My sister in law and I decided to give this business a shot as it was recommended by a coworker.I am very disappointed having wasted my time with unprofessional esthetician.The nail tech ( Emily and I don’t know the other esthetician’s name ) didn’t realize that my sister in law was Vietnamese as they spoke badly about us.They said we looked cheap and complained about my nails as well as my sister in laws nails being too long.Do not recommend.I have never had an unpleasant visit to a nail salon.Poor customer service.

Unfortunately, the no mask rule was not enforced. There is plexiglass at each manicure station and all of the staff members are masked. Additionally, there is a sign at the entrance stating no mask no service. Yet the women receiving a pedicure next to me was not wearing a mask. After, 20 minutes I decided to leave. Polish on my toes is not worth risking my health. I did tell the manager on the way out.Lets hope they are more vigilant going forward. I wouldve given 5 stars had they been.

Rude.. I spent a couple hundred dollars in there to be told when I came back they would not do pink and white in the rudest way possible in front of several other customers

Yoana did my nails and she cut me on my feet twice and shortened my nails and then asked me do I want them that size . I had got a pedicure with regular polish and I had got a fill in for gel the prices on the menu said 35 and 38 which is 73 they charged me 93 dollars I will never go back there !

I go nearly every 2 to 3 weeks for my nails and a pedicure, and I never leave disappointed. Their pedicures are relaxing and dont feel rushed. My nails always look great even on my next appointment, and the nail techs are always willing to help me make a decision on a nail color. Fancy nails has been my only spot for 3+ years now.

I always have a great experience when I go to Fancy Nails! The staff has is great and they do a mean powder dip polish (SNS). I have not gone anywhere else since finding Fancy Nails. Anytime I need my a gift certificate, manicure, or pedicure, I go to Fancy Nails.

Last couple of times Ive been having a bad experience nails dont lasted week they start to crack within a week and also has some that break. Every since Kim and her other sister left the shop havent been the same. Time to try a new shop

I usually like this place but I just had an experience that wasn’t pleasant. I get there at 6:30pm on Wednesday to get a regular manicure and pedicure, I wait for about 45 minutes before someone comes and starts my pedicure. I think her name is Kim or Kam, but before she starts my manicure I show her a picture of what color I want and she puts a color on my nails that doesn’t look remotely the same as the picture and she asks if I like it and I say it’s fine I don’t want to make you change it but she finds a better color match and changes it, also by this time it’s 8pm the store is closing so she’s rushing, doesn’t get the edges of my nails, and I’m the only left in the store, she tells me to sit there until my nails are dry enough but everyone who works there is leaving because it’s closing time so therefore I felt rushed, left with my nails still wet, immediately mess up my nails pulling out my keys, and it was just a bad experience. I’d been wanting to get my nails done for weeks and when I find the time to do it it doesn’t turn out right and I’M rushed because they want to leave.

I love this place. My mom has Alzheimers and the techs are so patient with her. That means the world to me. And when I come in without her, they always ask how she is doing. Our whole family goes here. My gel mails last until they grow out. We love this shop and always have a pleasant experience.

The best place Ive found for dip powder nails around Columbus. The same nail tech (I think her name is Yoanna) has done my nails and she does an amazing job.

I went in yesterday to have the powder nail treatment done for the first time. The woman, who seemed to be in charge at that time, told me the color would be darker than the nail swatch, so I chose a pastel pink/lilac shade. Once they were done, the color was HOT pink. I expressed my dissatisfaction and placed my hot pink nail on the color swatch(405) to show her the difference. She kept repeating I told you the color will be darker, to which I stated the colors werent even in the same color family. I had them removed and left. Abhorrent customer service. No apology, attempt to make things right, or acknowledgement in the drastic color difference. Only rudeness. Theres enough of that out in public, I wont pay to experience it in your salon, thank you.

Im a regular customer of Kim at Fancy Nails. She does an excellent job & I would recommend her to anyone looking for a manicure or artificial nails.

I was not happy with my experience and it made me mad for the amount of money I spent only because it was so bad. I went for a Mani pedicure. Heather, who was doing my pedicure stopped often to talk or listen to the conversations that the other nail techs were having. I had to tell her at least four times that the grip she had on my toes hurt because her thumb nail was thick and hard and kept digging into me, to the point I would wince in pain. She would giggle and say she forget. The final result of her work was beautiful but not worth the unpleasant experience. I usually where head phones but by the time I sat down to get my manicure, the other techs were so loud in their native tongue that I couldnt hear my own headphones and refused to turn the volume higher, so I took them off. There volume was so loud that I wondered if I was the only person who thought they were way too loud and I wasnt even sitting in front of them. The manicure wasnt the most comfortable because the granite or marble station top had no cushion. As he twisted my hand this way and that I began to become angry because it wasnt comfortable. I ask where the cushion was and the male nail tech gave me a short explanation as to why the station we were at had no hand rest. He just painted my nails without a base coat , which I questioned him and he said the base was already in the gel color. You never have good results when thats true or not. I received a quick hand message and was sent on my way. I received service on 4/22/16 gel on my hands and polish on my toes. My nail polish on my pinky began chipping 4/25/16. 4/26/16 I had to have my thumb redone. By 4/28/16 I had to have my nails completely redone. What a waste on my money.This used to be a great shop when it first opened. Even as I left I swore Id never return.

Poorly. Only thing good are eyebrows and lashes.The nails do not last and gel nails are not actual gel nails 9/10 times.

