This morning one of those companies vehicles while having its left turn signal on cut off five other vehicles while slicing through three lanes of traffic to the right on 161. The driver then proceeded to cut off two more vehicles going to the right with his left turn signal still on at the stoplight to get on to Sunbury Road. After which point I’m assuming he realized he was going the wrong way as he U-turned in the middle of the street, not even at the stoplight. As a matter of fact he never turned off his turn signal until right before he made the U-turn in the middle of the street almost hitting two other cars.When informed about this driver, the people at this location stated that even though he was driving around in one of their vehicles, with one of their identification numbers, with the phone number to this location listed on it and everything else indicated he worked for them; they said he didn’t work for them.What is funny, is that I initially gave them the wrong number by mistake for the drivers identification on the car; and they said that driver no longer worked for them. When I gave them the correct number they kept up the statement, meaning that no matter who this person was; they “weren’t going to work for them.“Their behavior in the phone was rude beyond words and overall goes to show that there is not culpability or responsibility internally for the danger posed to your lives externally with this company.Rider beware.

1 star because at least he was honest. Called and because I want going far enough for them, they wouldnt send a driver. I offered to pay a little extra and was told NO. It wasnt with it to him.

I would give zero stars if I could. One of their cabs was in a right turn only lane next to me and I was in left turn only at a road dead ending into Hamilton Rd. When the light turned green he started to turn left into my lane. I started honking to say hey dont hit me and he kept going and honked at me like I was doing something wrong. He was doing something totally illegal and dangerous and acting like it was totally fine, so I would never trust one of their drivers.

Completely dishonest and lack any integrity.The dispatcher and the driver barely speak english and cant understand even something basic like the address. I waited 1.5 hours for them and ended up calling Uber. Im positive they had no intention of picking me up.

I left something in the cab, and found it impossible to get anyone on the phone to try to recover my lost items. I didnt have much choice on which cab I took since it was from the airport, but I think next time Ill allow someone else to take an Orange cab and wait for some other service. Absolutely poor customer service.

These cab drivers need to learn how to drive. Whoever was driving cab # 331 this morning, learn the traffic laws or don’t drive for a living or any other time. You nearly caused an accident that would have injured either you or me pretty badly considering you were going well past the speed limit, not to mention I had the right of way.

I wish I could give this place zero or negative stars. Whoever was driving cab #012 between 10:45am and 11am today (May 2nd) almost freaking hit me on 270 North! They were switching lanes without a turn signal, and got into the left lane that I was in and almost hit me because they clearly weren’t checking their blind spots! I had to lay on my horn and slow down because if I was going a tad bit faster they would have hit me! This person seriously needs fired and their license needs taken away in my opinion.

I stopped calling radio taxi service companies for the ride because Most of drivers are using now WINICABS APP IT IS FASTER ,20 % discounts.if you don’t get 20% off contact the owner of WINICabs on the app .I my self using it from work to home.you can pay by credit card or cash.Don’t call to radio dispatch companies use the WINICabs app now it is safe and faster service.

Horrible service, inconsiderate and rude driver. I was in a walking boot recovering from surgery and needed a ride to my hotel 0.5 miles away. It was after shuttle hours (flight arrived at 1:00 am) so the hotel informed me that if I took a cab, they would reimburse the driver. When I got in the cab, the driver complained at me the entire ride that he waited for hours in the cab line and the hotel is “right there”. I repeatedly told him that I have a broken ankle and CANNOT WALK, especially with luggage at 1:00 am. Unbelievable. When we got to the hotel, he didn’t provide a receipt or business card for the staff working at the front desk even though they asked him multiple times and told him it is standard procedure. The hotel staff ended up paying him a random amount of cash. Worst cab experience I have ever had.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I’m also not even over exaggerating like it is horrible. They had a horrible attitude and have absolutely no idea on how to work with their costumers. They obviously don’t put their customers needs into consideration at all.

If they was a negative star I would give it to Orange. We grabbed a taxi at the Columbus airport and the driver said the total was $65 when the meter said $36. We challenged him and he said it was due to taxes and fees. He was a scammer. Always pay with a credit card. It’s harder for them to rip you of...and never use Orange Cab.

