All of the technicians who have come to my home have been professional, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. They have been very patient, always willing to answer my questions, look at things I have a concern with etc. One even brought my trash can up the driveway from the street for me. (They have all been super sweet to my dogs, too!) The office staff have also been very good at contacting me about upcoming appointments and working with my schedule as necessary. I am very happy I chose Northwest.

I love the staff at Northwest Exterminating. They are professional and friendly. They always explain in detail the services needed or being performed, and punctual with appointments.

Called Northwest to have someone come out and check for some rodent issues that came up. Got is scheduled quickly. They were on time, called to say they were on the way and showed up exactly in that time frame. Very professional and friendly. When the work was scheduled the guys showed up on time, cleaned up the property from the materials they used, got the stuff done and were out the door. Very nice and professional. 10 out of 10 service.

Great service performed by a great technician, named Mike. He is the face of a great company that does a grand service of taking care of homeowner in the war in bugs and things that may harm a property. Would nit have any other service done by any one but Northwest Extermination.

We have been using Northwest for a little over 2 years, and the customer service has been outstanding. Allen Hinkle is our service representative, he is always on-time and a pleasure to work with. He is very polite, and pays attention to detail. We have used a few other services in the area and were not provided the superior service that we receive at Northwest. We haven’t had any issues with spiders since they began servicing our home, and that wad by far our biggest problem. The pricing is reasonable, and everything regarding cost was explained to me up front. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I have been paying for termite service for the last 6 years. When they first came out to put the bait traps out they were very friendly and perfeasional. I havent seen them but 2 more times since then within 6 years. One time was because I said I wasnt paying them until someone came out to at least tell me if I have any termintes. The second time was today to come pick up the bait traps. Wasnt even notified they were coming today. After telling them I was not paying this year because I never see them come out and replace or check the bait traps. Out of six years, paying 286.00 a year for termite service and only hearing from them through a annual email of a 286.00 bill to pay.

Customer service is beyond excellent. From the people answering the phones (no automated phone service - praise!!!) to the technitions who come to my home - everyone is kind and relatable. Each employee greats me like a familar friend instead of a customer. Most importantly, I appreciate that the same employees come to my home with each visit (I have pest, wildlife, and gutter contracts). If home alone, females are put into a compromised situation when forced to allow service technitions inside.The folks who service my home give off very positive vibes, put me at ease, and because its the same faces with each visit, I feel comfortable if my husband/kids are away. The response time is great. If I report a concern - someone is dispatched no questions asked. Its evident that my perception of being a satified customer is a priority concern.

Returned call promptly, easy to work with, much more reasonable than some bigger companies. Give them a try!

These have got to be the nicest people on the planet all working in one office. The service, communication and follow-through is incredible. We have used NW for termites, mosquito and just regular pest control services. They are knowledgeable and take the time to share their knowledge when I have questions. I trust their service teams recommendations because they have never tried to push unnecessary services. These are just good people. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys have consistently been nothing short of fantastic to me. Genuinely nice guys and staff who really care. One of the biggest things is we had termites while with Northwest (when fighting mother nature you cant always win) and they took care of us with no hesitations whatsoever! We also do the Green Elite program and when we have a question or a need (like trying to control our mosquitoes) they are at our house right away with an extra treatment. We love our Columbus Northwest!

I love the work Northwest puts in. Anytime I noticed bugs coming back they would come out and touch up. It really made a significant difference. At some point we had a few rats make way into our home and I called hoping they could help. They certainly did help, came back a few times to rebait, and always made sure to follow up. I really appreciate the comfort they provided at reasonable rates. I am critter free thanks to Northwest Exterminators. The staff is fantastic, informative, consistent, and professional.

Our service representative was William Glidden and he did a very nice job with our lawn and after he was finished he was very polite and thorough with explaining every thing he did. Very dependable and responsive

Ive been with Northwest Exterminating and Lawn Care for about 3 years Mr. Bill Glidden has been servicing my yard pretty much the entire time. Talk about great customer service that is Mr. Bill. Very knowable with lawn care. He has made my lawn so beautiful I get asked almost daily who treats my lawn. I have recommended so many people to Northwest now they just like me we only want Bill to over see the lawn, I know we cant be selfish he has other lawns. I really wish he could get something like a Hero award for the hard work he does not only in my community but also for all the other ones as well. Now if I can just get my entire neighborhood to sign up with Northwest. Thank you Mr. Bill Glidden.

I was a customer of Northwest Exterminating while living in Newnan, GA & kept their service when I moved to Phenix City, AL in 2011. I have quarterly pest control & an annual termite contract. The service I have received from both the technician & office staff has been nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Great customer service

Northwest charged me over $600 for bat removal services. The area on my roof they closed, reopened and they want to charge me another $200 to fix it. That is unsatisfactory, your work should be guaranteed!Update: Thank you Northwest for repairing my roof.
