FedEx in their infinite wisdom, decided the address where my package was being delivered was incorrect. Called the 1-800 number and the verified the address was correct. But couldnt do anything about it, I had this package sent from the seller to one of their stores because I am never home, and FedEx denied to deliver it. I wont be using FedEx for anything in the future.

I missed an important delivery- went to the FedEx shipping center to pick up- my first time there- waited on promptly by a friendly, efficient associate, well taken care of, and out the door in about 3 minutes total! Very satisfied!

Automated answering service could use some tweeks. Things always seem to run smoother after a customer service agent finally gets online.

Good place for dropping or shipping something.Their hours are longer than other locations.But they don’t have an office print facility here like other places.Envelopes and boxes are available here.Friendly staff. Easy to spot from the road.Good parking available.Drop off option also available outside.They have two counters here and was not crowded both the times I visited in the past years.As you only FedEx is very expensive compared to other shipping services but they have very fast delivery options if you are ready to pay.I recommend this place.

The worst shipping company I deal with, my shipment with them is more than a week and they dont want to deliver it to me

Place is in a pretty low key location and out of the way. Looked to have any services you need for shipping packages via FedEx.

This location is improperly described on its website. Do not be fooled. The website says this location will pack and ship for you this is incorrect. The staff member I spoke to hear was very unhelpful and very short with me. This is a shipping location only dont waste your time trying to do anything else here. I would suggest you have all of your paperwork in order before dealing with anyone here

Somehow Fedex managed to deliver a package on time, very unusual. Service was fast.

Our package delivery had some problems. The tracking information showed an invalid address. We called in and verified the address was correct. We were told it would be delivered the next day. OK, no big deal, but it never showed up the next day. We called again late that evening and request to pick it up at the Fed Ex facility.. The next morning we were told we could not pick it up until a delivery attempt was made. They transferred our call to the International St location where the package was located. Like a breath of fresh air,,.. Kathleen picked up the phone and said she would get the package and we could come over and pick it up. When I arrived at the Fed Ex facility Jennifer brought the package to me. I signed for it and headed home. Im giving the 4 stars because of the dedicated employees that took personal responsibility to resolve the problem. This is the Can Do spirit that Fred Smith envisioned for his business. Some of it is still alive and well. Nice save ladies. Thank You

Open until 8:00pm and your shipments go out to the same day. Other branches holds your items until the next day if you drop off after 4

Horrible Service!!! Delivered to wrong address and they marked it as delivered. They never updated tracking picked up wrong delivery and never called!!! I had called two days in a row promising it was on the truck. Still no delivery. Spoke to a manager today. Promised it would be delivered by 12:00. Guess what no shipment. Called again and they said it was on a truck and would be delivered by end of business day. I asked what was business day end since most are 5 . She said 7:30. We are an office!!!!!

Didnt deliver my order 3 DAYS in a row because they didnt bother to check the shipping codes. I called after each failed delivery and was promised it would be delivered the next day... hopefully tomorrow they figure it out.

Absolute terrible customer service. Came in to pick up a package and essentially would not give me it because my permanent address on my drivers license did not match my apartment address though my id name and all the bills I have match. Not to mention the lady at the front desk was very unpleasant to deal with and walked away when we were speaking. I understand if this is company policy but I am more angry with how the lady at the front desk treated us “customers.” Disgraceful.

So I have a very important package I’m told I can pick up at 3pm-8pm , I show up to pick up and facility is closed at 2pm. Now I have to wait till Monday. I expect a resolution quickly about this , I pay a lot of money for shipping for wrong and incorrect information . This is unexceptionable. Won’t be using your services any more. Iv had other issues with fed ex. Spend your money with UPS OR USPS.

Not available as a pick up location anymore. This is practically down the road from my house and I am not driving to the Walmart/Walgreens to pick it up. Why cant I pick up my packages at the customer counter anymore??

They wont do what is listed online and what other locations are willing to do. Do not attempt to pick up a package at this location they will lie and say it isnt there yet or still on a truck when it has already been confirmed to be there and ready for pickup and just tell you to wait for it to come to your house when they get to it

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people have no respect for your time and money. I received a door tag that had NO NAME ON IT, and no phone number. I ask my roommate if she is expecting a package and she says no, so it must be mine. Turns out I spend a quarter of a tank of gas before arriving, where there is no package waiting for me and it takes 20 minutes for them to track it down. When they finally track down the package it is not mine or my roommates!!!Happy Fourth of July everyone -.-

It’s not the people that work here, it’s fed ex. Every time something gets shipped to us via fedex, it’s days behind. Or in today’s case, we had no option of being able to let the people at our apartment office take the shipment and sign. It’s ridiculous.
