My wedding is next weekend & I came in to get my ring polished & Robert took absolute care of me!!!! He cleaned & polished my ring & I did not have to worry about it being sent off & not coming back in time for my wedding!! I am now stress free about this!! Firstly, all the staff upon entry was very polite and welcoming. They allowed me to just roam around and see what I liked the most. I was approached by Sharon, very polite, honest and understanding. She walked me through all the purchasing options as well as the additional care the item would require. I at no time felt pressured or misunderstood. I was happy with the selection and look further to purchasing with Sharon again.

My fiancé and I recently stopped into this store to browse engagement rings. We were so impressed and happy with the service we received by Gina and Sharon. They were so helpful and expressed excitement for our upcoming engagement. They genuinely cared about the process and picking a ring that I loved. We had browsed other stores and were unimpressed with the “car salesman approach.” Gina and Sharon didn’t approach the process with pressure or pushiness to purchase from them. They were so refreshing, professional, and friendly. My fiancé shared with me that his experience purchasing the ring later was equally amazing. They immediately remembered him from our previous visit together. He was impressed that they remembered him and their ability to recall what rings we had previously looked at. This is my go-to jewelry store for over 10 years. Watch repairs, ring resizing, whatever is needed, they are able to get things right. Yesterday I ended up purchasing both of my wifes anniversary and birthday presents, spent 20 minutes between looking and checking out, and got exceptional value on both. Worth the time and effort to shop!

Manager was nice, but being in that store made me feel unwelcome. One of the women made me feel bad about a ring I had in the past because it was cheap, making comments under her breath. I don’t like to leave bad reviews because I also work in retail, but that boiled my blood. I’m sorry I’m not rich like you. :(

Ms. Melinda is amazing. I came to Reeds Jewelers with two very tarnished Pandora bracelets; my charms were just as tarnished. I was so sad about them. Ms. Melinda went out her way and brought my bracelets and charms completely back to life, it was like I got two new bracelets and charms. I was shocked and now I can’t stop looking at my bracelets and charms, she was also very informative about how to properly care for my Pandora jewelry to avoid them tarnishing again. I always get my Pandora jewelry from her as well, she is always so helpful and patient while making my Pandora decisions! She definitely makes you want to come back again and again!

While shopping at reeds for a replacement wedding ring I met Melinda and she was above superb. She was so polite and an amazing saleswoman. I myself am in sales and know what it takes to really connect with people and how some have those challenges. Not Melinda! I left with a new ring and tons of Pandora jewelry. My husband wasn’t to happy but I was! ❤️😂

The only jewelry store in the mall that carries Pandora. I was looking at Pandora Me collection. I was surprised they only had a few in stick especially this time of the year. Very disappointed. The sales clerk was courteous. My advice, go online to get the charms.

I had a wonderful customer service experience with not one, but two sales women Gina and Sharon. They showed me and gave me their undivided attention and time, and they were sincere, very helpful, and professional.

Gina and Sharon were VERY helpful in finding a band to match my engagement ring. They were enthusiastic and not at all pushy. I have made this Reeds the first store I shop for jewelry simply because they have demonstrated a commodity that has been lost in the sales world...good customer service.

I went in just to have my Wedding Rings cleaned and left with an Upgrade thanks to my wonderful Husband. The Store Manager Robert and the Sales Associate Joyce were great. They helped us every step of the way making sure I got just what I wanted, I even picked out an upgrade for my Husband at a wonderful price. Have been here 3 times now, the first time I didnt buy anything, told them this upfront, and the stuff was super nice and helpful. Answered all my questions about pandora charms. The second time I came by there was when I wanted to upgrade my wifes wedding set, we went to Kays first then Reeds after. Got a much better set at Reeds and saved $1,000. Plus the interest rate was way way lower then Kays 24% (insane because they do not offer anything lower then that). The 3rd time we went to Reeds was tonight, got their at 8:20 pm and the staff was happy to help. Ended up leaving with a new wedding band and a watch. Great people who care about you as if you where family and will keep you within your budget. Huge thanks to Sharon our sales representative on all 3 trips and the manager Robert. Update: Reeds agreed to give me my money back since my ring was scrapped without my consent. 25 May 2016 we got our check and the name was spelled wrong. Reeds nor our bank would cash the check.. We were told it could be picked up on 31 May 2016.. It is now 10 June 2016 and still no check nor money. The only explanation we got was Reeds cuts checks once per week and the store manager wasnt sure why it was in.. Well I think its been well past their 1 week of cutting checks. I have NEVER been through this with any other store I have bought jewelry from. After this fiasco, I will never use this store again!!!!I would put 0 stars if I could. My band on my ring had cracked, the sales associate told me it would be back in 2 weeks from getting repaired. Here it is almost a month later and still no ring in sight. I will NEVER do business here again.
