If you own a Ford vehicle I strongly recommend taking it here for your routine maintenance. The staff are knowledgeable and reasonably fast.

Appointment was scheduled, I showed up on time, and they did what they promised and scheduled service for next day. Quick and reliable.

A lot of places said no on a transmission flush, 2 weeks to 5 weeks but this place said bring it in have you out today.

This has literally been the most unprofessional outfit Ive ever seen for service. Left off my oil cap and oil spewed all over my engine compartment of my new car. No manager on site at he time to even talk to. I even had to put air in my own tires, I have 0 confidence anything was checked properly. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible customer service !!! I had my Ford F150 towed to them Saturday morning, heard nothing back that day so i called Monday and they said they’ll be pulling it in. I asked for a rental and they said they didn’t have any available. Called back 4 times on tues and no answer, i went up there to get my keys to have it towed to ricart and they couldn’t find my keys.... took them 35 min to locate them.. no apology or anything. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE.

Terrible service experience! Made an appointment to fix a recall for Monday and I was told it would take two hours. After no call back I called three days later no one had touched my f150 and they said it would take 1-2 more days. I will never take my vehicle back nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from Masheter Ford.

They didnt put the new sticker in the window. The wait wasnt too long.

Used to be able to make appointments even with that you knew at least 2 hours for oil change. I have now tried 4 times to get an oil change each time oh there are 7 cars pulled in not sure why it is like this. Very disappointed again.

The problem was result in a very timely matter.

Ive never managed to get in and out in less then two hours, appointment or no. Its kind of amazing. Front desk usually has no idea I even had an appointment; they topically have to run around and find whoever it was who scheduled it.Besides which, its probably faster to DRIVE out there and make an appointment rather than call, because the Quick Lane department almost never picks up the phone. Ive waited on hold for 15 minutes at a time.As far as the service goes, its fine, at reasonable prices. Hard to overlook all the other inconveniences, though.

Took FOREVER to replace something due to a product recall. Then they lost the vehicle. Will definitely choose a different dealership for any Ford recalls replacement in the future.

Picked up vehicle from service (airbag recall) drove a little ways realized shifter was not working...4th time in for this same service (parts were unavailable first two visits and no phone call from them when they were available). Got a nice new loaner on the 3rd visit too bad I had to return it and wait 1.5 hours for vehicle to be properly repaired. Two stars due to loaner vehicle.

Quick is a bit of a misnomer here. Ive seen waits 90 minutes and longer. They do more than just oil changes which is why the waits can be long. If youre tight on time, they do make appointments. The prices are fair for the good work and they dont try and upsell you to pad your bill. However, they do need to dedicate a couple of lanes just for oil changes to help being down that wait time.

I am disappointed floor Mgr Mike is no longer part of the team, he really coached the young staff and he will be missed. 0 for 6 during oil changes that under carriage screws were over tightened and stripped by toung crew which has wound up in another service call the next day when splash guard comes off, Mike would make it right. Not sure yet how new floor Mgr Todd will compare. In a day or two after regular freeway driving I will know if the repeated instruction to NOT OVER TIGHTEN fasteners meets the quality I would expect. Send me a follow up survey and I will let you know. With snow and weather alerts I didnt want to be out, once I am I can offer what my experience has been along with level of customer satisfaction.

I attempted to come in for brake pads and an oil change for the second time. I was told the first time when calling theres plenty of time to take care of you today. Come on in. When I got there I was told the wouldnt be enough time and I needed to make an appointment. They acted like it was my fault that I was told incorrectly. So I came in another time after getting a few estimates on various services while I was there. I was told that the cost of one service would be 140. So I came back in, sat and waited almost an hour and then was told by the same woman that it was actually going to be 400 before they even did anything else. That I shouldnt have taken her word for it because shes not a mechanic. The lack of professionalism here is astounding.

Terrible service. 5 days after i dropped off the car with instructions to do a full inspection and fix the shuddering brakes i call to follow up having heard nothing. Oh, its just been finished. I ask if the brakes we fixed. Yes. Everything looks fine, passed the inspection! So i ask if they had to replace the rotors...? Oh was there a problem? Next day i get a call saying the cost to fix was $1000, so i got a price elsewhere for $500 and picked up the car.....never to return.

This morning the quick lane was not quick at all. I was there at 7 for an oil change and finally got done 2 and a half hours later. Even then, I had to go ask if I was finished and my paper work was sitting there and no one came to get me. I always bring my cars here and I know it normally doesn’t take that long but today even the customer service was lacking. Very disappointed in my service today.

Fast work. Basic service not bad, but $18 plus to change a bulb or $50 plus to change a filter seemed a bit much

Long drawn out experience. Had to keep checking on the status while my car was just sat there. That took over 2 hours then when I asked how long it would be they told me a nm other 2 hours. If I could have been told this on the first place I could have gone home. What a waste of a day on my day off.

I was very impressed by how polite and courteous the employees were at Hertzs rental. I will continue to use this location whenever I need a rental car and will highly recommend them to others.

Although pricey their integrity is excellent. When my brakes were not correctly fixed the first time. They did the second time at no cost.

Much quicker and cheaper than dealing with the dealership. Outstanding service every time.
