Danny literally did so good on my nails its exactly what I wanted. He was a true angel to me the entire time and I cant thank him enough for making my nail dreams come true 💓 perfect for Easter!!

They use items that are against the state board, the nail file is used on multiple people. They try ripping off customers, they rush services horribly. As well as arguing with customers and lying about the price of services. Horrible experience, and this isn’t my first horrible experience either. They also don’t use the correct color and the color samples provided aren’t the correct color. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!!

I called looking for a very specific, rarely done type of manicure. They not only offered this type, but they got me in immediately. He did a spectacular job! I love it! Already made my appointment for my next one!

The nail tech did my nails (a full set gel) in literally no more than 15 minutes. He did them so well and efficiently! I also got a pedicure, one of the simple cheaper ones and it lasted like 30+ minutes still 😍. My nails are super thin and even which is what I look for as some places make them soooo thick with too much acrylic and not enough filing.I was recommended to this place and this will be my new nail spot for sure! I cannot recommend them enough!

No wait several staff members. I brought my daughter they did not paint her nails the way she wanted. They had her in the pedicure chair so I was not by her. I asked if I needed to show the picture again to the lady that was actually doing hers...he said no I told her. I did dip first time 3 of my nails clear coat came off today. I got them done yesterday.

I went in they said 20 minutes or less I waited 30 minutes and they took 2 people that came in after me ! Very disappointed I thought the customer service would be better! I won’t be back!

Completely unhappy with dip services top coat and color peeling off by day number 3 I went back to have fixed they put one layer of top coat and a different color gel where color came off would not fix them correctly left unhappy again unprofessional and unorganized had to search boxes to pick out a color and powder never matches finished color yet still never made customer happy or satisfied if I could give negative stars I would ... so sad

Amy did a great job! I received a gel French tip manicure. All of the employees and clients were wearing masks, and they have dividers up everywhere.

I came in with a bridal party and they were informed ahead of time exactly what we were all getting. Was told we all had the same color as well, and they kept trying to switch the colors on us. The lady I had ripped a hang nail off my toe causing me to bleed, then proceeded to spray rubbing alcohol on it and tell me I was fine. Also plucked leg hairs that I had missed

Always quick to get seated for pedis. Never more than a 10 minute wait. Clean, thorough and fast service with a friendly atmosphere. They have stepped up their safety game with the pandemic!

He did a wonderful job on my nails and actually gave me a discount for using cash!

They were so friendly and nice! I just recently went there and they went after hours to care for me. The power went off during a storm and they still carried on with their great service! I definitely recommend going there to get your nails done and becoming relaxed.

Went in told them what i wanted even had a pic, left with broken chipped uneven acrylic nails half painted unshaped not a one nail is even period! and got cussed out made fun of yelled at very unprofessional and rude couldnt even in a polite way say mo we wont fix. Informed me if I wanted them fixed Id repay the 50$ I literally just paid!A guy done mine, he literally glued tips to my skin cut them and polished (very badly at that)

A middle aged woman with glasses did my nails. She was kind at first, and appeared to be doing well until it came time to shape my nails. She didn’t cut me, but she used a well worn nail file for most of it and they’ve turned out with really rough on the edges. I had a replacement on one finger and I will be replacing it again at a different place later this week, because it’s shaped entirely wrong and one side is shorter than the other. From the time she realized she had messed my replacement up on it seemed that she was in a hurry, and it shows with the rest of her work since I can see brush strokes and most of my nails have bubbles.I posted pictures, but could not add them to this comment.5/10 will not be back.

Venus Nail Solan is a life saver and in all reality a game changer! Myself and my 3 years daughter come to Venus every other week! We look forward to it everytime! Venus has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere! They are extremely patient and dont rush you to pick your color. The nail techs take their time while doing your nails, they dont rush through to get you out of their chair like other nails solan. Most importantly they will do whatever style you please and do whatever they can to make sure every time you are pleased and get your money worth. The French gel manicure chipped in less than 1 day. When I returned to have it repaired, the technician failed to reshape or smooth the nail. Rushing, she sloppily slapped 2 coats of polish over the rough nail. When I asked for an additional layer of top coat (to avoid another chip) she refused.

If I could rate this place Zero I would. I have been to several different nail salons across the country and this one is by far the worst. I decided to give them, not one, not two, but three chances and every single time has been terrible. My nails start lifting the very next day, all of my nails end up being different shapes or crooked, or the acrylic on one side of my nail is 4 times thicker than the acrylic on the other side.

This was my first time going. I went to the lady that sits behind the check out. She does do a good job on the nails themselves. She is very rough. Had 3 bleeding cuticles and a few sore fingers on the side where she jabbed down to work. My friend had a good experience. I will go to the guy that did hers next time. Also their pricing board is confusing. Just make sure you ask questions before they start. I have posted pictures as well.

I was very disappointed reading such good reviews. While offering many services, I just needed a basic set of acrylics with white tip. Was not friendly, was never spoken to, service was rushed and attention to any detail was neglected. Glue literally everywhere on my cuticles, under nail and fingers .Very sloppy work.

The lady that did my nails seem to be in a rush, she kept telling me she was going to remove my nails and put a new set on that I needed one. After I told her no I did not have the money for it. she cut my finger and dug her sharp nail in my cuticles several times. She looked at me like I was crazy when I drink my hand away. And she was filing my nails sheet final part of my skin raw and left junk all over my fingers.. she wouldnt let me pick the color I wanted she tried to give me red

This was my first time ever having my nails done professionally, horrible experience. All I wanted was a simple regular manicure and I think that was part of the problem, I didnt want the higher priced gel nails or acrylics so I was rushed in and out. Old nail polish was left along the edges of my nails which was very noticeable. Streak marks from the brush strokes instead of a nice smooth painted nail. The top coat she was using was goopy and stringy, but continued to use it anyway and just plopped it on in gobs. I immediately went home and removed it. Never again.

First time getting a pedicure here from a recommendation from my beautician & I was glad I stopped. The gentleman that did my pedicure was very nice & did a wonderful job & the price was very reasonable. I will most certainly be back.

This is the only nail salon that quickly gets you in and out but perfects your nails every time.

My nails are absolutely gorgeous!

My nails are always what I want. I have had a couple visits since they first opened, and the two staff Ive had arent very talkative, but do great work.

They did a good job but it seemed rushed and he cut my finger twice. it was bleeding but the guy didn’t seem to notice.

I went in to have a mani and a pedi done. First time being there. Awesome shop. Very clean and bright. Very friendly people. Great job on my nails. Had the dip done and it lasted as long as it usually does (around 3 weeks). Went back in to have another mani and dip on 5.15. Everything went great. The next day one of my nails looked like it had a bubble underneath it. Eventually the paint started peeling off of it. Happened to about 4 nails on one hand. Went back in on Friday afternoon to show the guy who did them. It was incredibly busy so I told him I would come back the next morning. When I went back in, he told me the reason it peeled off was because I kept pulling my hand out of the dryer. I told him I didnt remember doing that but he was adamant that I did. He fixed my nails. Less than 12 hours later they did the exact same thing. Will not be back!

It is my second time been here with appointment. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointment time, and now 20 minutes passed my appointment time but I’m still waiting. Just like the first time. I really don’t recommend this place. I don’t think the customer is well treated here.
