This company is a lifesaver! They treated my emergency like their own. The responsiveness and kindness Dan and the team showed is truly above and beyond. Highly highly recommend!!

I gave 3 stars because the work was done efficiently and most of the girls at the front desk are very nice. However I have never in my life dealt with a more unresponsive company. We were told they were behind and that they were asking us for patience but that it should be about 3 weeks. I understand being busy so no big deal. 3 weeks pass, nothing. 4 weeks, nothing. Not even a phone call to let us know they’re running even more behind.After calling to see what’s going on, we were told we’d be contacted within 24 hours. Never happened. Called back, a supervisor said we’ll have him (Mike? The project manager) call you for sure within 24 hours. Never happened. 3rd call, he finally gets back to us only to let us know we still had to wait.It took 2 months from our request to get the work completed.Moral of the story- only hire them if you have a lot of time to waste following up with people. While I work with the general public I fully understand being busy but not calling someone when you say you will is just completely unprofessional.

Highly appreciate Tony for sending Alisha and Sue out to clean.They were very professional, detailed and efficient. They were on time andtook much attention to making sure I was satisfied. They were well groomed and clean, someone who you would want around your kids. My house was challenging BUT they stilldid a fine job. Will definitely refer SERVICE MASTER BY NEVERMAN to others.

I recently purchased a home that was visually inspected by Ken Neverman that stated there was no sign of water damage... impossible calcium deposits all over walls and water leakage at floor and wall in one corner of the basement. I had multiple inspections that stated it’s impossible to “treat” it has to be “Stopped”. This company knew there was water leakage and did nothing but HIDE it. I would never recommend this company. I contacted this company via phone calls, emails with pictures and through the realtor and did not receive one call back. They simply wanted me to go away, but I am not. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

ServiceMaster by Neverman did an awesome job on my grandpas house when his basement flooded. Tony and his staff came out 20 min after he called. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster by Neverman to get the job done fast and right!!!

Had water damage in my home. Tried many contractors and Service Master came through, did a fantastic job on the clean up and repair. Came on time, very friendly and professional and at a fair price.

I will forever be thankful to Neverman Construction Co for the immense help they have provided me with when my house was filled with smoke and odor after a fire breakout. It was impossible to stay in the house and was affecting our health. They did a great job.

Some staff were very helpful, got a lot of push back from the one supervisor. Painter did a horrible job around my natural wood trim, smears and splatters even when using tape. Broke a chair and tried to hide it. Poor quality carpet installation, poor seams, had a wrinkle in the padding. The follow up finish guy was awesome, fixed what he could, but the paint smears, ugh. I was displaced from my home for 82 days and just didnt have the strength to deal with the attitude. They lost several things, like rugs, which I knew I had, so it makes me wonder whats missing that I just dont remember.It was very confusing that I had to deal with so many subcontractors, there should have been one lead contract. The one manager came and walked through, said they would address some issues, but then didnt follow through with writing up the work order so then the supervisor didnt want to do it, I was too drained to keep fighting

They didnt take care of my water damage very well. They were supposed to come every 24 hrs to check on my house and I wasnt able to get in touch with then for 4 days. They are a preferred company though my insurance. They left water damaged carpet in my home. They broke my daughters bunk bed and after 6 weeks still havent replaced it.I would not recommend this company.After writing this review a representative reached out to me to send the check to replace the damaged bed.

Hired for bathroom renovation and work was completed in October 2016. Had problems with the work and while it was eventually corrected it was a very long difficult process. Disappointing experience but John Moreau was great.

They gave us an estimate and never ever called back. We had a house fire and were hoping to get something started. They are unreliable and inconsiderate.
