The management, staff and maintenance were excellent! We lived there for 3 years and would have stayed, but we for other reasons moved to another city. The staff was always friendly and they were very responsive with maintenance issues. The price is very good for the area. I highly recommend these apartments. 5 stars for Overlook Crossing!

Great place to live. Nice apartments & they are well kept. Maintenance is on time and sends notices prior to visits. Staff are friendly and professional. I’d give them 5 stars, but I’m giving them a 4 instead because of policy changes. The reason I had to move is because the apartments changed their policy, and I was not allowed to pay the lease in full, so I had to prove that I could pay monthly or find a co-signer which I couldn’t do. This policy forced me to change locations. Everyone was friendly though, and they are nice and respectful throughout your move in process.

I moved in to a one bedroom apartment in the summer of 2012 and have moved into a larger apartment a year later. Although the apartments are older apartments they are kept up well. The staff is very friendly and when you have an issue they are right there to assist. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate them a 7 on politeness and friendly. The apartments could use a upgrade. But for the price they are well worth it. I would positively recommend these apartments to my friends.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and it has been an absolute joy. First off the office staff is extremely friendly and ready to assist you with any issues. Any problem Ive had maintenance wise(havent been many) has always been a priority and mostly done by the end of business day if not sooner. I feel safe here. The location great. Easy access to downtown, groceries ,185, and Ft. Benning. As excited as I am to get a house I will be very sad to leave this place I called home. Recommended 110%

I just recently moved for work purposes, but told them I would write a review as I had a great time living here.I moved here from Louisiana not having been able to visit before moving in.When I arrived, I was greeted with nothing but helpfulness.The helpfulness continued as I lived here for almost 2 years.As for problems, I only had a few maintenance issues which were taken care of the same day I reported them.I highly recommend living here.The office staff are the friendliest you will find in Columbus.The only downside I might mention would be they were a little older on the outside, but when I went inside my apartment, I had all new cabinets with up to date appliances in the kitchen. I also was in one of the units with new carpet!

I have enjoyed my stay with my Overlook Crossing Apartment Homes. The staff is excellent. Very easy to contact and interact with. My children and I intend to stay with our apartment community for many renewals to come.

Quiet place to live :)

We lived in a 2bedroom apartment and we loved it. I will miss living here when we pcs. (They also are very considerate of that) They are so sweet,maintenance is on top of everything and friendly. Fort Bening is about 15min away depending on traffic. The location is near so many places to eat, a piggly wiggly and a publix supermarket. They do indoor and outdoor pest control and I have Only seen a roach once and it was dead when we moved in lol. The best a/c ever! I run my a/c all year and the most Ive ever paid for electricity was 130 or less.If you conserve you will save a ton more. their newsletters and treats to their tenants always made living here a joy. :( we will miss you guys!

The staff are very rude and the matinence people enter your apartment without your permission!!!!!!!
