Initially there were some logistical mishaps with central scheduling but Austin did an exceptional job with the quote and following up after the install. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with him and am exceedingly pleased with the quality of the flooring. I had the cabin fever pattern installed in my garage and my patio--the extra texture makes it nonslip and durable. All my neighbors have done epoxy and have commented on how they wished they would have known about Ideal Garage Flooring--though it was too late for them, some are gifting their kids with an install from Ideal Garage Floor Coatings and working directly with Austin. Dave came out and review the space, they he explained the entire process from start to finish. Within a few weeks, we were able to have his team come to our home. They were very polite, and they work exceptionally HARD. In addition, we got two other quotes and Dave’s quote was head and shoulders better. Not even in the same ballpark as ideal.The process took 1 day from start to finish and they had to do some serious work to get our floor in the shape necessary to do the coating and we couldn’t be any happier!I would highly recommend Dave and his team.

This floor solution is great! We converted unfinished basement space to additional home gym space and this floor coating is perfect. The guys were courteous and I was able to work at home the whole day without being disturbed. The entire job was done in one day and the room was fully back in order with gym equipment back in place within 3 days. They left very little dust and cleaned up as much as possible. I would definitely use them again!

I recently had ideal Floor take out my old epoxy flooring for my patio and resurface. I went with this company after having 3 other companies come and give their opinions on what they could do. Great Experience and a Great Product. We had three companies come out for garage coating quotes. This ranged form an Epoxy to Polyurea. We found that Polyurea is much more durable and longer lasting. From there, we had two companies out for quotes. Ideal Flooring was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other.Dave was on time and answered all of our questions. We were delayed a bit for installation because of a lot of rain but Dave explained that could happen.On the day of the install, the team was right on time again. They had the concrete grinded and the basecoat and chips down by lunch. Once that settled, they came back and put on the top coat. All-in-all, they finished in a day and were wrapped up around 5pm.After 24 hours, we were able to move everything back in the garage. We left the cars out an extra day just in case (officially we could move the cars back in after 24 hours). The product looks great and we couldnt be happier.Additionally, Dave followed up the next business day to check in and make sure we were happy. Overall, a positive experience.

Brandon the installer was very professional, but he was working alone on our 800 S.f. garage. They cancelled our first appt., and had to reschedule and then he was not able to start on time when he did come out. It had taken Brandon over 7 hrs. to complete the floor install. This was no fault of his own, he did a very professional install, and cut no corners. The lack of help was the issue, Brandon was a 5 star installer with quality products. With all that, our floor looks great, and would recommend, but please get more installers!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Ideal Floor Coatings. Our porch had several prominent cracks from settling over time. A few of our neighbors have hired Ideal to do their porches for the same reason and we liked the end result. Austin came to our house for the initial estimate and showed us several samples and pointed us to one he recommended and he was spot-on! We love the end result! Austin kept us informed with calendar reminders along the way, because (due to weather) we had to postpone, but he arrived when he said he would and worked very hard. Here is the thing that doesnt come across in photos, the finish is so shiny (yet not slippery), so our porch feels and looks very clean. Im just sorry we waited so long! There was a minor issue about the initial estimate date, but the issue was professionally resolved in an expeditious manner.Price/Quality- I called for other estimates as well as discussed options with friends and neighbors. IGFC was by far the economical choice. I dont mind paying extra for higher quality work. I feel like I didnt have to dig to deep in my pockets to get the quality and service I received.If you are interested in having someone do your garage floor, you cant go wrong with IGFC!

It took us a little well to get together because of COVID 19 but Austin came out (twice as a matter of fact) so Debby could see the floor samples. Scheduled for June 17 for install. Crew showed up a little later than scheduled due to needing to know floor color that we chose. But when they arrived they went right to work: cleaned off Epoxy floor, set the chips in place, went to lunch, came back put down the Poly and were on their way by 2 pm. Ideal Floor Coatings applied a custom color black & white coating to my front porch and the walk leading to the porch from the driveway. The coating was done very professionally by their employee. Ideal garage floor coating was selected because of their pricing and workmen ship.I research different companies who perform this type work and visited a residence that has already applied this type of coating and found Ideal to be the company for my residence. The professional work from Brandon and Matt was what I expected and questions were answered throughout the process. I was impressed as I watched the work being performed all that goes into the coating of a garage floor. Nothing I would want to do myself. End result was a very nice job and I’m happy so far with there work.

While the product is amazing, the customer service experience was awful. The sale is of course quick and painless, but it took several follow-ups and my messages not returned to finally get an install date.Fast forward to the install and my One Day Garage Floor turned into a Two Day Garage Floor for some issues on their side.After the job I asked to get a couple hundred off my $4K bill due to my inconvenience and was told that could happen and they would get back to me.Fast forward two more weeks and still havent heard from them I called to check-in, was told no further discount even after they told me two weeks earlier there would be. Wondering if I ever would have got a final bill (or a copy of my warranty) if I hadnt called?

The crew arrived on time and as promised by the owner of ideal floor coatings they exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend this company! I’m retired with plenty of extra time on my hands and enjoy taking coffee and donuts every once in awhile to the boys at Ideal!

I had a garage floor that was finished by another company and they ruined my garage floor. We called Ideal Floor and the CEO came out to look at the damage. He wasnt sure it could even be fixed. He thought possibly we might have to remove the whole concrete floor. He had his workers at my house the whole day working on the floor. He said by far this was the worst garage floor he had worked on. The floor is stunning and looks like a model garage floor. You would never know how bad the floor was before they worked on it. The CEO even came back to make sure the floor was holding up and is going to do some tweaking so that the garage floor is flawless. We couldnt be more pleased with the work and integrity of this company. Highly recommend.My husband and I just had two young men, Austin and Brandon, come back out to our home to redo our whole garage floor again. They told me they were not pleased with how the garage floor cured and wanted to make sure it was showroom perfect. These two young men were wonderful. They took their time and made sure everything was done to perfection. They were two of the most dedicated workers I have had come to my home. I cant thank Austin and Brandon enough. Ideal Floor Coatings is fortunate to have these two young men on their team.
