We had some questions before we got started. Mr. Benson answered them effectively and without issue. No hidden fees, no cost sprung at the end, he was upfront and honest through the entire process. He answered some tax question unrelated to our current filing as well. He offered practical and legal tax advisement.All that pales in comparison the the human factor. Mr. Benson and the receptionist whom I cant recall her name where just enjoyable to work and speak with. Thats what you get with DA Benson that you dont get with a national tax services chain. Service with a friendly smile. Its was awesome and thanks for everything yall did.
