The owner was helping us with our taxes and the minute he got on his computer to start filling our information out, he opens another tab and gets on YouTube to help him figure out how to do our taxes! Not to mention, we schedule the appointment at 10:30am on Sunday. He shows up at 11:16am, without half of his supplies, then has to run back home to get the stuff, so were stuck waiting another hour on him to be fully prepared to do our taxes. There are two other witnesses that saw this unprofessional behavior. He told us only our state refund and was going to take half of that AND keep my federal refund. We have already called the better business bureau, and they will be conducting an investigation on the owners behavior.
