Nail design didnt turn out exactly like I wanted but I still like them.

Elegant nails on milgen rd. Columbus georgia. I will start by saying that the Asian guy that serviced me was very unsanitary. What do I mean by that? Well he had a open Jar of finger nail polish remover and to remove the polish from my nails, he dipped his entire hand in the jar with a cotton ball and begin to clean my nails. After he finished using the drill on my nails, he dipped the drill attachment with his hand inside of the same cloudy looking polish remover jar. I couldnt believe what I was watching. It was all kinds of particles floating in that jar and it was cloudy looking. After he was done with my nails. Their was glue all over my fingers above my nails in which he decided to attempt to scratch it off with his own fingernails. He never put a top coat of polish on my nails. And he became upset when I told him I didnt want gel nails which made his service total go down significantly.. I work in the beauty field so sanitation is extremely important. And they were not busy at all. So now I have to go home and redo my nails. If your wondering why I stayed after seeing all of this knowing what I know is because I also get paid for doing reviews/mystery shop.

Very nice techs and mellow atmosphere! They also knew a lot of customers by name which says a lot! My tech was awesome! She worked a miracle on these dogs because they were barking hard and loud lol. I was embarrassed at the amount of dead skin she scraped off my feet but she made me feel real comfortable! Loved it! Will be back!!!

Got my eyes done she did a great job

Customer service was horrible, but I dealt with it being I loved the nails... All until the clear coat turned a dirty black/grey color & started peeling. Ive never had this happen at any other nail shop.. Then when the clear coat was applied to my toes it started bubbling up .. Im assuming cheap polish. Toe polish turned out the same. Extremely dissapointed.

We arrived at 10am as soon as they opened and with no exaggeration, we sat there for 3 hours before we were seen.My mother in law kept telling me that they were great and that it would be worth the wait.The taller man was yelling at customers for the entire time, my sister actually left when he screamed at her to sit down even when there were no chairs available, and I should have left with her when h turned around to yell at another customer over her nails and him not knowing how to do them.at 12:55 when we finally met our technician, and I showed her what I wanted and told them they were my wedding nails so I was kinda expecting them to look good.She did not wait for the paint to dry and continued to put 5 coats on top of wet paint. She said she was hurrying because she was hungry and wanted to take her break.when she finished, She bolted out the door and when I got opinions from my bridesmaids at the salon with me, they told me to have one of the other technicians clean up the mistakes she made. even though I already was disappointed with how thick they were, the other guy sanded my cuticles and told me to wash my hands, when I went and washed, the nails all wiped off.At this point I demanded a refund and the owner told me there was no way to get a refund and I would have to wait an hour for the technician to return from her break, I was not about to spend 6 hours in that salon so I just left and counted it loss.

Ken always does an amazing job! Ive had issues with other nail salons in the area not listening to what I ask for. Ken always gets it right and exceeds my expectations!

AJ is awesome best nail tech....he is the one with bleached hair and very sweet. He does a great job. The one thing I must say is their lack of punctuality. They open at ten but only one person is on time and thats the one opening. The rest of the nail techs show up at 10:30 or 11....really. I know their time is valuable but so is the customer. If the customer can be on time then they should be on time as well..

Gel lady is pretty good!

I got an awesome pedicure here. I also love the way the Asian lady did my nails. However, the young, white female did a terrible job on my nails. Therefore, I removed a star. Half my nails look two weeks old, and I just had them done a few days ago. However, I still love this place overall.

Ken did a great job on my ombré nails . He made sure I liked length and everything before he continued. My pedicure was done by a younger gentleman and he took his time and made sure he made everything was nice and neat. The only thing I would say could be different is have the younger lady who was suppose to be learning be more friendly.

Went for a fill in and one nail repair, ended up spending $80 for ugly nail shape and design wasnt what I ask for, over charged for a fill in and repair, after a week my nails broke all off at the tip because the lady didnt put enough acrylic on my nails, I do not recommend because the wait time is long, and too much time being spent waiting for tech to do multiple things, does not design nail as asked and charge too much for fill in and repair, charged my niece $70 for very short gel nails, one color only they are awful at elegant nails

Ken and Eye are the best

I was excited to let Ken do my nails again after so many years ago. But he had me sitting, waiting and didnt speak when I spoke to him. So I left and never went back.

Do not go here. This place was terrible. Mad attitude and terrible nail out come. Ken did them and after doing my pinky three times, it was still ugly. Go to glamour nails. It is 4 mins away. They fixed me right up.

This place is fabulous. I look forward every 2 weeks to my fill in. Every nail tech is amazing. Ken, the owner is so funny and friendly. The prices are amazing and you get great work. Meena has been doing my nails lately and she is so sweet and takes her time. I won’t let any other shop touch my nails!

Worth the wait

This is ridiculous! I went to get a full set and a young lady did them and they came out horrible my shape is incorrect my length is incorrect and my nails overall are sloppily done.I highly do not recommend going to this nail salon!and I spent 65$

I walked in to simply get my nails soaked off which was specifically stated prior to service “Stephen” broke my nails off and charged me $10. Another worker tried to make it as if it was my fault when i get the same service at another location and my nails have never been broken. poor customer service.

I was treated quite shabbily ! The so-called technician stayed on her cell phone just as much as she called herself giving me a pedicure. I had 2 other appointments to go to but she was busy enjoying her texts !!!! I walked out and she tried to stop me. She lied about she had a sick child but why was she smiling ??!! No thanks ! I went elsewhere !!

Ken and Mrs.Kelly do a wonderful job!!! We followed him from one place to his own shop. Mrs. Kelly his wife is the best when it comes to eye brows as well as nails

Great nail techs. Ken does a great job with nail art and his wife does an amazing job with eyebrow waxing. My husband treated me to a full set, pedicure, and a eyebrow wax for my 29th Birthday this past Saturday August 27 it was amazing. Thanks everyone.

My experience was bad. All of my nails were different sizes and colors from what i asked.

Everyone was super friendly, but I went here because of the ratings they had. My pedicure was good- but I was really disappointed with my manicure (gel french). I ended up leaving and going to Walgreens to buy a few nail files to fix my manicure. After spending $80, NO one should have to do that. Not a clue why this place has 5 stars other then theyre friendly and its clean. Quality/price isnt worth it.

My daughter, friend and I came here for the first time and I was very impressed. Ken was extremely awesome with my 6 year old and my nails came out amazing!

Prices are beyond their work skills. I would Not recommend going to Mimi for lashes or brows. Shes careless with her work & charge $10 just to color on top of my brows. I would not go back.

I absolutely love Ken. Hes the best nail tech ever, and hes a professional artist so everything is does is always unique and different. He has been doing my nails for years and no matter where in the world I might be when it comes to my nails no one but Ken can do them.

Very poor customer service. I actually went to the shop after seeing work on facebook, asked if he did SNS and if I needed to sign in anywhere. He told me to have a seat. I waited 1 hr and then 2 people came in behind me with no appts were seen before me. I asked him at wht point will I be seen, and was told that I had to wait for everyone else to finish. I just told him that I was leaving.All he said was sorry, and unlocked the door to let me out. At that point it was 8pm and every other shop had already closed. Very poor customer service. I will never go back. U lost a potential new client. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.
