For the most part, they are helpful and kind. There is one girl that answers the phone that just always seems like shes having a bad day.

Friendly go out of their way people working there. I have had a great experience dealing with them. Only draw back is the office where you make application for Medicaid. They could care less about you. They are always acting as if they have better things to do than help you. People there in the office sitting at there desk chatting doing nothing. I dont blame them its their boss. She has to say ok to anything. The boss is always busy or out of the office or had not come in yet. Beaurocrats all of them. Think they are the only ones in control of our lives. People that actually do the work are completely different. They are good great people.

Good place to get macaid started up

The lady I spoke to was very nice, she answered my questions to the best of her ability. The case worker told me what she needed from me. Very professional.
