Trails West has been working with Owen Starcher for close to a year now. Of course issues have come up, shippers change the load plan at the last minute, but that is part of this industry. I speak with Owen numerous times a week, sometimes numerous times a day. We usually preplan shipments up to a week in advance and 99% of the time it works to plan. Owen pays us extremely fairly and the communication and consistency is always there. If I text Owen on a Sunday at 5pm, he replies. This is what this industry needs more of, consistency and trust. We look forward to a long future with Owen and Entourage.

Booked a load from CA 2 days in advance with Thomas Sinacori. He refused to provide pick up number, saying that it will be given the day of loading once its released.. OK. .. canceled 1 day before pick up saying that customer covered it.. typical TQL excuse. Refused to compensate with TONU saying he canceled well in advance. Do not use, save your time and nerves.

Save yourself. As an owner opp I promised to never work with a dishonest broker. Well, I did. Entourage Freight Solutions.Long store short I was given a load from FL to IN then to IL with a total of five drops. I was told that each drop would be quick and simple and requires no help from the driver. Well I am a people person so I dont mind helping nor would I ever want someone to climb in the back of my trailer without be being there as each of these deliveries were to schools, churchs and places without docks so the entire trailer had to be unloaded one box at a time.Entourage was upfront about all of the above situation. Where the dishonesty came in was the fact that I had a load time between 10 am and 6 pm. I showed up at 9:50 am and it was 6 hours later when I finally got loaded and was on my way. After the first two hours I spoke with the customer about a timeframe and then gave that information back to the Broker. Entourage led me on whenever I talked about detention pay. I asked every time I spoke with them for the next 3 days. Finally when I was empty I was told by Entourage that they do not pay detention on first come first serve loads. They did not care that many trucks came and went while I was sitting waiting.Rates coming out of FL are already low, but then to have a Broker rip you on time pay as well...…I made a mistake once, let me help you decide if you want an Entourage load...… NO, keep looking you will find a more honest Broker.V&M TRUX

Entourage just screwed us over . Broker refusing to pay detention time the only thing they could do is finger point towards their customer.( just threw the customer under the bus) Thanks Chris.Chris also advised me that all negative google reviews were taken care of. I guess that is another lie since the reviews are still posted.Followup 6/26/18 Chris called our office and threatened to report us if we do not remove the review (real classy move Chris).If any one want to see the corresponding emails, multiple requests for assistance between my self and chris, please do not hesitate to contact us-will be happy to forward all the emails.

As an owner-op we work with this company for 4 years. If you book a load that has a late pickup time they usually will cancel it on your for an undisclosed reason. If you are planning to book a load with a late pickup time, beware as they might cancel it without warning.

Very rude and disrespectful.

Pick up loaded 1600 cases of tomatoes from FL to NY. Driver placed load bars on the back, and receiver claimed 8 cases were damaged. Entourage charged me $24 a case and $70 lumper fee. The shipper should be held responsible, hence they should know how their product needs to be packed for transportation. Keith Witt was very rude about everything, and doesnt want to work with me.

They will ignore your calls and email when its time to pay detention. We had 7 hours of detention that never got paid. Stay away from them
