I went in for a pedicure and a full set. I got great, quick service and my nails looked great. The staff was really friendly and the prices were very competitive. Ill definitely be back for more services.

Awful experience. I am new to the area and was looking to find a nail place to replace the one Ive been going to for years in my old area. When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman who answered told me to just come in because they did not take appointments. Once I got there I waited for a long time ( about an hour) to get what turned out to be the worst set of dip nails Ive ever had. They were uneven and dull and the technician left congealed dip powder all over my palm and fingers on one hand.

For a gel mani n pedicure it was 75$. I loved the lady. She was professional and knew whatas doing!Food in the area !

They do a great job! I always get exactly what I ask for and my Gel Mani lasts for almost two full weeks! Love it here!

Really nice quiet little nail place. Best prices in the area. I love the milk and honey spa pedicure for $50. Comes with a nice leg massage and massage chair! Really nice people, this is my 4th time here and they do a solid job. Lots of asian and pizza take out places next door so you can really treat yourself on the way out too!

I got a pedicure and a dip manicure here yesterday, and I am so pleased with their service! I didn’t catch the name of the woman working with me, but her attention to detail was amazing. Very reasonable prices as well!

Great people and does a great job on my feet

I researched a bunch of nail salons in my area and found this gem early last year. Ive since moved away but I work nearby and still make time to come back. They have some of the best reviews for good reason. The place is clean though simple, the prices are more than reasonable and the owner James is wonderful. I always get a gel set and occasionally a pedicure and my nails are always left in great shape with no chipping or lifting. He answers any questions you have clearly and never, ever makes you feel rushed even if it means theyre staying well past close to finish up. This will continue to be my go-to salon. I definitely recommend it!!Edit: Acrylic gel nails. This pic is 3 weeks old. No chipping or lifting. Aka the norm for me. I sincerely love this place.

Great experience! I went in without an appointment on a Saturday morning, only waited about 7 minutes. I was nervous bc I hadn’t gotten my nails done in years,I was unsure of where to go. This place is right across the street so I tried them.They are well priced and I’m happy with the look and quality! Will be returning!

Due to a horrible experience with a nail salon on Morse Road, I was looking for a new salon and calling around to set up appointments for the Saturday morning before New Years/New Years Eve. Everywhere was booked, understandably, up until 2p and just as I was about to give up I found the New Nail Spa who booked me and my mom for 11a Saturday morning. When we arrived for our appointment, we were instantly seated and taken care of. I got an acrylic full set and my mom got a gel manicure. They made sure we were comfortable and liked our nails. Customer service was great and my mom who never liked nail salons because she couldnt stand the heavy smell enjoyed her experience so much that she wants to go back and get a full set when I go for a balance! I do believe I have found my new go to salon and will be returning very soon for a balance and pedicure!

Always in look of a good pedicure place. My wife and I came in for a pedicure and the place looks a little dated but the services were great! Best pedi here by far that I have had in Columbus. Definitely worth it!

I got a great gel mani here today and was very happy with the price. My nails look better than they did when I paid nearly twice as much at another fancier nail salon here in town. This place is certainly no frills inside, but I could care less about that since my nails look so good. Definitely recommend.

I wandered into this place on impulse on a Friday afternoon, and Im SO HAPPY I did!! I didnt catch the name of the gentleman that did my nails, but he was so wonderful. My nails were in super rough shape (notorious nail biter here) and he made them look absolutely fantastic. I asked for them to be on the shorter side, and what I got was an incredible natural looking nail. Not only was his work great, he was so polite & friendly - not only to me, but anyone who walked in the door.Thrilled I found this place, and I cant recommend them enough!!

I spent $110 He didn’t soak my full set off he filed it off and drilled it After complaining of the pain I asked him to soak it off Which was never done it destroyed my nailbed then I got a full pedicure she cut Every last one of my toenails off after asking to trim them down When I got out of the chair from a pedicure she wiped the whole chair down as if I was dirty mind you I’m black and all the other customers are white they didn’t wipe down there seats Wish I could give it zero stars and this is supposed to be a spa I will never ever go there again and to top it off he filled most of the acrylic off of my brand new full set now it looks like I need to fill-in and I just got my nails done
