I was having an awful yellow jacket issue, inside and out, I couldn’t find anyone to fit me in quick enough, it was an emergency because I have children in the house, Art fit us in very quickly and Tyler was amazing! They both went above and beyond. They definitely gained a life long customer!!

I had a house heat treated late in March. I noticed activity the day following the treatment and reported it to the company with video evidence. They came out and did a quick chemical treatment in response. I told them I wanted the house reheated and they came out and did a partial reheat followed by more chemical; however, I am still having issues. The owner said he would follow with a dog inspection to try and isolate the problem. My property is still under warranty and the company is now not returning my phone calls. The owner told me he should of charged me more from the outset and that I need to be patient. Well, two months later, Im still experiencing issues. I initially paid for heat because I didnt want the long drawn out process of chemical treatment. Im seeking a refund or reheat of the property.

Not very sure of this place still having same problem that was paid 1400 dollars for.

We were not pleased with the service. Had to hire a different company to get the job done. What a difference the second company was. They moved furniture took draws wheres integrity sprayed here and there and that was it. Still had a bug problem watched the camera later and was shocked to see how little they sprayed. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable just not a good return.
