Jimmy was awesome, he was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly with towing my car. He was out to my car within the hour and was very kind throughout the whole process.

Jimmy showed & towed the car to his shop & also fixed the problem. Very nice guy.

I cant believe YOU left us STRANDED for hours. If you werent coming you should have just said so instead of saying you were 10 minutes away and then NOT answering at all after multiple calls. I could have been called another company which I did and they charged LESS than you. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS DONT EVEN CALL HIM!

I called Top Quality Towing Saturday 2/11/17 after getting run around from another tow service in the area. They quoted 90 minute wait and I was okay with that. The truck showed up in less than 30 minutes! The driver was very professional and careful with loading up our Jeep. They did a fantastic job and Im a very satisfied customer! Thanks!!

If I could leave zero stars I would.(2/22/19) Left us on the side of the highway after he said he was on his way and 30-45 mins out. Waited an hour and a half and couldnt reach anyone and finally had to call another company to come out. Stranded on very busy 70E for two and a half hours thanks to them.
