To be honest they dont even deserve a star, first of all, my son graduated basic training back in October & I still cant receive my video that I purchased... I will be putting this on the Army page so other fellow moms wont get scammed like so many of us have.

The pictures are amazing but I have one issue! Lack of communication with this company. Ordered and paid for two graduation DVDs on April 21st and no one answers the phone or even emails to say when it will be shipped. I understand they are very busy but just a simple answer would greatly be appreciated!!!

Very disappointed and this company has no integrity or respect for military service men or the families. My sons graduation was August 23rd. I was promised my DVD would take 4-6wks. Well, 8 weeks later still nothing. Cant reach anyone by phone. Ive called the museum and will talk to the director of operations and let him know what kind of company Mahone production really is. Actually, my rating is a zero.Unfortunately, Google hasnt made that an option yet.

I ordered a Fort Benning Army graduation video “DIGITAL DOWNLOAD” online, paid in full, but never received the link or instructions to download the video. I’ve sent two emails asking where my order is at...NO RESPONSE. Very disappointed that this company was chosen to preserve such special moments. Sadly, I just NOW read all of the other reviews on here and the majority have been waiting MONTHS for their video.

I have been waiting since Oct 6 for the video of my sons Graduation. After being told that it would be here 4 - 6 weeks. STILL WAITING!!! I have called and emailed and still have not heard anything from anyone at this company!! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate!! At this point I am calling the BBB and thinking of going to small claims court so everyone will know not to use this company as well as lodging a complaint w Ft. Benning so they are aware and might hire a more reliable company !! I dont want to give them any stars

I would give this company no stars if that was an option. I am very disappointed in this company. My son graduated on May 5, 2017. I paid for a DVD on the day of graduation.It is now 4 months later and I have not received the DVD even though they cashed my check. I have left messages and emailed many times and their has been no response. I dont understand how they can treat some people so well and others so bad. If their DVD was not able to be made I can understand this happens, but a simple apology would help me. Some word. I dont even have to get a refund. I just would like to have these memories if they are available.

They are way over their head. They can not return phone calls or emails. When I finally got a phone call back its because they sent out a blank DVD. There are way to many Infantry graduations for them to handle. Plus video is not worth the $35 they charge. All I can say is do not buy from this company. Save your money and time. I wouldnt even give this company a rating of 1 star. They deserve a zero!

Still waiting for our DVD from May 12, 2017! Echo company, 2nd battalion, 54th infantry regiment. My next opition is to report them to the Army. Vendors must be held accountable. Spoke with someone and sent several E-Mails still no DVD! My wife is killing me since she doesnt have her DVD

Mr.Mahone is very professional l called him and left my name and he called me back in minutes and answered my questions about my dvd video. Thank Mr. Mahone
