Love this place not sure I could go anywhere else and get the gains I get with such a friendly staff. Been here for years even after I moved I still drive 45 mins to this gym! Feel like family!

The staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable , helpful and professional. You are treated like family as soon as you walk through the door. I’ve been a member of this gym for 3.5 years and it’s by far the best gym in Columbus. It’s VERY clean and the members are always friendly and respectful of eachother. I would highly recommend this gym.

Very satisfied with this Anytime Fitness. I travel a lot for work around the country and there’s always an AF wherever I go, this one is top notch in comparison to all others. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the equipment is very well kept and they’ve done a great job managing things amongst the ever changing restrictions.

Anytime Fitness is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. They have lots of different types of equipment so you can choose what kinds of workouts you want to do. The facility is kept extremely clean. Everyone is welcome, no matter their age or fitness level. Very professional outstanding staff I recommend this gym to anyone

I’ve been a member of two different gyms in Columbus and this Anytime Fitness is by far the best gym around. The staff is very helpful and professional, makes you feel right at home. Also it’s one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been at. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This gym is my favorite. Donna is the instructor for our “Seniors Steps Class” and she is creative with our workouts. The gym is very clean and safe during COVID.

This anytime fitness is a very pleasant place to workout. When I was lifting no one criticized my grunts. I felt like the staff were very supportive with allowing to go as intense as I needed on my workout. The staff was also always very attentive and gave great customer service. Best part was when I had a recent account issue, the Owner and staff resolved it expediently and with great sincerity. I would recommend this Anytime Fitness location to anyone looking for a pleasant and no fuss workout environment. Again a shout out to everyone that assisted in helping resolve with my account issue. Good equipment, friendly staff.

This gym isnt overly expensive unless you do the 2 year membership but you get what you pay for. The equipment is up to date and usually clean depends on the amount of foot traffic from the day. The staff is friendly unless you come in here throwing weights and slamming them which you shouldnt be doing anyways. This gym is extremely military friendly. And the dumbells go up to 120lbs which is nice.

Owner managers were condescending.

ORIGINAL POST: Excellent place to get fit. They promote taking the first step toward a healthier you. No judgmental stares like the big gyms. People of all ages and fitness levels workout side by side. The staffed hours are good and you have 24/7 access to fit your schedule. Great selection of equipment for cardio, weight machines, and free weights. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The columbus ga anytime fitness is the best gym in town. The staff are awesome and its always very clean. Best I have been in in sc and NC. Adding a bit more.. It seems I can lift weights but have difficulties with my fat thumbs hitting the correct amount of stars. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up are the best I can give. They deserved the correct number of stars so I am correcting that now. This is truly a great gym. Staff are the best I have seen anywhere.

I freaking love this gym. 24/7 hours of operation is so great. It’s always so clean and smells fresh despite it being a gym. They have great amenities and everyone is always so friendly here staff or clients. The bathrooms are great too! They smell fresh and you get a big bathroom with a personal showers. Definitely the cherry on top of this gym. Looking forward to getting more time here!

Whenever I’m in town, this gym is my favorite get away. From the staff to the 24 hour availability of working out whenever you want. For me I can’t get it in until pretty late, plus it’s not crowded in the evenings so it works out for me! If you’re looking for a new gym, or need help with training, they also have very experienced trainers there that you can set an appointment with and they’ll get you going. I gave it 5 stars because I did my physical therapy there when I broke my leg this past year. Everyone was so kind in helping me with my weights and getting set in (even though I was resistant, they still helped me haha). Now I’m back to my leg routines and really gotta thank these guys for all the help and encouragement!Check ya later!

My boyfriend and I just joined a few days ago and we already can’t say enough positive things about this gym. I have had many memberships with different gyms and this is by far the best. Very clean with a great vibe. Traci and other staff are great. Love the fact they allow you access 24/7 and don’t force staff on premises at all times.

Ive been around longer than most and have had other gym memberships. Ive always felt welcome at other gyms but here I truly feel like family. Six months of working with Cory Brown and were achieving amazing results. If youre looking to get healthy in a caring and compassionate place with a family feel. This is your gym! See you there!

Clean, almost never too busy, great staff

I tried multiple times to sign up to become a member only because it was close to home and regardless of price, but first I wanted to try their 3 day pass before I committed. I was told by their staff to stop by on Saturday to start my pass since I travel for work during the week. This place is impossible, giving excuse after excuse why i couldnt sign up for their 3 day pass. Its important to me to know what Im about to sign up for. After attempting again, and talking to their management and being rejected, I decided they were not worth my business. This place is not worth it considering theres another 24/7 gym at a fraction of the cost. I literally wanted to sign up and the lady I spoke to was clearly not interested in gaining a new customer. This place is ridiculous!!! I rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Planet Fitness and not deal with this.

I was here a month while on a work detail. The gym has the basics. And only the basics. But the biggest problem are the fussy owners who seem to invent rules on the spot. No chalk. Keep your running shoes on for deadlifts (super dangerous). Dont move the barbells. Its a gun where they really dont want you using their gym. Go somewhere else!

Joined just a few weeks ago because I was dissatisfied with the gym I belonged too. AF is an awesome facility and has met all of my expectations for a great physical work out. Great staff and a very clean and organized facility. Strongly recommend getting in on this deal. I went for a visit and a workout and I was hooked. Glad to me a member. Wise choice.

Nice new machines. Every treadmill has a tv you control. Fantastic staff and hours. Little pricey per month but better than any other gym in town

I have been going here since they opened! Best gym in the area. All of the staff members are very friendly and professional. The gym is kept very clean and equiptment is fixed in a timely manner. If you havent checked this gym out yet, you are missing out big time!

Please dont waste your money. You can sign up at any local gym for pennies on the dollar for what you will pay here. The price for the trainers is 3 times more than you will pay right down the road. I signed up at a near by gym and membership includes cost of trainers. Dont let these guys fool you. Im paying 3 times less with there competitor for more room and more services. What a shame they charge so much. Stay away!

I went for the first time tonight. I assume the lady was the owner she wasnt very friendly it was very crowded and smelled. Im stuck with a year membership that I doubt I will use.

I called and spoke with Donna today, August 18th and she was extremely short in tone and unnecessary abrupt and rude. I am new to Columbus, GA and thought that Anytime Fitness might meet me needs and fit my schedule due to 24 hour access. I visited the local website online and was told that I could have a 7 day pass to try out the gym. This is not at all unusual. When I called and told Donna that I wanted to start my 7 day pass today she smugly interrupted me and told me that they only offer a 3 day pass to those with a local ID. I informed her that I went into the local website after googling local fitness centers and I was sent an email stating that I had a 7 day pass and should print and bring the copy of my email in with me. Again, she told me that is a corporate email and said, “as I said before there will only be a 3 day pass and you must be a local resident.” How absurd is that? Even though I have obtained my GA license, what if I had only relocated here a few weeks ago and had not yet gotten my state license...this does happen all the time, I think a person has 30 days to obtain a license. Because of HER and HER rude condescending attitude I definitely will not patronize that center, I will join a gym and take my money elsewhere.
