Great indoor courts. Dont let it cool you tho, they are concrete outdoor courts just inside. Outdoor balls is used and they have a specific entrance for pickleball. Dividers keep the ball on your side for the majority of play. Knowledgeable staff and and fun crowd when I went.

Good overall experience, they have a great selection of inflatables and rentals to choose from. They are quick to respond and easy to work with- even though the quote process can be difficult for any kind of rental. A little pricier than other places and they give you a narrow window of time to use the rentals.

This is a very cool spot! It is a well oiled machine for getting kids through for birthday parties. They had some really cool inflatables! They even let adults go. When the kids lined up to go eat they took the time to give them each a squirt if hand sanitizer. Brilliant!

We held our son’s birthday party here in April. It exceeded our expectations completely! At past parties you were designated to one area or the other. Of course, if you are a kid, you wonder what the other area has that yours doesn’t. They changed things up this year so that your party gets to spend time in each area and then go to the party room. We loved that! The kids got to play on everything, and the variety kept them from getting bored or too rambunctious. The staff was very polite and took care of everything. We also liked the seating area in the lobby for the kids to watch a safety video and just hang out while everyone arrived. I highly recommend SuperGames for a children’s birthday party. You will not be disappointed!!!

My son just had his 6th birthday party here. It went so smoothly and all the kids loved it! The employees that helped with the party did everything and I got to sit back and enjoy the celebration! One of the party helpers was Zane, he played with the kids the whole time and they all thought he was hilarious!

Had a birthday party here. Very organized, well, run party. They moved the kids to new play area after a while, had them sanitize after playing and before eating, and completely ran the party room pizza/cake party down to cutting cake and asking kids for seconds. Bravo!

We had a party here last year and I preferred that format over the new one. This new format is designed to make more money (which I understand), but we felt very rushed when it came to the eating/singing happy birthday portion...they are herding people in and out of there like cattle it seemed because they have multiple parties going on at once.The 2 staff members they put with us were awesome and super helpful. The kids definitely had fun on the inflatables, but I think the overall formula for how they are setting up parties needs to be looked at again.

A good place to host a birthday party for grade school age kids. Lots of various inflatables and a party room for eating. The building was a bit industrial looking, inside and out, but it was not so bad as to diminish the fun.

The wipeout like inflatable was cool. Inflatables are great sizes and fun and unique. Not enough staff when i went and kids were cutting lines, pushing younger children and name calling. Staff seemed inexperienced with crowd control.

It honestly was lame. Im sorry but it could be better. Plus there is no arcade. Who has someone book a birthday party thinking there is a game room. One of the associates over the phone said it was there. I will not be going back.

I love having our little guys birthday here. They move you through different areas so the kids dont get board. The kids working there (not sure on ages---maybe late high school or colllege) were fun and interactive with the kids. It can get a bit hot in the summer, but they do set up huge fans to help cool everyone down. The party/pizza room was big. Make sure to bring your own cold beverages and plates--the pizza place didnt provide any for our party.

We had a corporate team building event here, and it was actually legitimately fun - the staff did a really good job managing a large group (we had about 80 people) through each activity, and there was a good mix of physical activity and puzzle solving across the events. And who doesnt like a giant net climbing / inflatable slide combo to finish the day?

Great place to have an older kids birthday party. Pricey as usual but a lot of fun. There are two different areas to rent depending on the childs age. A back area full of smaller kid activities and inflatables, and the front area which is definitely for older kids. It has an obstacle course, big high slides, inflatables are a lot more challenging. Plus with the bigger kids party rental you have pre-party game room access. Theres a rock climbing wall in the big kids side too, fun for the adults.

We hosted our second company event at SuperGames, and it worked out beautifully. The team worked with us to have all the attractions we wanted and decorated the space to match our event theme. Our parties with SuperGames are always a big hit!

SuperGames has hosted our elementary schools field day for years. Ive been in charge of it for the last 4 though, and they have been nothing short of amazing!! SuperGames day at our school is the highlight of the year for our kids. The SuperGames team comes out to our school and sets up 17 stations full of games & inflatables all on our front lawn. And their team goes out of their way to ensure our kids are having a blast, all day long. We could not be happier! Thank YOU!

I love this place! Im throwing a birthday party next weekend for my kids there. This will be our 4th party at AEC. Let me just say, we have the most popular party of the year! I dont know who loves it more, the children or their parents! The staff is excellent and very helpful.

I made a reservation was super games and received a phone call about a week later telling me that to other parties had accidentally been scheduled on my time slot.they then said that if I was interested they were going to upgrade my party which in my eyes meant I was going to receive a better package than what I had already purchased I expressed my concerns that the upgraded party in which they were speaking of was intended for older children then the one my party was for, they ensured me they would be adding inflatables to accommodate their age range. once I arrived I quickly became aware that this was not at all accurate. For $300 I got three inflatables and laser tag for a group of children 3 to 6 years old. I only had a certain amount of time for the children to play before we were rush into another room where we had to eat very quickly.we were constantly reminded of how much time we had left before we had to leave we had to rush eating through the pizza that I paid $100 for and then my daughter had to quickly open all of her presents and eat cake before we knew it all of our stuff was on a cart and ready to be shuffled out the door I have had a party at super games before which was very nice I was actually aggravated because the party I was supposed to have where the tables and the food and the cake and the presents would all be served in the same room as the children got to play occurred next to my party and the children at my party had to watch the other party go on that had the inflatables I was supposed to have I would never recommend anyone going to super games and I sure will not be back. Complete rip off For your money.

