Clean enough, but wasnt satisfied. Majority of the dryers were out of order or labeled not getting hot.I chose a dryer that didnt dry and wasnt labeled. The worker told me a sign was on there, but must have been removed.I had to dry my clothes 3 times as the new dryer I chose didnt get it all dry in 30 mins. On the final time I pulled out a few items still wet/damp; that was after an hour dry.They do have a service where they wash/dry/fold for you. If you dont have the time to stay and deal maybe consider that as an option.

Upon entering Soap Haven at CSU Plaza I immediately noticed the cleanliness and great customer service by the Manager, Christy. The prices are affordable and the machines are heavy duty (4 Loads per machine). Also, Each machine is sanitized after each wash. Great work!!! 👍🏽

I was on business travel during COVID-19, when no hotels had their wash open. I popped in, they weighed my close and told me theyd call me back when it was done. Less than 2hrs later my clothes were folded and waiting for me.They smelled great and felt super clean. Would come back to this establishment from now on. Clean, professional, friendly and prompt.

Worst laundry mat ever..... Been drying one load of cloths for over an hour and still not dry. Half of their dryers dont work... pitiful...if nothing works right you need to shut your business down.

A very good place to-do your laundry. While there go next door too the EARLY BIRD 🐤 for a good home cooked meal. They just opened but truly a good soul food resturant. I promise you cant go wrong with that choice. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Great experience here! (Unsure why anyone would rate less than 5-star) Clean, affordable place to do your laundry with genuinely friendly & helpful management.Dryers are large enough to easily fit two wash loads.Plenty of washers, too - even with a couple of them being out of service.

Staff is really friendly and place and machines are clean! The lady was cleaning the machines as soon as they were done being used. Only reason I wouldnt come back is because it is super small and not too many machines and seemed rather pricey to me

When I do have to go to a laundromat, I come here. It clean, quiet, kept up well and staff is very friendly.

Nice clean facility. The woman at the front desk is nice as can be. Washers are good and $2.50 per load and theyre cleaned after every wash. The dryers on the other hand arent the best. Expect to pay anywhere from $3 to $4 per dryer to dry yourclothes. .

Ms. Christy was so nice and helpful!! She cleans the machines after each use, and there are multiple washer/dryer sizes. You can wash 4 loads of laundry for about $7. Ill be a regular there from now on.

It’s a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. I pass by it everyday and just noticed a couple of days ago. The lady that works there is very nice and friendly as well, she makes you feel welcomed. She cleans each washer and dryer as you are done.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first time at soap Haven on University. I had always used another laundrymat and my clothes were not getting clean. Well Im so glad I decided to come here. The lady that works here is amazing. From helping with the wash machine to just being so helpful and nice. Thank you I have found my new spot to do my laundry.

I loved this place I was able to seat with my son and fold and wash my laundry. Everyone is so nice and it was an overall enjoyable experience. I recommend it much better than other places Ive been to

I havent been to this place in a very long time. The washers have been upgraded. The washers & dryers eat a lot of quarters! I gave this place 3 stars because its quite expensive to wash only 2 loads for $5.50 for a load!!! The machine took additional quarters and I had to get a refund. The attendant was very professional, polite, and attentiveI will not revisit this place.

Best laundry experience of all time. The amazingly sweet attendant greets everyone, shows you how to work the machines, and even told us to go explore the mall or grab food and she would put our clothes in the dryer (she folded and bagged them for us too). Clothes get clean, like they do anywhere, but the service is out of this world and deserving of a million stars. Free Wi-Fi, movies on TV, and water bottles if you plan to stick around. Plenty of laundry materials, a change dispenser, and other basic necessities. Bring your business here, they deserve it.

I just moved to the area and had a ton a laundry to do. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and in good repair.

This is the best laundromat I have ever been to. Christy helped us, she is FANTASTIC!!I would recommend everyone to try this place. Their drop off service is out of this world.

First and foremost, I’ve never been to a laundromat where the host cleans the machines after every person has used it! WOW! Second, this is the only laundromat in Columbus that has 95% of their machines in good working order.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! It’s very clean and tidy too. The woman who works here was constantly sweeping and cleaning the machines. We’ll be back for sure!

Nice facility. Good washers and dryers. She talked with me and interacted. Didnt make it feel like they just wanted my money. Even demonstrated how to use the machines and which machines were best for my loads so i wouldnt spend to much money.

This place is very clean. The attendant cleans the machines after every use. Shes also super friendly. Some of the machines dont work but theyre marked and she will stop you if you try to use them by accident. Overall would visit again.

Very clean and saw reviews first that made me push towards this laundromat. Came in with my belongings at 9AM and STILL received good service. She cleans out every washer & dryer after every use

This is my first time coming here. Walking in it is very clean. The lady that works here is very nice and she greets you when you come in. Will come back next week.

Very convenient and affordable attendant was very nice the machines worked well they did have the small washer which holds 20 lbs for 2.50 and 5 load machine for 5.50 which was the money saver. Will definitely recommend

Awesome place. Mom and pop owned, with great customer service. They will even wash and fold all your Laundry. Do you have a feather bed or duvet? They have large washers to clean all your bulky laundry. Free WiFi and snacks available.

Was actually visiting Columbus. Washed a few towels for my Mother and attempted to dry when noticed her dryer was not working. We looked for a laundry near by. Found one that looked terrible. Saw a commercial on tv for Soap Haven on University. Perfect! It was very clean. Christy, the attendant was friendly, very intellectual, knows the business. She tOld us about other locations, and demonstrated how to operate the dryers. She was great!

Always clean unlike others places about 30 mins to wash and about 30-40 mins to dry. Very convenient.
