Theresa Gregory is an amazing permanent makeup artist. I LOVE my permanent eyeliner!! She is very professional. She cares about her clients and made sure I was numb and not feeling any pain. The whole experience was very positive. I would highly recommended Ms. Gregory!!

Theresa is always super sweet, and wonderful to talk to, and I always leave happy with my hair too! I normally skip haircuts since I’m really cautious since I might like one cut but then never get it again but I’ve gone twice now and have had great consistency!

I had really messed my daughter’s hair up, and it was a few different shades of lavender and slate, and we didn’t have a hairdresser, per se. My daughter started looking on google, and found Ashley at snipp it, and not only was my daughter so extremely happy with her hair, she absolutely bonded with Ashley, and really had, for the first time, a great experience at a salon. In the end I had to accept my screw up found us a hairdresser forever. Thank you Ashley. You are the goddess of hair color, without a doubt!!!!

Theresa Gregory charged me $160.00 dollars for a hair color, No cut, no set, no foil, and no cap. I did not have my eyebrows waxed or tattooed, I had no cosmetic alterations done whatsoever, although she did assist two (2) other customers a mans hair cut, and a young girls eyebrows, while in my appointed time schedule. Not to mention she was 30 minutes late for.I had my sister call and ask her how much she charges for hair color, USING MY INFORMATION, she told my sister up to $100.00. I called Theresa directly back asking why did she charge me $160.00? Theresa started giving me excuses, stating she charged me by the hour, when I told her my sister had called just before I did, she got angry and screamed at me “she don’t give a f#%k, and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional! She never once before or at the time of my appointment told me she charges by the hour for hair color!!! Then to post pics on here referring to my hair as food products was unprofessional, rude and quite frankly pathetic.Theresa had been an acquaintance of mine for over 20 years, I never would’ve have thought she would treat me in this manner. Just imagine what she’ll do to someone she doesn’t know. To make it worse I hate my hair, it’s awful. I could’ve went to Walmart and spent $10.00, and got the results I did at her shop. In the lighting in her shop that day, with an overcast outside, it didn’t look that bad in the shop, but when I got home in different lighting it made me almost physically sick. Not worth $160.00, Shame on you Theresa Gregory for your unprofessionalism, Vulgarity and rudeness.FYI: There were several people present when I made my phone call to you, two of them are retired beauticians, they commented “I got took” Theresa all who were present heard everything you said! Ashley is amazing. Saw her for many years. Have not been fortunate to get color from her but most the people I know in the area have. She is reasonable and the best I personally know as a colorist. Considering driving 1.5 hours just to get my hair done since we moved. Theresa is very cordial and kind. Also very professional.

This was my first visit to “Snipit, The Salon”. Because of the pandemic I had not had my hair styled in over seven months. After speaking, at length, on the phone with Ashley about my concerns, she assured me that all precautions would be taken to secure my and her safety. Work stations had been sanitized and other safety measures were in place. We both wore masks through my entire visit and I felt very safe.I had texted Ashley a photo of the style and color that I wanted and she had prepared for my visit in advance. She is very professional, friendly and an amazing Colorist/Stylist. She exceeded my expectations and gave me exactly the outcome I was hoping for. I will absolutely return for future appointments. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE! I had mine done and they are uneven and mismatched. This is very embarrassing. I am very disappointed and do NOT trust this establishment. I will now have to get one eyebrow professionally removed elsewhere.

Very talented artist. I have been getting my hair done by Theresa for almost 4 years now and I WILL NOT go to anyone else because she always does such a great job. And if something doesnt lay right or theres something you dont like about a hairstyle, Theresa does anything she can to make sure you are happy with your hair. I have always done wacky colors in my hair and she is quick to tell me if the color I chose will look good or wash me out. I highly recommended seeing her for your next color, cut, perm or wax.

I came to Columbus for a visit, i couldnt wait to pop in and see Theresa at her new salon. Never being able to tell her No over the last 23 years, she convinced me to try Micro Channelling for my age lines. My skin felt smooth and fresh immediately afterward but 3 weeks later my skin looks amazing, my deep lines are filling - impressed! May just have to fly back and see her in a few weeks for another. She is so excited about her holistic treatments its contagious. Cleanest facial room Ive ever seen better than some surgical rooms, I love the fact that she used disposable everything nothing had been used on anyone else. I absolutely love the Osmosis Facial Infusion with my Dermaplaning, my skin looks amazingly radiant! I had Theresa correct a previous microblading service gone badly, she was able to correct my purple brows by doing a soft machined powdered brow over my migrated fuzzy microblading experience. This lady knows her color wheel not only was she able to mix ink to counter my purple brow, she was also able to tone the stubborn yellow from my blonde hair, giving me that icy blonde i have always wanted. I also wear the her tape in hair extensions, she does a beautiful application of very high quality hair plus she matches my natural hair color to them perfectly. She is a very creative artist, i love her 34 years of experience in cosmetology and her Permanent Makeup is Amazing. She is an OCD perfectionist - my kind of Artist. Cleanest facial Room I have ever visited, love all the disposable tools, i am a germ phobic and you can smell the disinfectant in the air!

Teresa is amazing! She does a fabulous color and color correction! She is very professional and very down to earth! You will walk out of her salon extremely happy! I got my eyebrows microbladed and Im so happy with the results. I also had a professional Dermaplane with a High Frequency Facial with Stem Cells and Activation. I will definitely be back! I walked out of The Face Space feeling and looking like a brand new woman. The amount of dead skin cells that were taken off my face made me feel so much lighter. The Dermaplane brought so much pigmentation back to my face I looked like a new woman! The High Frequency Facial made my skin feel so healthy and the products she uses are Oncology Approved, which is a plus for me! Took a picture with me to get my hair cut simular to it. Lots of layers mid length. She butchered my hair to a pixie like hair do. I hate it! Wont go there again!

I love the new location, the white leather furniture! Theresa cut 9 inches of my hair and colored it a beautiful chestnut with golden highlights - it looks amazing. She also baylaged my daughters blonde hair then ombred a turquoise mid shaft to bottom - she is really jumping for joy.This is our salon home, love love love it! I cant wait to try the LashLift Sat. With my dermaplaning appointment. I will be microblading my brows too

Booked an appointment through the website, received confirmation text AND email, only to be turned away when I got to the salon. The woman I had my appointment with would not honor my appointment. Very disappointed.

I called to cancel my appointment she called me at 2:30 in the morning to tell me she cancelled the appointment. I went to a different salon and was told she cut it very unevenly
