Bruh same thing with this location before I went to alam Creek I went here first and reserved the truck and tralier in this location. They said the alum creek has them and they didn’t. 😂

I had the best experience yesterday! I just needed a quick van to move some furniture and had the pleasure of being assisted by Brian Stano. He was quick, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and freaking hilarious! He made it a fun experience, didn’t even feel like I was getting a rental felt like I was talking to a friend ! I really appreciate his attitude and willingness to help! Thanks Brian!

On 4/1 I picked up uhaul the tank was on 1/4th of a tank and I was told to bring it back how I received it. Once I returned the uhaul at 1/4th a tank.Ireceived my bill stating i was charged for 5 extra gallons of gas at 5 bucks a gallon. Gas is not five bucks a gallon this is ridiculous I don’t recommend to anyone else.

Your phone waiting hours is terrible. No matter how early i called , it is still unnessaaary waiting time is 20 mins. I have to give up and find other rental truck company even though i like uhual truck for rent.

Great place to rent from always has what I need

The employees at this location are wonderful! Went in to pick up a trailer, and my wiring harness (installed at the same location) had no power. They worked non-stop to find and repair the problem. I very highly recommend.

A complete disappointment, was rented the wrong car hauler was told they have solid floors. Come to find out they dont even carry solid floor haulers. Then I was told I would get a rebate for early drop off , the manager Martha is a liar she told corporate she spoke to me which she never did. I had to fight to get my money back and the entire experience was just stressful from start to finish. I was refunded for the car hauler n dolley only. They lied about early rebate drop off.

Martha and her crew do an amazing job ! Always go above and beyond for me. I can not say enough good things..Martha helped me find the right boxes and moving supplies for my upcoming move. Martha even calls me by name when I pop in to get a few supplies. This will always be my one stop shop for my packing or moving supplies. Martha even helped me with my hitches wiring harness..UHaul is lucky the have this Great Manager and her crew.Cathy Lambert

One star because you cant leave zero. Arrived at this location to find out they didnt have a truck for my reservation. The manger said there was nothing he could if the person who had the truck never returned it, except the truck had been gone for several days. When we called on Friday to confirm the reservation, we were told everything was fine and the truck would be there, when they knew they did not have a truck.We were not contacted at anytime before we arrived at the store and have yet to be contacted by the Manager.Edit - Moved my daughter today. Manager and staff were nice. Updated to 4 Stars.

Complete joke..... waiting on the phone for 35 minutes to get a car dolly, decided to drive up there to watch 4 people are sitting around here trying to get one and they have no clue what they are doing

Needed a cargo van on a 1 day notice. The uhaul dealership here was prompt and professional making my reservation for the next morning. The next morning getting the vehicle was a streamlined process and was explained well by the man behind the counter. The vehicle was clean and worked well. When returning the vehicle the woman who received the vehicle was very professional and helpful. This is the location I will use again if needed.

I had a hitch installed here. The wiring harness turned out to be a problem and caused some damage to the vehicles electrical system which I had to pay to have repaired by my mechanic. I brought the vehicle back to this location to get a new harness installed. I brought in the old (failed) harness and the repair record from my mechanic. Richard, the owner, saw the problem with the old harness and told me he would take care of it. And he did. His employee fixed the wiring harness (no charge), showed me in detail the difference between the old (failed) harness and the new one ... and then Richard reimbursed me for the cost of the repair work. Richard and his people (at least the ones Ive dealt with) are true to their word and stand by their work. Ill be going back to Richard for any hauling or moving needs.

Knowledgeable staff that take the time to make sure you have the size truck and storage unit needed based on home size. You can purchase boxes and sell the unused boxes back to them. Personally I appreciated the optional $5.00 a month extended hours that I need to access my unit. #greatplace

I was at U-Haul just to rent truck. Are you guys there online rental site. When I got to the store it was quick easy exactly as I would have expected. Prices were darn good and the vehicle is in great shape overall, a great success!

The others are correct that it is busy, but the only slow movement I saw was the trailer guy meticulously hooking up trailers. Most places dont hook them up for you anymore, this one does, and they are very comprehensive and safe.

