My kids have learned so much in a very short time. The coaches are all so charismatic and personable that it allows the kids to have a great time learning. The gym environment overall is great and I enjoy the classes as well. Best gym in Columbus!

We love this gym! Professor Joe and Miss Shayn are the best! My kids do kids bjj and kickboxing and my husband does the adult bjj classes and they have all learned so much and improved tremendously! We tried other gyms before this one and am so glad we found a home here! 10/10 would recommend!!

They are great with children. My son went from shy to attentive in minutes. Highly recommend. He has full control over his students and the environment was wonderful. I cant wait to return.

I recently started training at F3. They have a great schedule and a variety of classes. The schedule and expert instruction easily accommodates individuals with varying skills and experience. The owner and entire team go out of there way to create a great environment. Highly recommend.

From the day I started coming everyone has been very welcoming and kind. I didn’t really know what to expect when coming for the first time, but the atmosphere along with the great personalities of the people at the gym have made me stay well over a year. By far the best gym I’ve ever been too.

Awesome gym! Ive done the morning womens group trainings and I am currently doing personal training. Let me just say It IS The Truth! If you are serious about change, you will get what you come for. This is a phenomenal place to train multiple disciplines. Joe Creer is an amazing coach who is passionate about improving his students and he takes time to focus on each person’s development. There is also a great sense of community here and tons of good people helping each other out.

Excellent training facility. Joe Creer is a phenomenal coach with knowledge in striking and grappling. F3 is the place to go whether its to lose weight, train for a fight or self defense.

Donnie is an excellent boxing coach. Shayntain is phenomenal with the womens fitness & Joe exceeds expectations with MuayThai, Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu. F3 is an amazing gym with awesome coaches! They have classes for adults and children. I pay about $90 a month for my son (12 yrs old) to be able to train in either boxing, kickboxing, or martial arts 5 days a week. Childrens classes are from 5-6 or 5:30-6:30 its definately worth checking out!!!

WOW! what an awesome gym! They have everything you need for a authentic mixed martial arts experience! They have the best black belt in jiu jitsu in town - Jason Keaton. They have a golden glove champion boxing coach! Everyone treats you like family here, and makes you get better! I love this place!

Jason Keaton is a high level black belt with tons of competition experience. Ive trained with him countless times and he is a quality instructor. Top notch BJJ training.

They have some of the best instructors. I absolutely love the professionalism and family atmosphere. I strongly recommend for anyone interested in Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, or Jui-Jitsu to come this gym and try it out!
