Stopped in to get my broken phone replaced. Griffin helped me find several deals that would give me the best phone within a good price range. Transferred all of my info without any trouble. Best service Ive experienced in a long time! Great job! Very professional and helpful!

The employees at this location have always treated me with fairness and honesty, and have always been helpful beyond what they are required to do. Todays experience with Griffin was no exception. Not only did he exceed expectations in technical knowledge, he also showed me ways to save money through different promotions I wasnt aware of. People like Griffin are the reason I stay with Verizon.

This store lied to me about Verizon promotion. he said that I will get 800 dollars for one of my phones and 600 dollars for the other one. when I got my two new phones, the first two bills were so high. I call Verizon tech support and they told me that none of the promotions were applied. and my old phones that I have sent to Verizon were not showing up in the system. A nice lady from Verizon tech support took two days to get this matter resolved. during those two days, she called the store more than 10 times the guy in the store keep giving her a new story every time. the last story she heard was that the manager is not available until next week, and the guy who gave me the promotion called off that day. the Verizon tech support lady told me that she gave up with them. she was only able to apply the current promotion they have which was way less than what the store promised. I dont recommend this place. they are not honest. the only thing they care about is to hook you up with new contract.

This place is great!! Excellent service by pretty much everyone that works here.Very knowledgeable staff that helps you with all your needs and on tip of that wi help you get the best possible deal on a phone, watch or tablet.We have now bought seven different phones and devices at this location.Highly recommend this store and I will come back any and every time I am in need for a Verizon related device!!!

I had an iPhone crisis and was lucky enough to choose this Verizon location to ask for help. Jared was very professional and offered great advice regarding all of my options. I 100% recommend going to this Verizon location for any of your phone-related needs. Upgrading my phone is one of my least favorite things to do because it’s usually extremely time consuming and can get confusing when you don’t know a lot about your upgrade options. Jared, however, made this process extremely painless and easy for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision on a new phone and made the switch over as fast as possible. Of course transferring data from one phone to another always takes a decent amount of time, but Jared kept me entertained through what is usually a boring process. I left the store feeling excited about my new phone and grateful that Jared was the one who helped me that day. I will definitely be going back to Jared for my next upgrade!!

This has been the first positive phone company experience that I have ever had! Jared helped us set up two new phones and transfer one to a new line in under an hour. He was very helpful and fully explained the reasoning for everything in terms that we could understand. Extremely friendly and relatable. Even though we are moving out of Columbus, we will be coming here for all our future Verizon endeavors.

If I could give a zero as a review I would. I am a long-standing Verizon Wireless customer. I stopped in to this location, to pick up a new SIM card. When I told them that I needed the card, they told me it would be $20. When I got a card from another location the card was free 6 months ago. Im glad I did my research and knew that I should get a free SIM card.I would not recommend this store. Dont waste your time here, go elsewhere!

I went to this store yesterday, for the first time, hoping to get out of driving to my usual AT & T store or Target (crazy Christmas traffic) trying to buy a last minute Christmas present (looking for an extra Apple charger... where does my son leave his chargers; they disappear like socks). A man named Cameron assisted me. He was very helpful, informative, and spent a lot of time with me answering my Apple IPhone questions. I purchased 2 rapid chargers that fit my phone and love how quickly they charge our phones. He also talked me through how to access my photos from iCloud since Im not very tech savvy.Ill definitely head back there next time I need assistance or have questions about a new phone.