Just celebrated my sons 5th birthday at SuperGames - his third year in a row requesting this venue! We love having parties here - the kids get a load of time to play, and they play hard! There are two sections of activities - after plenty of time in the first one, the kids move to the other right next to it and the fun continues with new stuff. Everyone sleeps good that night! The staff is so good with the kids, keeping everyone safe but playfully interacting with the kids too. I like that there is ample space for adults to actually sit down and relax and chat while the kids do their thing. And the staff makes it super easy to set up for the food, even ordering the pizza for us, setting out plates, snacks, cake etc. We are very satisfied repeat customers!

Steve and his crew did a wonderful job adapting and moving the 20 station field Day inside because of the weather. Steve and his crew are professional and bring tons of energy! I will continuously use SuperGames for all of my field days at Hilliard Crossing Elementary.

My son had a blast. I was 15 minutes late but they still let us have his party. The only downfall is we felt a little rushed but other than that I recommend this place.

We had my daughters 5th birthday there today and it was a great experience! The staff was very pleasant and assisted with unloading our car and helped with room setup. They even had a projector in the banquet room with a birthday greeting with my daughters name displayed - nice touch!A special thanks to Tristian! He kept us updated with the timeline and helped with distributing food. What I especially appreciated about him was how he interacted with the kids and how he remembered ALL of their names. Ok place to do a party. Weve done parties there the last two years and we wont be back next year. Overall, young employees seem interested in anything but doing their job. They seemed bothered anytime I walked up. Climbing wall is no longer open so dont get your kids excited for that. Felt very rushed at the end. Before we were even out of the building they were mopping to close up shop and get out ASAP. Parking is awful. I had to carry boxes of juice/water from the opposite side of the building. Employee put an open plate of cake in the trunk of a jeep and presents fell all over it at the first turn I made. Not a fan of the kids bop style music. Just play the normal versions for the sanity of the parents attending the party. The kids werent paying attention to the music anyways. They just wanted to run and play. Not worth it for the price we paid. Much better experience last year with the way the party was run as well as employees. For $350 go ahead and go to one of the trampoline parks or rent your own bounce house. Youll save yourself the aggravation of feeling rushed and dealing with moody young adults.

We were there for a private event and had a fantastic time. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful, especially wonderful at encouraging and enabling our kids to try the obstacles.

We had so many compliments on our event with Supergames! Steve and the rest of the staff were so easy to work with, and very available to answer all of our (many) questions. We held the event at our office, and they took care of everything. The survivor game was perfect for our larger group...the staff members leading each of the events were also great. I would definitely recommend Supergames for your next event!

Recently held a birthday party for 4 year olds there - it went great. The staff was very attentive and communcative about what was going on/next steps and answered any questions that I had. They even set up the decorations/place settings in the party room, saving my wife and I time that we could then spend with the kids. While the kids had fun, I would think it would be better for older kids - the inflatables are larger and seem more suited for 5/6 years and up.

Staff is horribly unprofessional. Be ready for language that sounds like they just got out of prison, and no respect for the site they set up on. I didnt hire them but recommended to the the department that did to not make that mistake again.

We have used SuperGames for our school Carnival over the past few years ! We collaborate on what games/inflatables will be used, do a walk through together on school property and talk about how the event day will be executed. They are incredible to work with, incredibly responsive and make our event execution flawless!

Weve been here a few times and its just ok. Ive never booked/hosted a party here myself, so I cannot attest to that side of it. My kids had fun while here and wore themselves out. The whole building just seemed kind of old and the inflatables machines were so loud it was hard to hear/be heard over them. I guess wed go back if the kids were invited to something there, but we wouldnt go out of our way to go there otherwise.

The kids had 1 hour to play and they each had to take turns. I know it was for safety, but the kids werent happy. My daughter was able to play on 2 bounce houses for a total of 5 mins. Not worth the money for a party!!! There also wasnt open play time because they had parties booked immediatly after another.

We just celebrated our sons 9th bday this past weekend March 10th, and I must say AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!! Jason was the 1st person to greet me, and I will say he made sure to guide us through the whole way. About 25 Kids and about 15 adults in our party, and every one had a ball. This was worth every penny spent. We had staff helping us with all the kids on the inflatables they set up all the decorations, even helped to pass out food and cake and cleaned up after our entire party. We will FOR SURE be using Supergames again for our soon to be 7 year old son.

I had an event booked with Supergames. I was asking for a contract for 2 weeks via email when I finally called the location. After 3 unreturned messages over 5 days, I was finally able to reach someone. When I was told the contract would be in my inbox in a few minutes, I received an email stating they would not longer be able to provide for our event. I was told that our event was not large enough for them to help. It didnt make good business sense. They had booked other large events in the 2 weeks I was waiting and the director told me that they were understaffed and couldnt help. I wish I would have been told that my money wasnt good enough 2 weeks earlier.
