Big Scam. Terrible stafding. Don’t give explanation how the interest is charged. Avoid them at any cost. They put me 700$ fees that they cannot tell me how they charge them. Terrible. Zero star

I had a same as cash lease. Told it was due on the 24th. Called 14th to set everything up. Told it was actually 16th. Was called back on 15th to say its now the 9th, apologized but said DM said if I paid $240 before the 24th I’d be paid in full . I said I owed $1100. She said that what her DM said, made it seem like a apology. Paid $240, was told Id get my certificate of ownership in the mail, and that my account was closed. They called on the 17th, said I now owe $1500 and my end date was the 13th. She also said I only paid $900. She said a manager will call. On the 19th a asm called said I only paid $700 and I owe $1500. Said a DM would call. DM called snapping at me saying I was scamming him. Told me it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t pay my bill. This statement was inaccurate because I did in fact try to pay my bill but they kept telling be the wrong date and amount, even said I was paid. Then he I told him the issue. He said his employee made a mistake but that I still owed everything and extra. Said I only paid $800. Told me we had a conversation about extending my end dat to the 24th if I paid $240. I asked him when we talked. He could not say. I told him to just give me a month. He said last month(August), I advised him that was impossible. I only talked to someone at the end of June to confirm everything. On the 14th of this month to set my last payment up. Told me that I was taking advantage of them. I said that was rude because I told the lady what I owed and she mad it VERY clear that I only needed to pay $240 and that my account was closed. TO clarify I actually paid over $1100 to this company which isn’t on record but I do have my emails and statements. The contract also doesn’t have a specific end date for the same as cash price.

Do not deal with these scammers.I got furniture from Value City Furniture and the said we can get “90 Days Same As Cash”. It is Not same as cash! The furniture receipt was for $2189 and they charged me $2580! Even though I am paying before the 90 days period. They won’t even give me any explanation why I should pay more. All what they say that this is for taxes and fees! Well you did not mention anything about it at the day we signed the contract. Don’t fall for these scams.
