since 1pm 9/3/20 for a 2am appointment on 9/4/20 and still sitting in there insurance claim of a staging lot with the excuse “nope haven’t gotten to ya yet but will sometime.” Guys you NEED to file a complaint with FMCSA, BBB, and the local mayor and Governor. What this company is doing is not only unsafe it’s illegal via the driver coercion law.

5 stars yes I know.... Crazy! However they do deserve it.... Yard jockey was plesant even when he told me to relocate to the holding lot. Clerk named Carol in the office was super nice! Funny too!! Call the 800 # to check in...yes thats right ya dont have to exit youre truck to check in.... The holding lot is a little bumpy and muddy in the rain but decent enough. The dock area is big enough to move around in. Not tight at all unless youre a rookie. Got unloaded in 22 minutes. Not sure what else you could ask for.... Will come here any time...

The worst place to deliver , people are very rude and unprofessional.

Easy delivery. They have a parking for outside carriers on the west side of the business. I called the 800# google has listed for them 1 hour before my appointment to check in. Choose the option for receiving. They called with a door back.Park and bring paperwork and a seal. They require a seal, so make sure you have one. Office is to the right of dock 19 if you are facing the building.Once ready they will call back. No lumper.You can go and park back at the lot and yes it is all doable withing the 5mph if you do not want to start your log.

They have over night parking if you come early outside the facility.

They called me only 17 minutes after my appointment time, which wasnt that bad. I have experienced much later times at other facilities.

Had a 1 am appointment checked in at 9:30. They called me for a door at 3 am no place to park on site they unload pretty quickly but the people are rude just my thoughts take it for what it is not the worst but could be a lot better.

Arrived 35 minutes early for unloading. 1st thing the entry point leaves a lot to be desired. Once I pulled in there the yard dog operator was very rude. The receiving clerk was no different and very abrasive very dry to say the least.Took my paper work circled my PO number, recorded my phone number, gave some strud directions to a staging area ,and barkingly said dont come on the property without calling SIR (which translates into implied negativity).I can not read minds.They have no guard and nothing posted at their entrance. That information was not in my delivery notes.His tone was very unprofessional to say the least.After a additional 30 minutes off their property I got a call from Mr. wonderful with his Oscar winning attitude yelping the door number and other instructions.I am backed into a dock now.So maybe they will unload me quick so I can leave this place behind and place them in the never to return file. Good grief if my life was that bad I think I would have to change my vinue to morally astute & careful not to poison others life experiences with my toxic venom. Careful divers do not expect a pleasant experience at this pick up/drop off point in Columbus, OH. Grin, bear it ,and leave it is my suggestion.

Had a delivery here at 20:30. Arrived at 19:00. The dump they call a staging area was full so I had to park longways in front of everyone and move back and forth as needed until a spot was available. Called reciever to check in. Guy was EXTREMELY rude even though I was very polite to him. Got my bills at 23:30. Will NEVER be back there again. Good luck to the rest of yall if you have to go there. Everyones experiences are different at these places so it is what it is.

7/31/2020. My 2nd time here in 5 days, came last Sunday for 1:00 am appt. Tried to check in @9pm. Trailer jockey says no unload till 6 am. How the f_ _k does 2 big companies get their wires crossed? Today was much better, but still a difference in appointment time. My Qualcomm says 2am, they say 3am. Anyway, a quick unload, staff on top of stuff. Great communication. Last thing, paint the freakin lines to dock, & get some lightning dude.

I came in about 10 hours early and parked in their dirt lot - slept with no interruptions. I checked in an hour before appointment, was sent back to dirt lot to wait for phone call for door... about 30 minutes. Got in door and they started unloading right away. Lots of maneuver room, easy back into door. Appt was for 0200, am being unloaded now at 0217. Guy wasnt rude, just very business-like, no- nonsense. No problems here. 4 stars only because the dirt lot is small so was full the whole time with trucks parked creatively waiting for someone to leave so they could park.

I was there 10.20pm for 11pm app. They said is early and send me outside. After two hours they call me to check in and give me a door. In a morning 6.30am I have another call from the office - finally getting unloaded. This is not serious. Please avoid this company.

This place offers off site parking for at least 10 tractor trailers. The down side is that they are slow to unload. On average it takes me 1.25 hours to have 4 to 6 pallets off loaded. This time reflects the wait time to even get in the dock.

