I have been going with LifeStance for a while, and have never felt as confortable then with Tracy. She is amazing. Friendly, good ethical manners, affectionate, professional and very aware of your feelings and way of thinking by asking questions. I felt an inner peace like never before, and this allowed me to feel safe and confident. Tracy is definitely the best.

I really enjoy meeting with Richelle she is kind and easy to talk to. Also, customer service is easy to get to when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Dr. Wellstrum is amazing! During our video chat, she was thoughtful and thorough. She payed great attention to my concerns and matched me with a perception that fit all my needs. I highly recommend!

I have has positive experiences here. My doctor has been really good at finding the right medications for me, and is always excellent at explaining how things work and takes the time to make sure that my concerns are heard and that I understand what were doing. Theyre also responsive to questions/getting in touch when I need them.

Dr Hirsh and her office staff have been great! Very easy to communicate through portal or by phone. Easy to schedule appts. She truly listens to my concerns and has helped me navigate them.

I have had issues with mental healthy services elsewhere. Today was my first appointment and it went very well. I feel like someone is finally on my side. Fingers crossed it stays this way. I will update my rating as needed, but so far they seem very promising. The psychiatrist was very friendy and truly listened to my input. So far i would definitely recommend LifeStance.

My counselor, Debbie Sherman, & my psychologist, Richelle Sheets, are the best. Both listen to what you are saying & are very compassionate. They both have helped me tremendously. The front desk ladies are very warm & friendly. It is a very nice & safe place to go for help with lifes problems.

The location is accessible and parking was easy. The front desk staff is friendly and professional, and the decor is soothing and attractive. My current provider is new to the practice, and I have always been satisfied.

I had a great appointment with Dr. Hirsh. She continually serves as thoughtful and caring provider. She makes sure to engage me as a client and is careful to listen to me and my concerns for my mental health care.

Dr. Connie Hirsh is the absolute best!! She is kind, caring, empathetic, and non-judgmental. She always makes me feel like I’m her only patient. She always tells me that she won’t give up on me, and we will figure out a way to get me feeling better. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is amazing!!! Her staff is all wonderful, too!!

I love my nurse Richelle Sheets but what I don’t like is the fact that I can’t make appointments online anymore. I know I’m not the only one that doesn’t deal with change easy. I don’t want to have to call and wait to see when she has an appointment. I want to be able to make my own

Felt comfortable with Dr. Schneir and that he let me talk and that he listened well. He prescribed a new medication and stopped another. I felt confident that the changes he made to the medications and the consultation were good first steps

Dr. Hirsh is very thorough asking me how I am doing, feelings, depression, anxiety, etc. I share with her honestly and she encourages me!

I’ve had a great experience. Friendly staff. They’ve done a great job of keeping the office and staff safe during Covid. Tele-therapy is available. You do need to cancel appointments within 48 hours.

The counselors and psychiatrists are very professional and seem to genuinely care about you as a person and not a paycheck. They dont try to rush the appointment in many cases they run over just to make sure your needs are met.

Dr Hirsh and Dawn Schneir changed my life. They have taught me how to recognize and how to act when I’m having issues.Dr Hirsh listens to what you have to say and cares about how your doing and about getting results.Dawn Schneir will also listen. I can see in her eyes that she wants to know you and to help you. She relates to your issues and is very compassionate.

My provider is great, but the office has given me nothing but trouble. They told me I was not a patient there even though Ive been going since August, and I had to go to an urgent care to get my prescription. Because of their incompetence I was without my essential prescription for an entire week over the holidays. My provider has tried to get them to fix the errors related to me in their system, but they claim to not know how.

Very difficult to get to my tele-health conference. My directions were that it was a simple two-step process. I did part one—downloading the app ahead of time. It was anything but a two-step process.

It was a very good session. Richelle is always helpful. Her trainee was also helpful.

Getting an initial appointment was a bit tricky due to insurance misunderstandings. Once that was established, things worked easily through the portal. The telehealth appointment went well with no technology issues. Overall, a great and very helpful experience.

I have had one visit and from that visit I feel I will be on the right track to feeling better.

Absolutely wonderful, caring and kind. I am so happy to have wonderful staff taking care of my needs.

I cannot recommend PsychBC enough especially Dr. Mattern and Alexis Witte. I’ve never had care like I do with them and I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere with my mental health. The staff in the office are kind and patient. Only problems I’ve ever had were with billing getting a little messed up with my insurance company. The staff kindly helped me fix it and still allowed me to see my doctors without the payment until it was fixed.

Professional, always on time, and very easy to schedule appointments/talk to my providers over the patient messaging portal when need be :) I like using VSee for Telehealth as well!

PsychBC provides mental health services for both my son and myself. I find them helpful and skilled.

Working with the friendly and courteous staff here through my mental health issues has really helped me. Would recommend.

I would not recommend them at all. You can find much better psychs and DBT therapy somewhere else and they are never available to take phone calls.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this office! The staff are helpful, COVID procedures are enforced, and their providers are the real deal.

Waited a few weeks for an appointment and followed all of their requests to fill out info and prescreening before my first appt; however, I waited in a virtual waiting room for over 30 minutes and my therapist went from Online and Available to offline. It took three days to get a response from anybody there and all they said was that someone cancelled my appointment and I could wait two weeks for another if I wanted. There wasn’t any “let me see what I can do” or “i apologize that’s not what we normally experience...”.My healthcare wasn’t their main focus and I’m glad I got to see upfront who they were. Trust all of the one star reviews and take care of your mental health somewhere else- you deserve it.

I have been trying to get a hold of my doctor since thursday (todays monday) and they dont have sufficient staff to answer the phones or even get through all their voicemail. I know this because I called another location and was able to schedule with this location. They told me that they havent been able to get through their 60 voicemails. That doesnt seem like a whole lot to me if staffing is sufficient.The practitioners are lovely skilled and talented. Ive never had any complaint for their staff, theyve always been kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I suspect neither of these parties are at fault here.Im pretty sure PsychBC is not doing a good job with the acquisition of Optima Behavioral Health.

UPDATE: MUCH IMPROVEDSame terrible experience. Today I had a 10:30. VSE would not accept my password so i sent alert to send me reset email. Still havent received. Tried to reach the office to TELL someone to tell my doctor i was delayed - cannot get a human on the ph one. The one time i called and left message did not hear back for a day. Which would have been to late to help me. Now i will have to reschedule with my doctor and it could be weeks. My meds are running out.

Zero stars for zero help.. They cancelled 2 appointments in a row, and told me to find a differet provider..Ran me out of medicine that cant go without..Even reached out to the moderators and e-mailed them.. They turned me away too..Psych BC has put me in a terrible situation.. I wouldnt trust them, seek treatment elsewhere..
