Absolutely the best in electronics repair.I would like to take a moment and give praise where it is due. I had a very unique item that needed repair. A touchscreen Visual Information Center for a 1991 Oldsmobile Toronado Trofeo. This is an extremely rare small 5 inch Sony Trinitron color CRT used by GM. Mine had failed with what is known as a vertical collapse. A one pixel line down the center of the screen from left to right. Finding a replacement is basically impossible and without it, the entire car is pretty much a total loss as this is used to control practically everything in the vehicle.I was at a loss on how to get this repaired being 30 years old and started making calls. It was hard as you can imagine to find someone even willing to take a look at this. But after calling about 50 other places across the country when I called here, Igor talked with me by phone and after describing the issue he was happy to take a look at this. And was able to repair it saving a very rare classic Oldsmobile. While definitely unique, electronics are electronics. Having someone that knows what they are doing is pretty important.I can’t thank Igor enough. The service was fast professional and very fair. I would without question recommend anyone to look here for electronics repair. I have already referred others; and will continue to do so myself. Should I ever need anything else repaired this will be my first stop. Being local is also a major plus.

Very great customer service and affordable for the repairs. I took my LCD LG television in after reading the reviews and calling ahead to describe my situation. I received a call a few days later (it was over the July 4th holiday) and Igor detailed the diagnosis with replacement part cost and repair alternative cost. He was able to repair the television in one day after my phone conversation and the television works great. I highly recommend his business

Had a fine experience. The owner was knowledgeable and polite. Fixed my flat-screen HDTV for $130--way cheaper than buying a new one! They fixed it in about 5 days. It is working without any problems now :)

Ive taken mine and my familys TVs to this place for years. He is very customer friendly, prices have been affordable each time. He was busy this last time suggesting a possible 2week call back, but completed my TV within 7 working days. Again great price great service.

Called in to inquire about my issue and he was very up front and honest about the problem over the phone. Although it was not able to be repaired because the LCD replacement costs more than the TV itself, he did not charge for a consult or tell me to bring it in or anything dishonest. Somehow I cant wait to have a problem he CAN fix so he can take some of my money, he deserves it.

This guy is awesome. Ive been bringing items in for over a year now - vintage pre-amps, vintage cd-players, guitar effect pedals, etc. Hes always knowledgeable, affable, fast, and his costs are very reasonable. I now eagerly await my electronics to have an issue to so I can send them to him.

Recently got my TV fixed at this place. Another repair store on Bethel Road told me my TV was done and I needed to get a new one.AV Service guy was very knowledgeable, told me upfront it will take him 10 days to diagnosis as he was busy, I liked his honesty.On the 10 day my TV was fixed, it saved a lot of hassle and a lot of money because i didnt want to buy a new TV. Charges were very reasonable.

I found Audio Video Service after looking all over Columbus trying to find someone to work on a relatively pricey Bluetooth speaker. Many electronics repair shops dont work on Bluetooth speakers, but as Igor says, Electronics is electronics!
