Found a nice townhouse in Dublin area and signed lease today. Mr. Raymond is very professional but also straightforward. Im happy with the whole process. Still waiting to see how things will be once we move in, in terms of consistent communication and maintenance requests being taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, I would give five star.

Very awesome guy up front. Secretary I guess. But he was amazing and helped me out with everything. I would have never known I had overpaid when I first got my place, if he didnt tell me. Thats good people right there. I appreciate you very Very much! But this is an amazing rental company. Very beautiful places. Mine and my neighbors. Minus a couple little big things. But its perfect! Awesome neighborhood and awesome neighbors and very Very quiet. Yet close to everything one would need to live/ or just get by. Yall are all amazing and appreciate all ya do. The maintenance guys are awesome. The owners are awesome from what Ive heard. Have yet to meet em. Also the bug prevention guy is awesome too. Chris is his name. He does great work. Down to spiders and even the big carpenter ants. He treated my place back in the spring for my eight legged friends to stay out. This is an amazing group of people here at this rental company. If you are looking for a place. I definitely recommend resco reality and rentals. Def worth the cost. Keep it up yall! You are amazing! And appreciate all yall do.

Raymond, Gene and the entire staff at RESCO are top notch! Used them to find and purchase my home and the experience was stellar!

If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would. They are completely unprofessional and unorganized. You will immediately notice that by their decor in the office. The two employees that I worked with need serious etiquette skills. The blonde front desk woman will tell you she will call you back and has no intention on doing so. She never knows what’s going on and mixes clients up daily. She was getting a nasty attitude with me when I would call to check on my paperwork and progress. And the Asian man that works in there is also unprofessional and the companies communication is very poor. I was approved for an apartment and 5 days before i was made to leave my current apartment resco employees decided not to rent with me and provide my deposit back with no communication. Mind you I put in a 60 day notice with my current landlord and have been in close communication with this company until the last 30 days of my notice and they would not respond to voice mails and tell me they had to call back.

Raymond and his staff were great.
