They use MMA acrylic!! This is an illegal acrylic!! It took forever to get my nails off because they became SO gooey!! Then when I paid for a soak off he overcharged me & wouldn’t give me receipt (i paid in cash)!! Will never be back nor recommend

Went in for a fill in on and overlay and this man done filed down my nails to the finger tips to put tips on. Not at all what I asked for and then he called me stupid and I told him not stupid and no one will call me stupid. Will never be back

It was my first time at Lucky Nails. There was an older women who works there she had a nasty attitude. I will never go back there.

Do not go !!! Charged me $110For 2 sets told me it would be $60 and my nails are crooked!

They dont even deserve this 1 star... they only have one person that can do nails there. I requested her they start talking in their language. The owner argued with me that my nails looked good although it was clear that he didnt clean the previous nail polish off & put acrylic over it. Let it me your LAST stop if you need your nails done!!!

They are very rude and unprofessional! Do not spend your money or waste your time going there. I went to get a simple eyebrow wax because I wouldn’t dare let them do my nails(they do horrible work). Anyway, I explained to the older lady that was about to do them that I just wanted a shape up. She went out the room, started speaking her language and all the other nail techs started staring at me. The owner told me in English that she doesn’t know how to do it. I asked him was he serious because the same lady has done my eyebrows several times before today, so I was confused. I guess she didn’t want to be bothered so I told the owner that I will spend my money somewhere else. My mother in law and my neice were there as well and I told the owner that I will be taking their business with me as well! Save yourself the money and horrible customer service experience and head over to Savannah’s Nail & Polish or Roses in Columbus, MS. They’re great and have awesome nail techs and customer service! A guy did my full set and he was very rough with my hands. I told him to take it easy and that my hands werent made of plastic. He was very rude and did a rushed job. I accidentally came left my jacket there and when came back to pick it up. He carried it to the door holding it in the air with 2 fingers like it was diseased or something. There were a group of white girls sitting near the door giggling at him. He was very disrespectful and racist for that. I will NEVER go back!!

They literally suck. I got a full set with gel polish and gel polish on my toes. I paid $65. During my time there they kept telling me to relax, I know for a fact I was relaxed, and that irritated me. They did a horrible paint job on my fingers and toes. I lost 2 nails and it has not even been 2 weeks.

The nails fell off the same day I got them done,the acrylic is too thin.They charge more if you get more than one color.

As someone who gets their nails done at least two-three times a month, and who is a nail tech herself., I am HIGHLY disappointed with the work here. Very rude workers as well as very careless with the work. A friend with me came to get acrylics removed and the woman instantly ripped her cuticle, making her nail bleed and burn after dipping it in polish removal. The man pulled my toe nail out while removing excess skin and cause my foot to go red. On top of that, they use HAND SOAP to scrub feet for pedicures. Please don’t waste your time coming here.

I thought they were great and fast for a pedicure. Which I was in a rush and I let them know it. But btw this place is by Kroger in Columbus. Google directions are not accurate. Fyi.

I just walked out of this place after spending $115 for my 7 year old niece and I to get a mani-pedi. After spending 2 1/2 hours, I am appalled. I usually go all out on my nails and spend less than I just did, for nearly perfect nails. My gel nails are already peeling after just a couple hours. They did not even take off my nieces prior nail polish before repainting nor did they trim her nails. These people have lost their minds completely. DO NOT GO HERE!

I will never go here again. My nails look horrible!!!! The didnt even put a top coat on. I had to do it myself when I got home. The guy looked like he had no clue what he was doing. Im staying far away from here

They only greet the white when you come in and over damn charge!