Unprofessional...moving is already frustrating. The lady left me on hold forever after complaining about her system taking forever and making it seem like it was my fault! I WILL NEVER GO THERE! CALLING A DIFFERENT LOCATION AS WE SPEAK AND IM STILL GOING TO CALL BACK TO GIVE A FORMAL COMPLAINT. I wish I couldve gave them 0 Stars.

The lady who helped me was very efficient BUT the next day i woke up with a charge of $280!! When i called and asked about it they tried saying there was damage that was already there when i got the truck!! I have witnesses and they wasnt trying to hear me out and told me to do what i had to do and hung up..i will never use uhaul again

We rented a trailer from this location and discovered human feces in it. Unfortunately we didnt find it until it had gotten all over our furniture. We contacted them and they said this was a common problem at that location because of homeless people in the area. Im appalled that they havent taken steps to protect their customers (lock trailers or check before they are rented) if this is such a common problem for them. The best part? They only offered us a 30% discount for the inconvenience lol If you have to rent from these guys check the vehicle before you leave because they certainly wont.

I had terrible customer service with this Main Street Uhual. We made a first reservation at Brice Road Uhual but doors were locked there and no phone calls were answered despite an Open sign. We connected with Uhual customer service and they changed our reservation to Main Street. Our ETA was 505pm and they closed at 5pm. The Uhual manager, Stacey, stated to knock on the door at Main Street to ask the employees for help. The employee said, I cant help you because were closed. I shared the story and that the manager Stacey told me explicitly to knock and ask for help even though theyd be closed. The Main Street Uhual employee again told me, No, I wont help you. My spouse was driving our other vehicle with our 1 and 3 year olds. I am in disbelief of the poor attitude.

Completely Unreliable... Waste of Time, They tell you they Have a certain truck in just to get your business, And then call you and try to take the truck size down. Shady sales tactics from people working off of Commission. U-Haul in General is a Shotty Company. WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. And I Suggest you change your mind as well.

Overall our experience was dreadful. We scheduled the appointment 8 days ahead, ordered and paid for trailer hitch, wiring and its installation in advance. Trailer hitch should be installed same day at U’Haul moving & storage of Whitehall (Columbus). When we arrived the appointment time, the hitch wire wasn’t delivered and none could answer when the part would be. Our van was there for the installation 2 days, no parts. We eventually canceled their service. Wasted our times! We would never do business with U-Haul again!

My boyfriend and I went to this place to get a refill for propane, their was a sing saying propane customers please ring bell to get service we ranged it twice no one came out, we went inside and we asked for the service, the guy that speak both spanish and English was rude he made us park sime where else because he said your blocking the way we changed then my boyfriend told me that, that person said next time ring this bell and someone will come out that actually, got me mad, because, #1 WE RANGED THAT BELL TWICE NO ONE CAME OUT! #2 We had to go inside just to find that they where not paying attention to us from the inside, because you can see from the inside of the store that their is people OUTSIDE WATINIG!. Next time i will just give the money to my dad, so he can refill are tacks of propane.

Every time I come here for propane I get terrible service! Last time I came I left because I waited too long then today I stand here for a good 20 minutes. I was here prior to some uhual customers and they waited on them first. Not good business!

So, they say (whoever they are) that moving is one of the most stressful times in ones life.After 18 years in Bexlley, Ohio, enjoying the benefits of that great community, the U_Haul Company at Main and Barnett were so professional, efficient but most of all personable in a time that really is anxious. Calita (Sp?), and Anita were two of the most efficient service people but what distinguished them, especially, Calita, was this amazing profiency to gracefully navigate three registers, a long line of weary , stressed out folks, with a sense of humor that should be on the comedy circuit. She was so entertaining, without being snarky to anyone. We were absolutely amazed at her ability to take that dreary prospect of having to move, and cast a light of positive energy over all of us in the store.If I have spelled her name incorrectly, please excuse me, but, if you ever have any needs for moving, or a good laugh that sends you off in delight, go to the U-Haul at Main and Barnett!