I had taken a cab from here just after I got back from the Greyhound Bus Station recently. They were the only available taxi that I did not have to wait for, so I decided why not because I just wanted to get back home. So I tell the driver where I needed to go and the guy apparently cant understand a thing I said. He kept saying what is the street name. I literally said the address more than five times before this other guy shows up and asks me where I wanted to go and after ONE time telling this other guy, he told the driver where to go in a couple simple steps. Had I known about that, I could have given him a street to follow to the destination. I am not entirely familiar with the area, but Im sure I might have been able to tell him how to get there. What was pretty bad was that the driver did not have a gps, which would have made the experience 100x better if he had one.If that wasnt stressful enough, the driver drove probably past the speed limit on normal roads (Im not sure if this is a normal taxi thing, but Im more concerned about safety?) and nearly missed a turn to get on a road.Needless to say, I dont recommend just randomly taking a cab, call for one (I do not recommend this company) and MAKE SURE they have a gps or a basic understanding of direction. Save yourself a headache and excessive stress.

I got a cab from the airport to approximately 2 miles started out at $3.00 which I totally understand. Total was 11.43 he clicked and addtional 5.00 to 16.43 when we stopped. I get paying for using the credit card 1.50 but he charged me 3.00 in the beginning and 3.50 when is stopped. Highway robbery!! Never will I use that Orange cab company. P.S. His oil change light was on. I guess I paid for the oil change.

Waited until dropping me off at the airport to mention the credit card reader didn’t work. Ok, no big deal. But, the fact that he knew exactly where the atm was in the airport and also happened to not have any change was ridiculous...driver wound up with a $17 tip...

This one Lies about having taxis available If they dont get to drive far enough to rack up a huge tab. I have low vision but, Will walk x amount miles across busy streets to get my kids Easter baskets (because they are worth it) since my money wasnt enough for this taxi service.

Called and set an appointment for the morning at 9am. They called at 8:15 and said that they were too busy and that I would have to find someone ELSE!What kind of company does this!To top it off when I told them that I would not be calling them again he said THATS OK and hung up!I run a BnB on the East side of Columbus and will never recommend or call Columbus Taxi again, what nerve!

75 dollars for a trip to delaware from polaris. 20 dollars more for a rideto auto zone thats was 1 mile away. And kept talking about his tip. Also made a pit stop at Tim Hortons. Never again

Very disappointed in this company. I pre-arranged 2 taxis to pick up for a birthday surprise. After waiting 45 minutes past the pick up time, we had to call. They said they would be 10 minutes. After 30 more minutes we called and they said they would be there in 5. By this point we just told them to forget it. Would never use (or try to use) this company again.

Hired to do regular business. Abdi (Manager) at Ornage Cab called 5 minutes before they were supposed to pick up the first 10 fares and told me he was on his own. He said his independant drivers were refusing to run. Horrible Service

Snagged a van outside of Express Live last night. The driver was very rude. He didnt even run the meter but still made us give him approximately $40 for a less than 2 mile ride. My friends wallet was left behind. Highly doubting hell get it back.

I use this cab service for my clients to go to the airport. They come withen 2 minutes and are the only cab service that doesnt keep me waiting. I am shocked by the comments because time is never a problem for me. Some drivers can be a bit rude but so are all the cabbies in major cities.

Called for a cab at 6:30 am, said it would only take 15-20 minutes. Have been waiting for over an hour and still no one has showed up. Called them back to see where the driver is and the phone rang for almost a full 7 minutes before anyone even answered the phone, called a different service and am now waiting to see who gets here first. Very unprofessional service. Will not be using again.

First the guy on phone taking the order hung up after taking my address. Confused whether I got disconnected I called again and he goes like yes yes.. i have dispatched.. now how can i help you. You can confirm that before hanging up. He said it will arrive in 10-15 mins.. never showed up.. When I called 20 mins later, he said give me 10-15 mins more.. really?? Best of luck running your business like that

I waited for over an hour on this horrible cab service they said they would be there in ten minutes and thats after they charged me 30 bucks just to go across town it only cost 11 bucks to go the same distance from another company and I still decided to be nice n tip them when I first got in the car and then they asked for another tip I will never use this service again I would rather walk no matter what the elements are outside

WORST EXPERIENCE!! First time I left my wallet in the cab, called immediately after yet no one turned in a wallet ( which I clearly just pulled my credit card out of) but it had $60 in cash. Now our driver charged us $2 extra ... Thinking we wouldnt notice! Most shady company Ive ever come in contact with!
