Five boys heading to Eagle Trace Apartments via the field of Eddy Middle School stole my sons bike and possibly two other bikes that they ditched then later picked back up after having ran across South Lumpkin, almost causing two separate accidents and nearly getting hit, all while yelling and cussing at us.Apartment staff was friendly and helpful in hearing our concerns.

Filled out an applicationocation...was called back 2 hrs later after paying my application fee to hear i wasnt approved because of my record...havent bern arrested in over 10 years...and Im sure there are a ton of babydaddies in that complex with worse records than mine

This place is awful. They keep removing negative reviews. Their water is getting turned off August 5th 2020 because non payment to water company. Im glad I moved out of there just in time.
