This salon is nice & clean, and the staff is always very friendly. They have always been very accommodating whether I make an appointment or just walk in. Their prices are quite reasonable as well. I love the massage chairs and all the options available for pedicures, and they have a huge selection of regular and gel polish. Definitely recommend this place!

Always enjoy a relaxing Pedi at Gossip Nails. Overall, the staff is exceptional and work very hard to deliver what you ask for and they do a great job. I took 2 of my grangirls 13th me last time and the techs did a wonderful job with their mani/pedis. Will continue to return here.

The staff is very rude. Especially Linn and Steven. I am not going anymore and lots of friends said the same thing about them.

I love going here. Everyone is so nice, friendly and does a good job BUT my girl Linh is AWESOME.!!! I cant believe anyone would want to complain about here. Linh, Julie, Kathy, some are new and some I dont know their names but they have all been nice to me , my daughter and mom. I feel like Linh is a friend also.I have posted just a few of my nail designs. Love love love this me❤️

They did a wonderful job. I cant believe the detail they did on my 6 years olds tiny nails.

Manicure and pedicure was great but really messed up on my eyebrows!! Very uneven and one was wayyy too thin. If she offers, dont do it!!

I always make an appointment and get right in when its my turn. My nails always look amazing and the staff is very friendly. Lihn is amazing and can do any design I show her. Wont go anywhere else.

Staff was alright but could clearly overhear my friend and I questioning the price and the work of the technicians and only offered to fix the nail polish and refused to fix the shape. Will update with pictures, but $22 and $34 is ridiculous for two color changes. My tech messed up the shape of my nails and painted my entire cuticle and growth, and my friends tech let her nails bubble up by putting too many coats of a thick yellow on and she had to ask for it to be fixed. Clearly there’s a reason Top Nails is the busiest one in Columbus.Edited to add that they refused to give me a partial refund (all I asked for) after insisting they hadn’t changed the shape or messed them up, that “it would take five minutes to fix”, and it ended up taking a different nail place an hour and she had to give me a fill. We both went in with nice new sets, we just wanted a different color): neither of us came out happy, I still tipped $3 a piece and was nice to them. Visibly frustrated, maybe, but I never said a bad word to or about them, just that I wasn’t happy and didn’t want them to touch my hands again

Awesome service, everyone in here is great at what they do and very welcoming. I love that they are open on Sundays by appointment!

I do not recommend this place at all. I came in just for a color change, and they messed the shape of my nails up. I got them painted yellow with a sunflower and the yellow was all bubbly , and the sunflowers look like a two year old did them.

My Bonus Daughter needed her full set cut and filed since another salon did not do a great job. This was an urgent need on a SUNDAY when no one is ever open. Well the guy here at VIP nails, just so happen to have an appointment scheduled and was able to squeeze us in. He filed her nails and cut them shorter so she could enjoy her Birthday Bowling Party. I highly recommend him based on his professionalism and customer service. Beautiful salon, too!

My daughter and I havent been to this salon since they changed names almost a year ago. Nice surprise. They were busy and we only had an hour so we left. One of the ladies followed us out and said they could do it. They even called a staff back into work since they got busy. Very nice to us and did a great job!

When I have broken a nail below skin line I have gone here. They are friendly and do an excellent job of acrylicing the nail. They dont act like Im wasting their time by having to do only one nail. Very nice people.

I highly recommend vip nails in columbus ive been coming here since it was julies nails and they changed the name but still great service and beautiful nails.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Giving them a benefit of a doubt since it’s convenient ,3 strikes I’m done! I usually get a technician that has to have someone translate however this last time my pedi was long but very PAINFUL now I have ingrown toenails, calluses never removed and a quickie leg massage then over to mani a guy that looked young & acted inexperienced cut my fingernails way way to short and burnt me 3 times with the dremmel tool not to mention I had to communicate through a translator 🤬 my nails looked stripped and smudge. Hideous told the only girl that understood me possibly owner and all she said “oh sorry”. Reconsider giving them your business. And now I’m dealing with ingrown toenails and my fingernails broke off.
