I had my taxes done here for the first time this year. It was quick and easy. The staff here is very friendly and family oriented. Any question I had they were able to answer I highly recommend going to them for your taxes!!!!!

I have been utilizing the services of Supreme Fast Tax with only 100% positive results. Cedric Mitchell has prepared my taxes since 2013, and will continue well into the future.

I didn’t receive my state check so I went to the office to inquire about my check and the manager Elizabeth told me that I can leave and that she doesn’t have to help me only because she overheard me telling another customer about my experience. I told her that I need to see black and white of the reason they took my state refund. She then gave me a piece of paper with the breakdown of the prices. I asked her to explain it to me. She became very frustrated with me about MY money and told me that it’s simple math.I also inquire about my $25 referral fee for referring someone to them. She said “oh you get that when he filed and receives his taxes” I said he did. She goes “well he has to call the office” for $25!!! Really??? Just sad.I’ve been coming to this office for 4 years. This year is definitely the LAST!!They charge too much anyways!! Almost $1,000-$1,200 to file here. Hopefully due to all the free services their offering now in days they’ll be shutdown soon

These people had wonderful tax service when it came to filling for a tax refund, but they got my info for direct deposit only to send my taxes straight to them without my knowledge. Little did I know they had my Federal tax check at the office for 2 weeks before I called them asking about when it was suppose to be deposited in my account , They also gave me the nastiest of attitudes when I would call in asking about my state taxes. In Conclusion i honestly do not recommend their services.

Ive been a loyal customer for 5 years! For my 2018 return I had Cleveland file an extension for me. I was under the impression everything was taken care of but then I received a $700 penalty from the IRS stating that an extension was never filed. Reached out to Cleveland numerous times and didnt get a response from him until email #4. He says that he filed an extension but cant provide me with any proof! Extremely disappointed and sadly wouldnt recommend him to anyone after this. He provided zero help in trying to clear this up

I was never given a direct answer on my tax info. It has been since April and it is about to be October and still havent received any of my tax refund for state or federal. Every time I call it keep getting different stories. Dont trust the people here. I will be going to the BBB on them.