Read all the negative post, so was nervous about delivering here, especially cuz I was going home when I got empty, arrived @2030 for a 2100 appointment, was told the dock they needed to use to unload me was having some work done on it, so I had to park down on the dirt lot..after just shy of 2 hours they called me with a door, a little over 1 hour later I was empty and on my way home. The people I dealt with in receiving were both nice, other than the 2 hour wait for a door, no issues

I must of gotten lucky, was unloaded and out 2.5 hours after appointment time. Check in is next to door 19, once checked in they will send you back to their bullpen and call you when they are ready. This time they called me 30 minutes after my appointment time, however last time I was here they called 2 hours after my appointment time. Last time everything also took 4.5 hours compared to this time at 2.5 hours. There is limited parking here although they do have a sign saying no overnight parking, I don’t know if it’s enforced. 4 out of 5 stars because I don’t think you should have to be sent back waiting on a phone call when you show up on time, but at least they got me done within 2.5 hours which looking at other comments is pretty good compared to other people’s wait times.

Called google phone press 7 for receiving got a door on time out after 1 hour they say no overnight parking after empty.

I had absolutely no problem here. The bald guy was very polite, professional and friendly. Had to wait a reasonable amount of time for a door but was unloaded quickly and all my gear returned and secured in trailer.

Bad places fellas if you a company drive and have no choice than you ate for a treat but if you a lease purchase or an owner operator not worth it coming here guys they dont know whats the definition of professionalism attitude every where they treat us truckers like dogs bro better off making a delivery to us food, pfg, gordon than here guys

I have spoken with Amanda, who handles scheduling for the receiving department. There have been multiple issues with a shipment in which the delivery appointments have had to be rescheduled due to service failure from a hired carrier. Through the whole process, Amanda has been more than helpful and understanding in the situation, handling all requests professionally and kindly in a very stressful situation. She did not have to accommodate the multiple reschedules I requested from her, and even stayed after her scheduled work hours to help me. She was even kind enough to waive a reschedule fee from her company, which she had every right to access due to service failure. In the world of logistics, this kindness and understanding is not often seen, and SYGMA, most particularly Amanda, are wonderful in my eyes.

Don’t get the negative comments, I didn’t know if people didn’t wanna have a long conversation it was considered “rude” sounds like a bunch of cry babies if you ask me. ZERO STARS!!The yard dog is very RUDE. Also some of the people on the intercom are not very good at telling you were to go. The door 19 is not labeled anywhere it’s at the end of the yard.

Rude staff the clerk acts like you should know what to do here even when youve never been here. Very little room to park it seems to me they over book loads. The lot they tell you to wait in is a tight over filled mess and there are trucks parked on the road because theres no room. Whats the point in having an appointment time when youre waiting for hours on end before they get to you? If you can help it dont ever come here. Places like this make me hate trucking.

Check in 8:30pm app time 2 am. They give me door 11pm and I get out 11:15pm one of the fastest delivery in my driving career

Issue begins with the receiving desk. Youre looked down like you are a slave and not part of this society. the faceless man (not gonna put his name) is the culprit. Record this Bas...rd child and report to upper management. Truckers are being choke-slammed for not bringing the broken seal inside. Is this the Columbus, Ohio they were talking about? Unbelievable.

Had a 01:00 am appointment .I checked in at 12:30 and it’s now 3:22 am and I haven’t been given a door yet. I got another load to pickup in less than 3 hours.This is sad! My clock is running and I may have to cancel my reload costing me to lose money.

Appointment was 1 am but couldnt get to me until 2:30am and before they finish unloading my truck 5am. Going to this place is a headache. It doesnt worth the money.

Tuesday Nov 27th. Checked in at 10:27 pm for an 11:00 pm unload appointment. They wrote my phone number on the schedule and told me to go park and they would call me when a dock was available.I asked if they schedule unload by appointment..he said yes. He seemed to have an aggressive attitude..... I told him this was my first time here and wanted to make sure the information i got from the broker was correct. He did not like me asking questions.When it was 12:10 am I walked over to check in desk to make sure my phone number was written in correctly. The guy at the window said yes I have you number and I told you I would call youI asked if he was aware of the 11:00 pm appointment. He said yes and that I needed to wait in my truck for his call.I asked when that call might happen and he said in an hour or two..... and they had to get a lunch as well.He then went on to say and thats just to get a dock, it will be another two or three hours on the floor.So...I asked if he had some idea if when I might be done unloading because I had already booked another load for the night... He said probably 4 or 5 am.I looked at him and asked if it was normal to be here half a day to get unloaded.....He had nothing to say except he would call when dock is available.I see trucks coming and going...and plenty of open docks.Im an owner-operator and this load is now costing me more than its paying.Operations Management is ineffective.Inadequate tools and training.No focus on improving the process...all resulting in a group of employees who have no empathy and a general lack of compassion for us truckers.This is a general manager issue!This is most likely my first and last delivery to this place.Update... Finally unloaded and leaving at 05:10 in the morning.....and paying lumper fee of $314.00
