Highly innovative and experienced call center, live answering service, and IVR solutions firm based out of Columbus, Ohio. Cant say enough good things about this group and the valuable services they are able to provide. From basic receptionist services to fully customized mass notification solutions and software integration, they do it all and are one of those go-to vendors for anything customer service/communication/compliance/HR related.

I have been employed with CMS for a year and a half. It is a very casual laid back workplace. Supervisors are very personable and helpful. The entire staff/coworkers are more like close friends and family. They offer great benefits, flexible scheduling, on site paid training ! There is plenty of room for advancement and growth with this company. I enjoy the potlucks, picnics, parties and free donuts every Friday 😋. HR is awesome as well. This company has a lot of perks. One of the best jobs I have had in my 20 years of call center/customer service career.

The working atmosphere is perfectly balanced between causal and professional. The management is great to work with, to a point where you feel less intimidated and more welcomed with questions needed to be tasked about your daily tasks. Granted, no job is perfect, but its has been the best job I have ever worked in, having worked food service before this. They pay reasonably, and are honest with you if youre honest with them. Never have I groaned in disgust with my job, besides maybe some of the calls I would have to take, but a lot of them are perfectly reasonable. CMS is really great when it comes to trying to schedule around your scheduling needs, and I have been able to craft a more perfect schedule that would best suit me than others I have worked in the past. I would recommend this position for anyone that wants to get into a desk career that saves you from that dead-end food service job.

I got to work there for the probationary period where i was patted on the back often with plenty of ATTA BOYS... after that 90 days hit...well, they said youre not doing what we expected of you and chopped me. its an easy job... and might be a good one if they would supply more interaction during your time there vs...when theyre about to give you the boot.

Weve been a customer since 2012. They do a great job of answering our phones after hours & scheduling appointments.Weve tried many other answering services in our 17 years of business but they are by far the best.

I paid Continental Message solution for (according to them) two and a half years as an answering service. For the last several months of my paying them they answered zero calls for me. I called to cancel the service and was put off and passed around until I was finally told that they would stop billing me 28 days later. I was happy with their service until the end. Now, they have written me a threatening email telling me not to write this review. Please be wary of these bullies. As long as you never ever cancel your service with them then you will be fine.

We use CMS’s IVR service for client surveying and it is fantastic. Our previous system lacked features and was extremely time consuming. CMS’s team met with us to understand our needs and then developed a customized IVR solution to meet those exact needs and more. Their IVR allows us to access all of our data online, allows us to adjust surveys, transcribes voicemails, and tracks individual employee performance. It has saved us countless hours of time and provides us with actionable data. Rich and Patrick truly understand call center solutions and business needs.