Ive been coming here for at least 3 years. I tried a few nail techs before I settled on Kim. Well, apparently Kim left. I decided to stay and get my nails done but I already know who I will and will not let do my nails when I visit. I was asked to go to chair 6 and I asked How do you know I want to go to chair 6? They just assume that its ok. The guy in chair 6 decided to say something to the customer that was sent to his chair about me and I told the woman in chair 1 that I wont be coming back because the tech decided to talk like that just because I didnt want to go to his chair. Even in this conversation I could hear him at his table talking saying things like I dont care. If you go here just be mindful that if you say you dont want someone doing your nails or toes they may have something slick to say. This was the 2nd time its happened to me.

Poor quality, unethical manicurists, I watched people come in and literally wait about 45-60 minutes with no acknowledgement, then get up and leave. They allowed money to walk out of the door...

My family and I faithfully go here every two weeks. Everyone is always so full of personality and polite even when I know they are exhausted. They speak very good English and that helps when conducting business. I love how they remember each of us which adds a personal touch. Please try their jelly pedi! You will never get a regular pedi again. It doesnt mater who you choose when you go everyone is good!

Went to get a mani/pedi and was very disappointed. Amanda rushed through my pedicure and then sat me down to do my manicure. While I was getting my pedicure her food from Waitr had arrived. So after rushing through my pedicure she put my hands in the water to soak and said “I’ll be right back.” 15 minutes later and there was no sign of her. So I got up and told them I just wanted to pay for only my pedicure. They called her up front and she was like “Oh, I was just about to come up and finish.” May I add that she was clearly just eating her food in the back because when she came up she was finishing up a bite. Highly dissatisfied and will not be back.

I’m going to give 2 stars because the guy that is working today was nice to my friend & I. This nail salon closes at 6pm. My friend and I walked in at 5:15 & asked for 2 manicures & pedicures. I would like to take the time to point out that if they did not want to service us or did not have time to do our nails, they could have easily told us they did not have the time & I would have been fine with that. Instead, the guy told us to he could help & go ahead & pick out our colors. Meanwhile, the girl with the blue hair & the Asian girl that speaks fluent English (i dont know their names) gave us some unpleasant looks. I ignored it because I assumed they wouldn’t be servicing us, but it was obvious they were annoyed by us coming in at the time we chose. I used the wrong terminology when I said manicure, it was actually supposed to be a fill in, which takes longer, so they were unable to do my hands. That was understandable b/c I used the wrong terminology, so I was fine with them only being able to do my toes. The Asian girl that’s speaks fluent English helped my friend, but she had such an attitude about it. We didnt appreciate her attitude at all. She was so rude with how she was talking to my friend & had no problem showing her annoyance with us. I would like to point out again, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECTLY FINE IF THEY TOLD US THEY DIDNT HAVE TIME TO PERFORM THEIR SERVICES. I wont be coming back. I try not to make it a habit of going anywhere an hour before closing, but we decided to try our hand & see what the outcome was. We were prepared to be turned away if need be, but instead we were allowed to stay. With that being said, I wouldve expected better service from the girl with the attitude than what she provided. I shared my annoyance with the person who referred me to this location & they told me the girl with the attitude ALWAYS has an attitude. She obviously needs to work on her customer service skills. Not to mention, she was using profanity in front of us. She was on the phone telling someone to “feed the damn baby” and saying “dammit” because Chipotle was closed. It’s just unprofessional. It was obvious she didn’t care that we were there. Thanks again to the guy that was pleasant to us when we walked I’m. I’m sorry your coworker doesn’t share the same couth that you have.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spent 40 on the dip nails in less than a week the nails were coming off like press on. I went back with 4 nails missing and the so called Manager was so rude...Come back tomorrow we busy...So rude I hope she doesnt make another dollar.I love my nail tech But management sucks just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...

My SNS powder started to slip off my nails 2 days later, by th end of the week only 3 nails were still polished. I will not return.

I have always loved this place, but I have to find a new one. Today, I arrived 10 min before they opened. I was the second person in the salon and here I sit in a chair an hour and fifteen minutes later. I had me and my daughter ready for mani pedis as a fun outing together but 6 year olds dont do well waiting over an hour and neither do I , frankly. Especially since I arrived early and was the second person in the door. I just wasted an hour of my day. Now we are off to ULTA to buy polish and do our own nails. I cant in good conscience give them any money for making us wait like that.

Only given a star because I had to.I walked in yesterday in I was asked what was I getting I said a soak off and over lay I was told the price is $27.00 I stated thats good so how much for a pedicure she said the cheapest is$21.00 I said ok fine I can get them both done then. I then sat in the Pedi chair and a guy began my pedicure while another lady started the process of soaking my nails off. I was now done with my pedicure and went to the lady who told me the prices when I walked in I sat down she removed some of the acrylic finger by finger twice and was on her way to repeat it again and then tell me your nails are going to be $5 more because of the length I said thats not what you quoted me when I walked in she responded it is also going to be $3 more because of the shape that my nails are already shaped in. So I said why you wait until your completely done taking the acrylic off and then tell there is a price difference so she continued to do my nails because I said she didnt have to shape them so Everytime she filed my nail she filed in the wrong place to take away from the shape of my nail so I would have no choice but To pay for her to reshape them. When I noticed what she was doing and said something became very rude before it was over we started to argue because she had totally screwed my nails up. I walked out and will never go back.Not to mention my feet are peeling today as if they was never done so all around screwed.
