Stay away! Do not trust these people!!We took a chance on them and booked an appointment a month before the tax filing deadline. We sent them our documents and they confirmed they had all our documents and that they were working on them now and we would get a call tomorrow. This took place two weeks before the tax filing deadline. We did not receive a call. The next day we called and were told by Priscilla at the front desk that Wagner - The person in charge of doing our taxes was ill and that someone else would take them and we will get a call the next day. Again nobody called us!!! We followed with Wagner and Priscilla the very next day and got told the same thing. We contacted both of them everyday since and got told something new or different every day. Then on the business day before the tax filing deadline they said we cannot do our taxes because of foreign investments, I have no foreign investments. They stopped accepting our calls afterwards.Do not trust these people. They lack professionalism, communication skills and respect. We will likely incur monetary damages because of their ineptitude.We will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I had a great experience with WLC Tax Service with filling my business and personal taxes. they are very professional and patience while I was in their office. if I have to give them 6 stars I would have unfortunately it does not exit lol.
