Needed a wheelchair and hospital bed for my senior family member who recently had surgery. Was surprised the store had such a large amount of products. The service was good.Was really happy with the pricing of their products, very competitive and fair. Plus being able to see and feel the products before we purchased was key to getting exactly what we needed and wanted!

I recently purchased 2 used stair lifts from Med mart. My mother lives upstairs and is 97 years old. It was gettng more difficult for her to climb the stairs. I am her son and I am 78 years old and have artiriitis and also had difficulity with stairs. My wife and my mom and I all had covid19 and were in the hospital at the same time. My died from covid19 and my mom and I survived with long term complications. The first time my mom used the lift she said as she reached the top of stairs, she said I can breath and my legs dont hurt. I had the same expirence. This has been a blessing for the both of us.The crew that installed the Stair lifts were wonderful. I highly recommend Med Mart. John May

Everyone here was extremely helpful. I needed a wheelchair for my mom to take her to the fair. Stopped by to buy one and everything was very simple and quick. Fair pricing on everything.Something that really pushed their customer service over the top is, I wanted to buy a cushion for the 20” wheelchair, but they only had the 18” in stock (they even checked in the back to make sure)I went ahead and bought one, but less than 5 minutes after leaving, Jennifer, the woman who checked me out, called me to tell my that their delivery had just got in after I left and told me they received some 20” cushions!I turned around and exchanged the 18” for the 20”. Luckily the 20” they got in was a gel one, which is more comfortable.I was very thankful for her calling me. Definitely recommend shopping here!

Clearly says on their website they accept my insurance. When called they said they do not take my insurance and havent for a couple of years. That also is bogus as my husband was in there about 7 months ago and they took his insurance. I feel they do this when they dont feel like dealing with it.

They was friendly and helped me. I had to edit 😀 my review from 4 to 5 stars. They saw my view responded the same day, on Monday they called me and fix the issue and I got my socks today’s later. I appreciate that they took care of it quick.

I needed to pick up a shower chair for my mother as she has a stroke and could not stand through an entire shower. This was right smack in the middle of the pandemic. While they were not open for shopping in store, I went to the store and called them from in front of the store. I explained what I was searching for and the employee literally grabbed all of their chair options while we were on the phone, lined them up in front of the window and talked me through each option. I made my decision, gave her my credit card info over the phone and she handed it out the door to me. She went well above to help me considering the situation. My mom loved the chair and it was competitively priced. I highly recommend them based on my experience, the inventory they had and the customer service.

Brought a client here to help her fill a prescription for a walker. Client forgot her ID due to cognitive impairments. Staff were extremely rude to her and me about this. Instead of trying to help they belittled her and made her feel ashamed!

Staff not friendly. Would rather offer you a discount on their over priced items instead of working with your Insurance. They claim things are not covered by your insurance when they actually are. Go to Crosbys on High

These people rob others. They sold me a Tens Unit for $150 that sales on Amazon for $28. I tried to return the item the same day that I purchased it, but they refused to give me my money back. Their no return policy specifically states orthopedic and bathroom medical equipment as non refundable.

I highly recommend Advanced Medical Supply. They helped me select some products to help my father stay in his home after three major surgeries. The staff helped me pick the right products, even stuff I never knew I would need, but that was extremely helpful to my father.

Julie took the time to make sure I was fitted and chose the correct size and then made sure I understood there was a right and wrong way to put them on. I will definitely return for my future needs. I was very impressed with this facility. The employee that helped me with some compression hose my doctor ordered was great. She was very friendly and knew what she was doing. I would definitely recommend this place.

My experience was great! We needed a wheelchair only for a short time to help my father-in-law get around his grandsons volleyball tournament at the convention center. The price was very fair and they delivered it to our hotel before we checked it. They are even making a special trip back to our hotel to pick it back up. This door-to-door service was exactly what we needed, and it was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Advanced Medical Supply.

Im very pleased with this place, as soon as I walked in and told them what i needed, they were able to help me right away, I needed a cushion for my sons wheelchair. Cushion fits perfect and is very comfortable, when we need medical supplies for our son, we will be coming here from now on, wonderful, polite, friendly and professional.

Had surgery last week. Currently immobile. Workers Comp approved claim and per hospital also approved for equipment to assist with getting around. The individual I spoke with identified as Amber and exhibited a lack of concern for my circumstance and a generally unsympathetic disposition. Was unwilling to look further to verify approval or assist with the process in any way. Clearly this location isnt interested in my business. As much of a hassle as this might be I will reach out to a supply company with the capacity to appreciate the difficulties their clientele is undergoing in their time of vulnerability and uncertainty. Take heed.

After speaking with my vascularsurgeons office staff about getting a variety of colors in compression stockings, (so tired of black), I went to Advanced Medical supply on their recommendation to be measured, and if they didnt have what I wanted, they provided me with the top 4 companies to view on their websites. I was immediately asked for my insurance card. I told them my insurance wouldnt cover, but they insisted on running it by them. I was informed I had not met my deductible and would be paying out of pocket. I already knew this. I asked for some samples of bright colors like the purple tye-dyed stocking on display. I was presented with red, black, navy and all had pinstripes. Not what I was looking for. I want cheery colors. She then showed me the fall colors, from a picture of a picture on her cell phone. Again, not my style. I asked for my measurements and said I would like to look online and may come back in the spring to see what they had to offer. She promptly informed me that if I wasnt ordering through them I was not entitled to my measurements. These knee high stockings cost between $70-$90 per pair and I need a minimum of 3 pair every six months. The max they can charge my insurance is $55/pair. No self pay discount was offered. You do the math. ADVANCED MEDICAL SUPPLY is not in business to help people. Profit profit profit. STEER CLEAR.

Needed brakes fixed on my grandfathers rollator. I didn’t even get it there and they fixed it for free. If I need other medical equipment in the future I will come to Advanced.

The did not provide accurate information on what insurance covered, provided a box of BioFreeze instead of a breast pump, and did not even offer any information on using a breast pump when it is our first baby. Rude and unprofessional and suggest to avoid this location when possible.

I am very surprised this place took both of my insurances. Anthem BC/BS and Molina. It is extremely difficult to find doctors as well as medical supplies places to take both insurances.Thank You Advance Medical
