Ken was awesome he really cares about customer service and even helped me fix my trailer connection on my truck. He really cares as a person and one heck of a worker. Sorry ken said Id do this last weekend moving got n the way but heres ur review. I only write them if someone truly is an amazing employee.

I called to get an availability on the propane fill and after selecting #2 on the automated phone for other assistance, the phone rang about 4 times and then they hung up on me. This happened twice within 10 minutes time. I then tried another location with propane and they answered and able to help me within a couple minutes. 2880 South Hamilton road is not organized nor do they show any customer service skills.

Very bad Experience. Bad consumer service black lady( I am a black man) was so rude and disrespectful. Just for 11 hours I got charge $234.14. So sad with this type of company, when they hold your credit card and invent any issues they want to charge you whatever they want. Seriously those people they are not doing the right things. The government should do something about it.

I went in to purchase boxes for someone who is moving and the female employee and the male manager were both EXTREMELY RUDE and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!! I would not send my worst enemy to this place! I am completely disgusted!

I regularly pick up a trailer from this location and its definently my do to location and for good reason, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, its always quick to checkout and to return. Overall great experience so far with this location.

Phill the General manager is very rude and incompetent. Ive been to this location 2, and both times its nothing but Attitude. UHall needs to replace him with someone more competent.

Worth place with worthless employees

Spent 35 minutes in line than another 25 minutes waiting for someone to hook up the trailer because they “had” to do it. Will never rent from this location again.

We rented a truck last weekend and waited in line for almost an hour. While in line I witness One worker telling a pregnant woman to carry her own boxes since she was independent. He help her after a few people said something. Then the guy who was behind the counter, refused to change our time, even though they had us in line for almost an hr. Our schedule pickup was at 1030. We were there at 10. We go our truck at like 1109am. He then percieved to say we can do this the easy way our the hard way. After some dialogue he said if we came back before time he would change it!. While waiting on the truck to get pulled to the front. The same guy completely disrespects the next customer in line. She reserved a truck and they gave hers away. Instead trying to upgrade her he walked away. Said things under his breath. The guy was just rude. Now upon returning, the guy never change our time and tried to charge us for two days. Took us extra half an hr before that got fix. I never had a problem with this location before this. But that day was pure hell with how they talked to their customers. They feel like they can say whatever they want! If I could give 0 stars that day, this is what they would get!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I returned 3 trucks two at the fuel levels and the other above. They marked the one right, the marked the second one at the fuel level below but marked the one with more fuel at the fuel level in my contract. Based on reviews took photos of the mileage and fuel levels. They are wanting me to pay $43.13 for the fuel and $30.00 for service fee. They are willing to waive $30.00. Turned it into customer service along with the photo showing the mileage and fuel level. Now just wait and see.

Waiting in line for 1hour now 2 customers service reps. 1 cleaning trucks the other one on the phone. Look up 3 people in line.

Beware!!!! Someone tried stealing my family members info to rent a truck. Lock your bank card and/or credit card immediately after purchase.

Double charged and billed for two days. Billed for two days because we had to wait in line for 30 minutes after arriving on time and they took our keys without checking us out to speed things up, tagging the time they took the keys, hence the double charge. Trying to get this fixed is a nightmare, no one answers the phone or takes accountability. The manager Phil never returned my call. They also charged 16 dollars for fuel, we saved the receipt of our fuel fill up and contacted corporate, to which they refunded us the gas charge but still waiting (now up to two hours phone wait time) to get this issue resolved. This place is an absolute nightmare, corporate needs to fix it or shut it down.

Service was slow as hell. Second the trailer has been returned for 2wks now and just got voicemails from phil asking where the trailer is.very unorganized and very dissatisfied with the service. Wouldnt reccomend my worst enemy to go here. Corporate really needs to get this place in check.

Another business that does not take responsibility for their failed promises. The only promise they keep is the charge on your credit card even though they were not able to provide the guaranteed service.Never use U-Box again.

No major complaints here, U-Haul offers just about anything you could ever want or need in regards to traveling or moving, employees are very friendly and informative unfortunately U-Haul has very expensive prices like its competitors The price on the side of the trucks looks nice but you also pay per mile and miscellaneous fees which can hurt the bank depending on your destination.

Dont like them there service stinks always have to wait 25 to 45 minutes for service just to make a storage payment. And storage payment is tooooo high keeps going up each year and they told me when I first got the storage, my payment would always be the one price I started with but they lied!

I usually get my propane tanks filled here and pay outside, but today they taught me to to ask first if I can do that. Had to wait 40minutes inside to pay after 5 people did their contracts. Next time ill call first to make sure I can pay outside.

To bad there isnt a ZERO star choice. They dont even deserve a 1. The absolute worst customer service from the so called manager I have ever received. From the other reviews, it sounds like the others have received the same kind of treatment. I will never bring my business into this store again! EVER!

Every time you try to call in to pay a bill you have to wait on hold for 25 minutes or nobody answers the phone. Definitely needs better management

Awful customer service , young girl was using profanity at register while joking with coworkers. The girl then pulled out her cell phone and started checking her messages . Overall bad experience ..I will not be back or recommend this location to anyone.
