Aside from the discounts and other benefits, membership in OFBF keeps me in the loop by giving me useful information and opportunity to engage in conversations about agriculture and community-related issues that matter to me. From food safety and sustainability to animal welfare to trade issues, Farm Bureau membership makes my voice part of a powerful combined influence at every level of government, local to federal. I know Im helping to shape policy that benefits me, my family, my community, and Americas farmers and ranchers.

I became a member of the farm bureau so I could get a discount on my car insurance. Avoid renewing your membership if you are cancelling your insurance policy as theyDo not give refunds on memberships when you cancel. Also there are very little benefits to being a member. They dont even tell you where your money goes. I do not recommend this company.

We enjoy the benefits we receive from our membership along with knowing as farmers we have a voice in advocacy efforts through our representatives. There are many local events we also enjoy participating in.

Fabulous grassroots membership based organization for people in Ohio interested in all things food and the people who raise and prepare it. I really enjoy the Our Ohio publication, highlighting local people in our great state doing amazing things.

This is my go to organization that is looking out for the future of rural Ohio and the members it serves. As a grassroots organization, they give me an amplified voice to help me and my farming operations remain competitive in our current political environment!
