We have been using 1-800-Dog-Poop for at least 5 years now…maybe longer. I see some negative reviews and I can’t see how they could be true as we have never experienced anything short of exceptional service, exceptional attitude, and all around amazing overall experiences. The owner, Patrick, who does our service has even left Christmas presents for my young kids who love helping Patrick when he comes to clean our yard. Patrick is always very friendly and will talk to us like we are best friends. Thanks Patrick for the great service.

Its nasty and horribkle BLAHH

I have been using 1-800-dog-poop for over a year now, it is a life saver! I have 2 children in elementary school and 2 beautiful Labradors. As a working father it’s hard to find the time in the early mornings and late nights to walk them, but thanks to Patrick I’m comfortable knowing my backyard is pristine for the kids to run around and play

They claimed to have cleaned, found the two main areas my dogs use untouched. They became rude and unreasonably irate instantly when called about it. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other companies for this service.Response: You became completely and irrationally irate when you called me back about the areas not cleaned up on your cleanup on 6/21. I tried to ask you to allow me to show you the areas not cleaned up, but you were too busy yelling at me and insulting me to hear. You removed me from the customer database as you were yelling at me, which is why you can say I am not in it. Saying your service is shady and reprehensible would be an understatement. That you try to cancel my review by claiming I am (was) not a customer is even more shady behavior. I can show I am reviewing the correct company with a scan of your service receipt and the charge on my credit card. Do you really want to play this game?

Proud owner of 2 German Shepards and a Chihuahua. I have used 1-800-DOG POOP service for almost a year now, and they never disappoint! We recently had a family reunion in my back yard shortly after a clean up, and please believe me when I tell you that no one stepped in a speck of feces. Ive tried other dog waste removal companies in the past, but 1-800-DOG POOP you guys ROCK!! Would highly recommend you.

DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY BILL YOU IN ADVANCE FOR THEIR SERVICE FOR WHICH THEY MORE OFTEN THAN NOT DONT SHOW UP- BECAUSE OF A LIGHT SNOW. THEY ALWAYS PROMISED ME CREDITS FOR THEIR MISSED VISITS. AND THEN CHARGED ME A CLEAN UP VISIT THE NEXT TIME THEY CAME OUT. BEFORE THEY CAME OUT I TOLD THEM I DONT WANT A CLEANUP. ITS NOT WORTH IT TO ME.I ONLY HAVE 1 DOG ALWAYS ON A TIE OUT CHAIN, THERES A VERY SMALL AREA MY DOG CAN GO. WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH CREDIT I WAS DUE, I WAS TOLD ALL MY CREDITS DUE WERE USED UP BY THE CLEAN UP FEE.I DID WITHOUT SERVICE FOR MANY WEEKS BECAUSE OF THEM NOT SHOWING UP.
