Took our taxes to CROOK CRAIG not “Christmas Craig” as we were told. We paid him on May5th. We haven’t got our money yet. Have called 7 times and no one will call me back!!! He had a generic phone message which I guess says how GENERIC he is!!! We live paycheck to paycheck and owe other taxes we don’t have the money for. How long does it take to get our return first of all and SECOND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CALL SOMEONE BACK????? My husband paid the same amount other people pay to sit with CROOK CRAIG but just dropped them off. He went to pick them up and had a question he was told by the receptionist it would be a minute and he waited AN HOUR AND LEFT WITHOUT BEING SEEN!?!?!?!? NO ONE CARED!!!!Glad the rest of you seem to think he is all that but I HAVE PROOF OTHERWISE!!!CALL ME BACK CRAIG!!!! My next call is to BBB AND IRS TO REPORT YOU!!! Not that you seem to care or you would have already called me back!!! But there is FOR SURE NO CUSTOMER IN “CUSTOMER SERVICE” these days!!!

Craigs Tax Service was extremely helpful, reasonably priced and I felt respected.. not just a number walking into the room! Thanks for the. Conversation, respect and your tax expertise!!! Ill be back next year!!!

Craigs tax service is the greatest have been dealing with Mr. Craig for many many years now and hopefully for many many more years I send all of my close friends to him we drive all the way from Cleveland Ohio to have our taxes done Ive also sent my taxes all the way from Arizona.. this is a man who is all about his business and definitely shows in my returns God bless

We provided our tax information to Craig’s Tax Service in January, then called and emailed Craig for months before hearing back about our taxes 4-days before the filing deadline. Then he sets an appointment for 1pm on a Saturday because he needs our signature and when we walk in his entire staff was unmasked in a very small office. We waited 30 minutes TO SIGN a FORM before deciding we could not trust someone this unprofessional to do our taxes. This has been a giant headache, now I am left filing our taxes online...

I called to confirm my appointment after hearing Mr. Craig was being investigated by the IRS so I call to make sure my appointment was still good, which it was. The next day I get a call saying he will no longer accept me as a client. Sure seems like some shady business is going on.

I have been trying to contact Michael Craig the last few months regarding 2015 unfiled city income tax forms. I spoke to him one time he said he was working on it and will give us a call back, which he never did. This now has resulted in over $500 worth of fees due and when we called RITA We found out he did not file our 2016 income tax forms either. We are still waiting on a call back.

I wouldnt give this company a 1 star but no choice. I gave craig himself my taxes to do on a Monday with assurance from him that they would be done on a Friday. Friday came no taxes no call. All next week no taxes and no call from them. I made 6 calls with a response he will get back to you. Never happened after finally tracking him down at his other site he couldnt remember when or where I dropped my taxes off even though I had the initial meeting with him. Feed up I got my w2s and went elsewhere. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone.

While the people that answer the phone could be alot friendlier, he is very professional and tries to get you all that you deserve. Dont let that stop you from letting him prepare your taxes.
